Insane Rental Scam 🤯

there was a property once it was bank owned so I got a call from a neighbor and they said you know you guys really need to cut the grass and I said okay well thank you so much and so when I got there to examine the property I realized like okay this is not just a grass is not cut there's like trash in the yard there's like clearly the lights are on what we discovered is somebody had ran a fictitious Craigslist ad using our listing taken the listing sign and lock box down had a locksmith and changed out all the locks ultimately had moved in a person that was not supposed to be there so it wasn't just squatting it was like a full out fous fraudulent lease with a deposit well allegedly a deposit but it was just crazy because one minute it's just a listing for the bank the next minute is like no there's like literally someone living here that is INS I feel like someone running that kind of scam has to know that the gig is going to be up soon it has to so it's a quick cash grab
