Insert Images into a PDF using Preview on Mac - Updated Tutorial 2022/23

hello guys in this video I'm going to show you how to insert an image into your PDF using preview on Mac so let's get straight into it so the first thing we're going to do is make sure we've got our image open that we're going to insert into our PDF and we want that open as well so the first thing we're going to do is in the photo we're going to insert we're going to copy the area that we want to insert like this and we're going to use command C which is copy on Mac and paste that again and what this will do is create a duplicate of the image in the image this is a bit confusing but hold on to me what we're then going to do is do command X that is a cut and that's cut the image from here we're going to go into this PDF and we're going to go command V which is paste and then you can see that image has been pasted in now it's a bit big but we can shrink it down slowly like this and you can see that image has been inserted in this is actually the only way to do it on Mac using preview it's a bit funny but it works once you get used to it and like there we go now we can insert that image in if we try just um highlighting an area over here engine command C and trying to paste it in here it doesn't actually work so you've got to copy it paste it back into itself and then copy it across which is a funny way to do it but it works so guys that's how easy it is to actually bring across an image into a PDF on Mac using preview
