INSANE CATFISHING with GUMMY WORMS!!

all right guys although this was a mistake man all right guys it is middle summer in Texas still terrible fishing it's super hot when you catch a fish this time of year you touch it it literally feels like it came out of a hot tub water temperatures literally in the 90s fish are almost like they're super lethargic super hard to catch so fishing is just suck so I've been trying to find ways to keep you guys entertained and honestly to keep myself entertained when it comes to fishing so next up in line is gummy worms we're gonna try to catch fish on gummy worms haven't really tried this before but I'm taking a couple casts and so far what I can tell you is that they do not stay on the hook well at all but they do sink really really fast they're really really dense so they get down to the bottle quickly I got the new cast King Megatron spinning reel I got six pound line and I'm just gonna put them on a jig head just like that and cast them out there and fish them just like I would a dead rig it's like the same size as a dead fish finally got you to fish there so we're gonna try and hit some fish with this guys thanks for watching come on gummy worm oh I was uh legit bite guys of a jig bite we had our first actual bike on the gummy worms saw my line jump and everything think do not stay on the hook there we go oh my gosh we pulled it up a snag and a fish ate it I was just about to give up oh he still got the gummy worm in his mouth - there is we caught a fish on a gummy one little dink but it's something I've been at it for like an hour guys maybe our 15 minutes Oh finally whoo yes all right guys we're out or another pawn with my buddy Chris and we started noticing there's some catfishing this pawn and they're real shallow hopefully we can get one more fish on the gummy worms we're trying we've been burning daylight we've been trying hard I actually got Chris put a gummy worm on as well thank you guys for watching we're gonna try and get other fish from go oh my gosh another one just left dude how do we do this how do we do this without spear enough oh I got one I got one no he dropped it he dropped it but I gotta get in the crevice [Music] oh I got one right in front of me I go no I'm so bad oh oh my gosh he's got him on that you got him on the work we might have been two seconds late to turn the GoPro off but me that's on the worm oh dear you saw him smoking yeah there's another one right over here I wanted to try and catch him let me let me know when you guys are ready and I'll come grab yours you sight fish the channel cafe I'm gonna gummy more that's a TV channel that's your TV channel yeah for sure Wow he's not dude Wow I still want to lose him so you ain't going in there you enjoy that yeah that's a super gnarly kitty he's hooked super good dude is he he's like ancient man I know he's ancient got him we got him broke off the gummy worm yeah hey great tell us what happened man dude I was we were walking and I saw that these fish would sit right between this little crevice well you look at this you can see there's a there's a crevice right there and right here we walk along the bank and we notice the catfish are just busting out of there and I told Chris that and then he just saw one and I turned the GoPro on whoo I turned the GoPro on the second he saw one and he dropped is a gummy worm in front of it and it smashed it beautiful man let's get him back look you can't even see him yeah there he goes look at he's right there he's still in it crazy okay I'm looking it right there look at him right there that's what they do they sit right in those crevices come on yes you're on gummy worm baby another cage did you prove he's still got it he forgot the gummy work let me see yours man that's what makes the most sense see mine just fell off he's got it figured out you got to put that what is that thing called that Cinco a little rubber band on there yeah thank you at me there might be a fish right there guys yes yes yes I can see him I can see you can see him right there plain as day Oh tail drop it in this hole right where he's messing around a video is he going oh come on ty oh I think he had it oh dude I'm emotionally exhausting I think he had it and I messed up and took it away from him uh how long do we fish for uh five hours five six hours so after that first fish that I caught I was snagged and I had been fishing for like an hour hour and a half and had not gotten anything other than one little nibble I pulled the gummy worm off the snag and i catched like a half pound or 3/4 pound fish I was sorted to give up until that happened and then we got that one and I thought maybe I'll stick it out we stayed at that pond for a little bit nothing else coming into this pond and we had a blast or at least Chris did we started noticing those catfish right on the edges and I was pretty bad at catching them but Chris saw one of the bigger ones I was lucky that's it come right in front of his feet and he dropped his gummy worm on it and it just didn't smashed it inhaled it instantly and that's your pbteen okay right yeah but for about two and a half pounds four pounds easy yeah two and a half for the big jump there well you know I'm a big guy but we had a blast out here I guess Chris hooked into that other bass as well that we did not get in do you guys want to try this challenge just remember this this is what I was using the entire day and did not have much luck of sours yeah and then Chris was using those other ones they're a little a little more they're clear they're not near as bright and those got more of the bites and those definitely is what entering the catfish more red and yellow work the best really there's you okay both fishing no I don't want to tell you what you can eat those Chris all right man thank you guys for watching appreciate it yes I was close
