my name is Taurus 23 years old from Hong Kong I don't have a very healthy lifestyle I love to eat I love to socialize Wow is completely fine to do it I do it without moderation I couldn't find the balance at least I was pretty good at hiding my belly until I take off my shirt and I didn't exercise very often one day I woke up I said to myself I've had enough my body doesn't deserve to be treated like this I was not happy with myself and my lifestyle I needed a change I wanted to be healthy so I sent a message to a friend who I haven't spoken to you for a long time I didn't know this message could change my life I said hey are you a PT now let's collab and doing three-month Body Transformation after I'm back from my filming trip in South Africa he said yes so quickly and he asked me if I was committed I said yes I'm committed and this is how it all started hi guys i am taurus and this is daniel daniel and today we in this gym every year a little goal for myself last year i told myself to make a youtube channel I did it and this year to get in shape I have my personal PT here to help me throughout this process and I'm so nervous but excited in 90 days I want to have a recover and Daniels already telling me to do split squats because I'm literally gonna shoot myself you watch I'm kind of on holiday but training never stops even I'm injured I've got my friends to work out with me yo direct my other friend to come with me throughout this 90-day transformation may be you're gonna be on holiday maybe gonna be somewhere else celebrating whatever anniversary but still training has to happen get easy trainee with Daniel has been great but I wasn't very happy with my progress so I decided to use more of my free time to exercise it's 7 a.m. in the morning so every morning I'm going for a run before I hit the gym I ran in the morning and I went to the gym and I'm running with Georgia again at night my cardio today it's swimming I'm so tired of running I call running every day so and he's making me food it's important to measure what you eat so exactly steak and rice I measure everything I eat 400 gram of chicken nice one holiday in Guangzhou reg Dell and I'm still editing my video but guys I really don't have a choice because I have a tight deadline to meet but it is really not good for my progress you the best thing about the transformation is when you see your progress and sometimes they can shock you oh my god I was so fat day 4 day 77 I put my protein shake on top of the often somebody was faking it it was melting the plastic it smells like toxic right too much chicken breast and I got bored so today is stick day with rice six eggs rice and steamed it's actually very delicious if you used to it now I'm completely used to it and I think it's a treat go into the same gym every day could be boring so Daniel and I decided to go on a fitness trip in Bali the main point of our trip is to get some workout done and guess I'm tanning in they're playing won't arrest you later Indonesia in June we will work out everyday but we also wouldn't say no to some drinks and party I learned that everything is about moderation having Indonesian style fried chicken noodle and I can't really eat the noodle no new don't need to pick out the chicken what's of it was so we learned it yesterday and now we're back in Hong Kong and Daniel's place because he wants to watch my diet for the whole night and diet in the morning before I go on the photo shoot and he wants to make sure I get good rest so this is basically just 90 days in the nutshell because all these 90 days he's been watching my diet my sleep my exercise and stuff like that I've been following a very strict system and hopefully things will be great tomorrow are you nervous I'm nervous man it's like going to 4d as the exams like they prepare for so long and you want things to turn out well are you excited are you guys excited Marisol showed herself oh my god they stay 90 also the result day so it's been like quite a tough journey but yeah so it's time to see the result Daniel review the risotto as all you can see his face he used to be very chubby he has a big belly right now all those same gone the jawline is getting leaner is it look like different persons in terms of body fat percentage he came from 19 to 9 percent body fat this morning way was 85
