surprise it's our due date again and we're not ready so we decided to move the due date to tomorrow and everybody's in favor of that idea this thing is gonna be psychotic here we go it's gonna be nuts and this thing's gonna spool like um yeah we'll we'll hear it run like 10 minutes before we need to reveal it i'm sure because that's the way it always works yeah tune in for a highlight reel of what 200 hours of labor looks like on this episode of death wish we split into two teams to build two japanese mini trucks in secret dude that's exactly what the show's been needed it's a fuel-injected suicide machine is what it is i've got my friend jeremy here he's gonna ride along are you afraid i'm always afraid when i'm with you i'm joshua masriel allowing vague industries and my show death wish is where expert level fabricators use their skill set to manifest jaw-dropping creations my crew and i are on a mission using eye-catching stunts and machines to expose the kindness of strangers in america [Music] [Applause] we've got three identical japanese mini trucks we got off of craigslist it said we could potentially make one good one out of the three and potentially was a huge stretch these things are piles of crap so instead of trying to make one good one out of three we're gonna make two good ones the idea of this episode is to take these two trucks back to our individual shops i'm here with my buddy giffen he parts out chevy trucks so i can only assume what his is gonna turn out to be like but we're gonna take them back to our separate shops build them in secret i don't really care if we do like let's pick a genre like that's what's gonna say i mean you you wanna just have a wide open and be yeah okay or do you wanna just pick a general whatever it's going to be off-road or on-road even that could be broad yeah i don't know why don't we flip a coin and then if it's if it's heads we choose a genre it's tails it's it's wide open in true fashion it is chaos it's settled it's chaos so this one is missing a door there's a little bit of damage here bed looks kind of straight that one right there i hate that truck why it hates me i tried to move it it thing doesn't move the engine is falling out of it but it's still stuck in there i hate that truck so this one has a door how it hold on dude it's very roughy on the floor but it's like the outer bodies actually oh yeah this is super rusty okay so this one's pretty straight but it's super rusty the one that's missing the door is not that rusty and not that not that straight this one has clearly been rolled over but it doesn't look that rusty how is it on the inside not terrible not terrible oh it's got custom pedals sick race car panels my biggest pet peeve is rust yeah mine too but i mean the biggest thing is i'm assuming neither one of us are using most of the floor right it's probably just going to be you know we're going to build a chassis of some sort and then the cab and body's just going to set over it so i mean these have been sitting in your yard for a while now so you've had time to think and ponder and choose which one you like but i think i like the dented one that's less rusty okay and now that gives you these two to try to okay make one good one from i'll probably take this one i don't hate i'm gonna drive over the other one but excavator [Laughter] a super important role to this competition is it must maintain the spirit of a mini truck and what that means is you can't just take a school bus chassis pop the body off and put this cab right in the middle of it like it needs to kind of be a mini truck like ish cool awesome well let's get these things loaded up i want to take mine back to the shop and uh i can't wait for the teardown here we go it's gonna be nuts [Applause] hell yeah all right get this truck out of here that's also very picture-worthy [Music] so we're finally back in the shop getting ready to start on our mini truck i have no idea what team giffen's doing for their build the one thing i do know just because of who he is his vehicle is going to be blisteringly fast so let me give you the rundown of what we plan to do to defeat team giffen i've got two 2006 one ton chevrolet pickup front ends they've got nine and a quarter inch ring gear big shafts big wheel bearings big brakes and it should handle a bunch of abuse we're gonna take these two front ends put them back to back set the wheelbase and just put frame rails between them and we're taking the engine and transmission out of the hilux we've got two brand new precision twin turbos going on it uh some 33-inch falcon mud terrains and this thing is gonna be psychotic dope dude this thing's gonna be so sick so the engine's mostly found its way out on its own it's sitting on the ground i don't know what cables and hoses are still holding it oh a trans mount yeah definitely not the motor mount not on this side isn't there like a lemon law about this it depends you buy it in massachusetts just giffen and i are going to court hey fuse block that's the biggest fuse block ever right those are six fuses ten ten fuses awesome and it has a diagram even josh could figure that out right it's so small that's engine and transmission it's the size of my boot look at the fit great job boys let's chop those frame rails off and flip this thing on its lid am i through on can i ride in it hold on okay all right go it doesn't want a girl hey weak guy get in the front that's what i was trying to prevent oh man there's so much crap in here oh god oh brake fluid oh why don't they put the brake fluid reservoir in the dashboard that's gross the first rollover is a success i survived cool now let's rip all the out from the front end all right now we've got to remove the harness we're on the truck so we don't cut it up when we cut the forks try not to ruin it because josh doesn't do wiring over there well here's where we're at today corvette 4l60 and transaxle uh regular bell housing on so you can bolt the engine right to it c5 corvette suspension we cutting the stubs off this frame that i have just happened to have sitting in my woods it's a c5 convertible frame so we're going to take the stubs and mount all suspension off and build a frame in between c5 front suspension uh 17 inch ctsv or cts wheels 245 40s in the back 215 35s in the front so we get it under the fender lip there i think josh gonna be able to keep double us on the horsepower no area i don't know who's doing this tuning see if somebody not you not me no i guess he's kind of curious what he's doing so what we have here is a ly six six liter it was a btr kit brian tula racing kit 475 crank yeah that's going to stay 450. 450 475. power loss 350 360. yep well according to the piece of tape that was on a transmission it's a built for l60 and we don't know about the converter yeah it's somebody's pink 10-inch billet converter so it could be vigilante maybe i don't know 2500 or it could be a 4500 idea we'll find out we have 4 000 stall with a 273 gear yeah it's going to work well be right around first gear everywhere this is a big moment it's like next chapter this gets closed out just putting history books put onto the next best day oh yeah twin turbo mini trucks and all the people who thought this was dumb [Laughter] i like really don't want to throw this thing apart but i really don't want gif in the wind [Music] so the very last thing that team giffen thinks i'm going to do is part out my hilux but we partnered with precision turbo and we've got two 6176 turbos we've got two wastegates and one big blow-off valve and this thing's gonna spool like a and this thing's got a spool like a freight train dude i don't okay no we're gonna this thing's gonna be awesome [Music] okay well it definitely needs to be higher but you got the technology bro that's gonna look sick two big old precision turbos oh yeah so these are 30s at full lock full bump so we're putting 33 inch falcon mud terrains on it which means it'll be another inch and a half or so so the body will have to sit another probably two inches higher and i did want the cab to sit forward a little bit more than necessary like obviously it's a pretty big wheel gap yeah but mostly because the further forward i can sit the cab the further forward i can push the engine which means the further forward i can push the rear axle and shorten the wheelbase and have it sort of proportionate looking because like a big rule with this build off is must maintain the spirit of a mini truck and that's like i don't know what that means but i want it to look like a mini truck it seems like a safe bet yeah so basically pulling all the good stuff out of the hilux lake the dual fuel pump the fuel cell engine transmission turbo manifolds the holley intake take care of water intercooler everything that makes this thing go we're even taking the wire harness and the ecu out of it and we're going to just transplant it all into that because i got bigger better plans for the hilux and that'll come in the spring [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] that is the nicest mitsubishi mini cab floor i've ever seen 14 gauge that's bulletproof some bullets [Applause] i gotta get this 480 sent out and converted to a four-wheel drive putting a shorter output shaft on it but we're leaving the two-wheel drive speed sensor so i don't need to do anything with uh the np205 we're going to bolt to it as far as a output shaft speed sensor you need to move the sock to the next build gross that was because nope that's yours now that's definitely still yours i know it's mine i don't want it you gotta plug that let it dry out for later yeah well when it's winter and then you've got a cold breeze it was better to sacrifice a sock to keep the cold air and oh i can finish the pair for you hang on oh yeah nice nice pair yeah i wish i could have just used duct tape but all i had was two socks probably there for next time [Music] up next gen 3 hemi for holly's mo party festival one of the most well-known names in the industry when it comes to ls swap motor mounts is dirty dingo so we picked up one in there 1967 the 72 chevrolet c10 crossmembers and uh we grabbed some clamshell motor mounts with some uh urethane inserts to make it a little stiffer and more rigid because we're gonna beat the hell out of this thing i'm excited at how much time it saved and how sick this thing looks so get this ford mp205 mounted to the 4l80 and a 6 liter ls and we're actually only going to run one u-joint in the back no drive shaft no double carton just fixed u-joint right on the yoke i think the only thing i'm going to have to worry about is longevity because of lateral loads on output shaft bearing and the pinion bearing but i'm just going to send it because i my gut says it's going to be fine for long enough to have a boatload of fun with this so we just made these simple angle brackets that will drop right on top of the frame and we can center the motor up guess it's here we'll either bolt it or weld it down depending on how lazy we are that's the fastest motor mounting job i've ever done in my entire life so we got a sweetened fuel cell basket for the fuel cell keep going right out of the uh the hilux is 22 gallons so we've got to get the front and rear of the front and front both front the front and both diffs both this kind of come out of this because we've got to weld them up because i need posi all the way around i'm afraid of spitting the spider gears out in the front when i'm blowing cyclones so that's what we're doing right now because we're gonna split this case apart and weld the spider gears up lock the rear end full time four wheel drive and then we're gonna use the motor here to engage and disengage this so at least when we're in two wheel drive the drive shaft will still spin but it won't have both wheels locked together and it'll actually steer one of them will freewheel and it won't bind up going around corners hopefully [Music] you're gonna pull nice for everyone outside the rust belt this truck was in good condition oops good condition for new hampshire you got a gorilla yeah honestly like for new hampshire this thing is not rotted this is in good shape no that's usually they're blown out right here you made that look so easy yeah yeah so easy i'm glad it's so light oh it's so light it actually is considering it's no dana 60 yeah well not in the quarter so dodge uses yeah it took me almost seven hours to get the stub shaft out of the other diff so hopefully with your experience this goes nice and easy i'm sure this one will be super easy like literally nothing could go wrong nothing ever goes wrong dude i drew up a cage basically a whole chassis for this mini truck on the computer turned it into cup files and now i'm getting ready to cut this out of my custom prototype tube cutter i'm super stoked [Music] hole saws are for peasants [Music] you might need a little bit of tweaking but or it might be literally perfect like that's money centered we got like nice flat cuts that's perfect i mean it's nice over here this cnc tube cutter is amazing all these tubes just fit perfectly like no grinding it just fits [Music] this crossbar will keep the shock towers from folding in against each other and also give me a place to mount my radiator under the seat [Music] yeah it's not crazy high i mean this is like f350 height it's crazy how big this looks on 33s so i watched youtube video we're gonna drain the oil out of the plug down here then we're just going to tap out the axle cv cv shafts axle shafts on either side then we're going to split this half of the case from this side and pull that whole part off and then we should be able to take out the ring gear you get there apparently these windshields are like 650 dollars and they take a couple months to get this one's broken but i think it has to go back in so i have to even though it's broken take it out in one piece jack jack all right so i couldn't use the torsion bars on this thing because we shortened it up so much they would have overlapped and that doesn't work but so we had some 16 inch travel pro fender coilovers sitting on the back shelf or getting used for anything so i lopped a whole bunch off them and now they're five and a half inch travel coilovers we shorten the body we shorten the shaft five and a half inch tall coil overs is going to net roughly 11 and three quarter inches of wheel travel so it's almost a two to one motion ratio so i had some junk old injectors that were in this mini truck uh that were left over from the hilux and they've just seen a lot of miles they've sat a lot and currently they're not balanced anymore they need to be flowed and cleaned and possibly not even salvageable so i just called brad at snakey to performance and he walked me through exactly what i was going to need for this setup and i got more than i bargained for when he told me that he works directly with bosch to manufacture these american-made injectors so if you need injectors he's got all different options he's got you know high end low end middle of the road and he's going to make sure you get what you actually need so give them a call they're very helpful we put a note on the fuel line that says danger where it rubs the frame rail so that we know to put shaping gear on it it's only danger after a chase that's fine now well well now it has chafing gear it already has tape what more do you need great yeah that's true fighting with junk stock farts yeah it's awesome [Applause] hey [Music] oh no no oh no it's right oh you forgot to cut a wire pull hard okay let's open the tilt nose roof's ready to go on you're the man all lined up and glue it in place [Music] [Music] sweet roof's not all caved in anymore that's all i got got a roof and look at the clearance on the radiator that is like perfect barely misses the seat and got just enough to probably get the radiator cap off i'm here with steve from wirecare he's doing a 20th anniversary road trip and he's visiting all of his partners and he wanted me to give him a challenge he's never welded ever in his life and oh i just gave him a quick little rundown and we're gonna have him do something that's very important the shock mounts awesome so if this breaks it's his fault it's all on me actually pretty much if anything breaks at this point steve did it yep good angle [Music] bro that's like genuinely good genuinely like that's amazing i'm proud of that good do it again do it again exactly let's see if it wasn't a fluke yeah beginner's luck [Music] great dude that's awesome not bad yeah high five not bad all right proud of myself for that one wow wow i was like you know not to speak negatively but i was expecting to have to grind these out and redo them when you left but i don't have to that's that's phenomenal i would give you a job good deal good to know cool haley expert opinion okay he looks good all right at two in a row it's not beginner's luck so all right that's good [Music] chris is here to put the care back in wire care he's gonna take care of all the wiring on this thing and uh so if it's janky and it catches on fire it says well nice at least it's on video yeah so we're just going through we got some uh sloppy sawzall work uh we're gonna make sure that no no actually wasn't that you it was not me i'm gonna blame somebody else i don't actually think it was me but who knows but yeah there's a couple spots that may or may not have been nicked so we're gonna go through and clean that up clean loom up make sure that this that does not look factory is not hiding anything sketchy and then figure out how to integrate it with our ls harness cool it's gonna be good so we're making a mini truck swap harness yeah so i've got these 17 inch hummer h2 wheels and uh they're kind of gross so i'm going to spruce them up with this pontiac blue it's kind of a cool aquamarine teal color um but these are all black and gross and right in the side yard and it's got like a 30 mile an hour crosswind and i'm not doing any prep on this so it's probably going to look pretty bad in person but from a distance on camera it's probably going to look great i want to make it known we have five days left to finish this thing and the math is a little fuzzy yeah but it was close wait we don't have five days i don't we don't days don't matter anymore i'm so over this build like it's turning out so sick it's gonna be the coolest mini truck on the planet i'm just sick of working on it i'm done but motivation starts projects and discipline finishes them the only way i'm going to get through this project is to use extreme self-discipline and do all the things i don't want to do as though i love doing them is that what i think it is it's so goofy to see that cab just sitting on the floor flashing lights around the heater and sick you're gonna need some fresh fuses but she works go that's so cool yeah so the front turn signals work front high and low beams work rear turn signals rear stop lights work starter circuit works we're getting places cool now all we got to do is hook it to the truck well this is the truck let's oh now all we got to do is hook the chassis to the truck hey there's nothing to see here none of your vehicles have wipers except for this one this is amazing i wish i had a windshield dude this is big moves am i going to have a fuel gauge whoa you want to cut a hole in your fuel tank no i guess i'm not gonna have a fuel gauge so i'm definitely gonna be running out of gas the gauge is there it works yeah it could have a fuel gauge just hooked to the wrong fuel tank and it's in the dump looks man mint the majority of the fab works done so let's get this thing pushed over we'll yank the engine and trans out of it we'll strip this thing down push it outside pressure wash it and then we can epoxy prime the chassis and then when everything goes back together it's like together together done and never coming apart because it's never gonna break words of affirmation wouldn't be great right now there's a lot of people saying nothing what's up with that look it it's over here now it looks so cool now it's sitting on its own weight yeah that wasn't bad no that was can get right in there to the sides that dirty dingo cross member made his life easy sure did this is the uh debris we pulled out of the air filter on the hilux we got some rocks we got some little sticks hold on the air filter you mean the intercooler yeah it's right here that's going to capture all the big stuff yeah so there's like it's a pretty big stick though there's animals in here there's rocks there's another rock right there like look at them all yeah and all sorts of stuff i'm more impressed like everything that's in there went through the turbo yeah i don't know i'm aware if you saw the turbo when i pulled it like there's rocks rocks rocks over here i don't know why i put so many bottom ends in that thing i don't know why the pistons are smoked either that's a pretty big stick yeah yeah yeah so now we're doing the exact same thing we just did in the mini truck yesterday we're cutting the hilux harness down just to be the motor and power adder stuff so that we can then splice this into the mini truck once we put that back together for reals what a mess so i got this eight inch travel ram with swivel lens basically spherical rod ends on each end of it and i chopped it down so this is now a 7-inch travel ram that i basically mounted in place of the steering stabilizer and this is going to get plumbed to a my rear sear control unit and i'm going to have fully hydraulic front and rear steer so this is going to be a four wheel steer japanese mini train you can see it hard parked [Music] this is what discipline is that's doing it when you don't want to just giggling in the corner this is the middle of the night again still and this is painted with epoxy primer and it's ready to go back together looking pretty whoa yeah all right off the camera yeah we'll hear it run like 10 minutes before we need to reveal it i'm sure because that's the way it always works go everyone's seen the episodes yeah tune in for a highlight reel of what 200 hours of labor looks like so we're installing the coilovers for the first time so we're going to actually see ride height once we put these in and set it down and uh put a motor in it holy that was way too easy right now we uh installing the sway bar links oh speed power performance yup no body roll it's like a regular old show car everything going in shiny and new looking yeah ignore the fingerprints nothing i touch is like a regular old show car it does look good though that doesn't go in that hole that's what she said so we're putting in some floor pans and building out the wheel wells slowly removing a lot of garbage earplug guy indoor voice so we're doing floor pans looks great dude [Music] i love that with a little bit of finagling a ford 205 essentially bolted right onto a 4l80 it's true and it's clocked perfectly flat it is it's ideal rock crawler it sure is if i get this mount right there once we get this bolt [Music] boom this is eric with radio dynamics he's a steering god and you're here to save the day because i'm sure i mismatched everything well we're working with what we've got which is a very small hydraulic cylinder one and a half by seven inches long and a one inch rod and this was the smallest orbital valve that i had to bring with me it's 9.7 cubic inches uh so based on some quick calculations we are going to have a um let's see point seven turns lock to lock oh my god one direction and one point three in the other since they're unbalanced oh jesus that's going to be the lightning pass so it's going to be the same valve front and rear yeah it's going to be quick one and a half days left and this thing looks awesome we're going to splice this all up and in theory it runs i've never heard this engine run so this is like uh this is a hodgepodge engine a bunch of spare parts i had i got a short block that needed a rod and uh so i put a rod in it and the only heads i had were five three heads so i got five three heads on a six so this has a stock cam in it so i haven't swapped all the good stuff into it yet and i don't know if i'm gonna before tomorrow probably not gonna unlikely yeah it's in and bolted there's no reason to take it out plus every cam's a turbo cam yeah whatever opens the valves oh yeah honestly this thing's still gonna make 700 horse oh all day yeah yeah all day putting together some fittings getting the brake system ready to go got some uh a nikop here we're gonna run from the front to the back and uh we got some quarter hard line we're gonna do the rest of the brakes with in the back so we've got this this awesome brake set up here we've got a master cylinder or a slave cylinder i should say from uh from a clutch system that's pushing in on on the uh the master uh from a truck here um this is gonna be run off of the mini cabs uh brake booster and uh master cylinder so the throw of this should match the throw of this and should've let us use exactly what's in the mini cab um for a brake system that should operate all these bigger bigger brake calipers on all components and most of that's because the master inside the mini truck isn't big enough to operate yeah so we got dual power brakes with a big master that's right surprise it's our due date again and we're not ready so we decided to move the due date to tomorrow and everybody's in favor of that idea that's one day left we pushed off the reveal until friday night because neither josh and i are finished and that's what we got so far engines all together and in there ly six prime two racing stage three cam uh somebody's ghetto ten inch converter here you know if the transmission works i got the battery mounted some accessories in there radiators down in there gotta finish welding up the exhaust uh shorten up the back frame gotta get a plate weld on that still got one axle to put in uh gas tanks in we're still gonna plumb the brakes plumb the fuel coolant finish the wiring gotta raise up the front suspension cause now we have weight on it sagging a little bit we have half a floor but at least we do have a brake belt on there so we're gonna finish half the floor our dash might be here tomorrow maybe not who knows what's that's we're at and right now it's got a little lunchtime center next up world hunger fun are you working on some bondo hmm rocker panels [Music] inner and outer i can guarantee you giffen is not doing inner and outer rocker panels huh he's probably not even doing a floor do you think of the gibbons building i'm hoping it's one of these with a street bike leader motor but also like i don't know why he's building anything for second place trophy of course why else would you build something in a competition against us [Laughter] he did say that we're gonna love the way he routed his exhaust i have no idea what he means by that but i can only imagine it doubles as a heater yep that sounds about right and after the break we're going to ls fest [Applause] the sun's coming up it's d-day 2. making root beer that's gross that's supposed to be brand new isn't it wow the mini truck not what was left in the lines for the mini truck oh that's right yeah yeah this is an important role how cool is it that that clutch slave pushes on the booster i got double power brakes that is awesome all right so this is the official first test fire yeah and it's going to start the first time every time i believe in you the fuel on i believe in me too go ahead fire it up yeah well it does run sure it might oh that sounds weird yeah a lot of like a lot of weird noises spider fluid oh steering it's the steering wheel the lines are loose right yep that's good that's a good thing dope yeah man well if i dude first time every time yeah that actually was the first time impressive that counts that's sick [Music] it looks like a bug yes it sure does like an insect it's a fuel-injected suicide machine is what it is i mean truck yeah two hours later than we expected and we're also a day later that we're we're a day later and two hours later than we thought um giffin's here we're gonna go up and check out his ride he's gonna bring it down and i'm so pumped to see what he made oh yes oh my god look at the wide body oh no [Laughter] dude did you use the c4 in the yard no no the c5 in the yard oh yeah reading the door when did you get a c5 no [Music] give me that [Music] this thing is psychotic amazing oh my god i'm getting it it's so mini and cage yeah and your floor i love your floor that's awesome amazing it's going to be too long that's exactly what the show's been needed no way wow full sense i love how like the engine and the transaxle all just bolted i've always wanted to do this i'm so glad you guys did this okay so tell to come here and tell me about it because like i've looked it over and saw what i can see but um so this is like a whole bunch of parts that giffen just happened to have sitting around his woods surprising like i happen to have a c5 vet chassis from a 99 convertible when how how come i didn't know about that i didn't know about it i would have been trying to wheel and deal so we did go down to math because obviously i had sold off to the suspension so we just we basically mounted them up we needed 17-inch rims but we needed a small diameter tire obviously to fit into the cab so like there are 2015 like cts rims like this yeah 2008 squareport headed ly6 with a brian thule racing like stage three cam this thing's psycho then oh yeah it's very psycho what do you think this weighs 2200 probably yeah i say 23.33 it's a 74 inch wheelbase that's 72 inches wide 2200 pounds it almost doesn't know which way it's forward no it could be obvious okay well before it gets dark yeah it literally started like a half hour ago and we've been trying to like figure out steering problems definitely would not have ran if you showed up on time for sure look at you with the real precision turbos [Laughter] we got some work to do on the rear seat control but dude it drove that's two front ends yeah they're yours it just if you take two front ends and you just spin them around it just goes the right direction it's only if you keep looking it gets good this is the first time i've ever driven my rear sear control unit um it doesn't work that good something in the back yeah well we also don't know if like it's fully bled and all sorts of stuff so yeah yeah well at least i know i've like you know gave you most of the parts for your build are you concerned with your driveline angle and motor tilt yeah okay just check it out until it's time to not roll in yeah to be determined i'm so stoked we're gonna have to get some footage of these things in the day because we suck and we're a day late and then we're late on our rescheduled deadline and now it's night time we can't actually film you didn't actually say that to run i mean it was implied it was implied that the vehicle must be usable dude i'm so stoked on yours i'm proud of you guys so my goal is obviously fully functioning four-wheel steer and i want to do all-wheel drive cyclones until i land on my roof at ls fest one eternity later [Music] [Music] all right that's drive number one let's try not to die yeah we got brakes oh there we i'm at go performance ls fest west in las vegas we've spent the last few months off camera just sort of tinkering at our leisure trying to finish up the japanese minute mini truck that we affectionately call stomper really our main goal right here is just to do all-wheel drive donuts we want to do cyclones until the wheels fall off something that we've been working on in the background is we partnered with a company called radial dynamics and we've been developing a digital proportional self-centering front reference rear steer control module what that means is you don't have to touch a joystick you can keep both hands on the wheel and just the rear tires do whatever the front tires tell it to do it's all digital it's all tunable and adjustable to fit your application this is the first time it's actually really worked and uh we're getting ready to go out in the burnout pit right now i'm confident the rear driveline is going to hold together the front drive shaft is so solid heavy and out of balance that it could potentially explode the front diff i have no idea what's going to happen we're going to give it everything it's got it's going to be spectacular either way oh didn't do anything i expected it to do we threw a belt the front and rear is fully hydraulic i had like no steering i just sort of pinned it and it went wherever i wanted to go and i manipulated with the throttle we did get into one nasty cyclone for a moment it was like it was pulling my guts out my mouth it was insane cyclones were bananas it was like the most intense sensation ever it's like my eyeballs were getting sucked out of my face because i'm sitting in front of the front wheels and the access is in the center of the vehicle it was insane so we threw a belt but i found out why we threw the belt it's because somehow we put too big a load on the power steering pump and we sheared the power steering pump shaft and the pulley blew out of it and obviously threw the belt so i didn't have water pump and i didn't have steering front or rear for the entire run so all of that like wandering around and crab walking that was just the vehicle doing whatever it wanted and i just gave it throttle input to suggest it one way or the other a little more once it got into the into the cyclone i just laid into it to see how fast i could go when i grabbed third it started to bog back down but wow what a ride day three we did laundry but the dryer didn't work welcome to death wish so we're gonna swap a new power steering bump into this and then uh do it again my friend daniel showed up in his dodge ute and he's got a truck bed full of tools we're gonna try to get this thing running again we don't really have any other goals we just want to mess with it we've got another day here it's kind of a chill day not a lot going on most of the people left um but that'll give us opportunity to get out in the burnout pit with this thing and just exercise it some more see if we break it see if we don't break it but i got something to shoot for got my friend jeremy here he's gonna ride along how's it going guys are you afraid i'm always
