fighter there's the family mummy oh ycr and the kids are there they're proud of their man justifiably so we wonder what would happen when he came out of japan we wondered would he be able to reproduce the fireworks on the banks of the clyde in glasgow we wondered if he'd be able to put manny rodriguez down like all the rest we should not have wondered really every time those punches landed rodriguez shuddered here is the first knockdown carl that was a great shot and rodriguez done pretty well to get up there from that oh what a shot and that big long left there's so much length on him i hit him right on the chin unbelievable power for 118 pounds he's coming off demolition jobs of a couple of world champions piano and mcdonald that that left hook was so good and it's so long and so precise and so hard but he's got a guy on the final who has an equally good left hook i cannot wait to see the funnel against him in the new dinner i'm just looking at rodriguez face i mean that is proper proper pain yeah he's hurt and he done well to get up there after he stopped the fight but he wanted to continue that yo rodriguez is a proud puerto rican a tough man but i think the referee got it right that time that was that was an absolutely spectacular that's one of the best performances i've seen with my own eyes sitting as close to the right side that was a that was a real trick to home and i'm very appreciative for glasgow you have made it to the final of the world boxing super series where you'll fight for the muhammad ali trophy against nonito de nir what do you know about him how highly do you rate him and what do you have to do to beat him um has a great career record as well as a great fighter and i respect him a lot and i look forward to him i don't know how i'm going to fight him yet but i'm going to go back go to the drawing boards figure out figure it out and come back for the tournament congratulations and well done let's have a work with nonito now no need to before the fight you said i think this could be a 50 50 fight it's difficult to pick a winner what did you make of naoya in noah's performance tonight just incredible he came in here he did what he needed to do you know uh the there was no weight factor at all i mean he did what it did and i congratulate naoya and the whole japan for this this is what we've been waiting for we've always felt that we were going to meet each other it was destiny for us to be here for some odd reason i've always felt that i was going to be here he felt that i was going to be here and and now it's happening and this is what boxing is all about the best of the best i'm sure you won't want to give too much away but how do you beat him he is the monster you know you just gotta learn to tame the monster and that's something that i have to figure out you know he's a great great great fighter with great power great intelligence just great everything and that's something that makes me feel like it and he said there and i that he it's a fight that gets him excited and he feels like a 21 year old again i think that in a way i'll be the favorite get into this fight but nanito dinar will treat
