Hasbro Beyblade X is incredible while I've already made a video going over the Hasbro Beyblade X reveal there was actually a convention in Australia where we got to see a lot more of the stuff up close including the Hasbro Beyblade X stadium in action so in this video I'm going to go over everything that you need to know about Hasbro Beyblade X from The Bays to the prices to even some things that we haven't seen yet all before the launch in June of this year I do want to give a big shout out to bbta or beblade tournaments Australia they were the ones that were behind this whole Beyblade operation that Hasbro was a part of and without them we would be missing a lot of information and we wouldn't have the videos and the pictures that I'm going to show you in this video so definitely go and check them out I'll leave a link to their Twitter and to their YouTube page in the description down below go and give them some support because without them this wouldn't be possible the biggest thing I want to mention is the stadium in my last video I lightly touched on it and I said how it looked BAS basically the same as the takar Tomi one just with some differences and there are definitely some differences so first of all it is definitely Slimmer and wait but the stadium is thinner and so some of the pockets are a little bit different as well and because of bbta we actually have footage of battles in this stadium and to be honest everything looks pretty similar but because the extreme line is thinner I assume attack types could potentially be even stronger in this Stadium which is a good thing although I just I got to do some testing for myself they did make a decent change to the over Pockets uh with the taromi one the pockets were kind of small and baz could come back into the stadium after being knocked out but with the asbra one it's lower and it's bigger so there's no chance of that happening which is a pro and a con it's a pro for the competitive side I think but it's a con in that it makes battles potentially less exciting but I'm definitely very interested in trying out the stadium for myself all this Hasbro stuff is going to be dropping June of this year which is only a few months away but if you want to get the latest and greatest Beyblade ux stuff go and check out mive toys they have Dr Buster hell's hammer and wizard Rod up for pre-order right now and those are going to be releasing in just a few days the Hasbro stuff looks great so far but takari is always going to be around a year ahead so go and check out M of toys Link in the description down below and make sure to use code illano to get 5% off of your first purchase moving on to the Bay we have dagger Dr and the Hasbro exclusive Tusk Mammoth I talked about Tusk mammoth in my last video and I mentioned it being pretty similar to Hell's chains/ hell scythe and now that we have more pictures of it I definitely still think that although I'm still excited that we're getting a Hasbro exclusive Bay in metal this early on I will say it is pretty light though the blade is 31 1 12ish G putting it on the lighter side of X blades take that for what you will maybe that's not the most exciting thing for more competitive Bladers out there but for me I'm just excited that we're getting more Bays dagger Dr though is basically the exact same as the takar toi one they're pretty much one to one in both the look and in the weight there is a small difference though on the underside of the blade they changed the plastic just a little bit to have space for the QR codes that you're going to be able to use with the Beyblade X app which I'll talk about later I think the set is definitely worth the price even for people that collected some of thear toy stuff already because the Hasbro stadium is shaped a little differently and of course you got to get the Hasbro exclusive now let's go ahead and move on to the starters I don't really have as much to say about this because they are one to one with darar Tomi besides that little plastic change for the QR code but we have four starters we have sord dran Scythe incendio Helm Knight and arrow wizard the starters are listed at $9.99 USD which is actually cheaper than the switch strike releases from like 7 years ago those were I think $12.99 so that's a pretty good price cut but like I said besides the QR code placement thing these are one to one with Tarone show me although we don't know if the plastic is the same quality we won't until there's more tests something I do want to mention though is the let it rip tab on the box I talked about this in my last video but we actually now know that this is where you open the package up so there's a red tab on the box that says let it rip and that's what you pull to open the box that has your babe you literally let it rip to open that might be the cool coolest thing ever after the sets and the starters we have the sore Phoenix launcher set which is from what I've seen the best thing in the entire wave and it's going to be $1 19.99 USD and for that cost you get a red string launcher and the painted and beautiful sore Phoenix it's really a pretty good value just to put that price into perspective the sore Phoenix set is1 1999 and the escalia sword launcher set from quad strike was 20 $4.99 so $5 more expensive for everything being worse but those are the only things that we saw in person at the Melbourne event we also got pictures of the winder launcher but what about the other releases we're also going to be getting double packs and booster packs in Wave 1 and while we don't have pictures of those yet we actually have listings for them on Entertainment Earth that April release date is definitely not right though so don't don't even worry about that but the double packs that we know of for wave 1 are knife Shinobi and Keel shark chain incendio and arrow Wizard and Viper tail and sword dran knife Shinobi seems to be a Hasbro exclusive and getting that with the Hasbro version of shark Edge probably makes this the best double pack out of the bunch I assume this shark Edge is going to be the actual anime color scheme as well so pretty good value there and because of Entertainment Earth we also know what the wave two double packs are going to be probably revealed that a little bit too early before wave two we have yel Kong and Helm Knight bik Croc and sting uni and then Gail wyvern and tail Viper so in that wave we get another set of Hasbro exclusives with yel Kong and bite Croc and I think that bite Croc with the Hasbro version of unicorn sting is probably my favorite of the group I don't really know if these double packs are going to come with launchers or not not but at the price of $14.99 USD I don't really think it matters that much but those were the double packs for wave 1 and two now let's go ahead and talk about the boosters and the booster releases for wave 1 are steel Samurai which is the exclusive that I'm waiting for horn Rhino Keel shark and Talon Patera Terra Peta what is a Patera what is that is that like a dinosaur there's two Hasbro exclusives in this booster set one being the steel Samurai and the other being Talon whatever but Samurai is the one that I'm easily most excited for I'm really hoping the design on that one is kind of like mamasa I just hope it's a cool looking Bay there is a set of releases that we didn't really hear anything about and those are the Remake Bays the crossover project has been a big part of takar tomy's Beyblade X push and kind of looking back previous generations it started with dronzer at the very beginning of Beyblade X we're getting Drigger next month and on March 21st or Beyblade day we got the 3D model we got the 3D model reveal of Storm Pegasus and victory Valkyrie remakes as a Beyblade fan and collector seeing these remakes release is just really awesome to see so it's a little frustrating and a little upsetting that we don't know anything about them even if they're getting released at all from darar Tomy side bbta did hear something about red dronzer coming out but other than that we don't really know anything and finally let's go ahead and talk about the Beyblade X app as I mentioned earlier there is a QR code on the underside of every single Beyblade X blade that's very similar looking to the Beyblade burst QR codes and I really doubt these codes are going to be onetime use I assume it's going to be just like Beyblade burst where you can scan these codes off of like a YouTube video and get them onto the app yourself without even even needing the Beyblade and because the QR codes are similar to Beyblade burst and not similar to takaratomy Beyblade X that means we're not going to be getting the point system or the tries to get cobalt Drake and we're also not going to be getting the battle pass I saw that coming from a mile away and I don't really think a lot of you guys thought that Hasbro was going to actually make the battle pass they skipped the bay logger and they skipped the bay pointer for metal fight so skipping the battle pass while it sucks it definitely makes sense so there's no battle pass there's no points there's no rare Bay get Battle to try your chances at getting Cobalt Drake but there's also no confirmation on Cobalt Drake Daniel Smith who is a community manager at Wizards Pacific who is working with the Beyblade X brand had this to stay on Twitter he said I'm already investigating alternative acquisition methods for prize tops prize tops being like Cobalt Drake he continues by saying that's no promise but I am aware that they are important in no way are we going to let folks miss out on Cobalt Drake if I can help it so as of right now the release of cobalt Drake is definitely unknown I don't doubt they're going to release it at some point just maybe at the very end of the year or early next year but I hope they release it at some point because tar Tomy Cobalt is really expensive so there it is we went over all of Hasbro's Beyblade X Wave 1 that's going to be releasing in around June June of this year and from everything I've seen it looks like a slam dunk it's pretty much perfect some people are definitely kind of mixed on the Hasbro X Stadium being smaller than Takara Tomi but I'm just really interested and I really am looking forward to trying it out myself I just really like what I'm seeing as of right now and there's actually some things that Hasbro is doing that I like better than Takara Tomi a small annoyance that I'm having with Takara Tomi is their whole variance thing pretty much half of all Beyblade X releases not including recolors are variants to dran Hells and Wizard and even Knight so half the Bays from X are just variants of other bays and that gets kind of frustrating and that's something about Hasbro bayblade X that I really like is that we're getting the exclusives like Mammoth and Shinobi and Samurai that's going to make the part list more diverse it's going to be more stuff to try out and it's not just another Dr or another wizard it's all brand new but that is going to wrap up this video I'm interested to see what you guys think of the Hasbro Beyblade X stuff now that we have more pictures and more information and what are you buying first but thank you guys for watching hit the like button hit subscribe and I will see you in the next one have fun and B away
