four of them by now and this is going to be it we're going to stop here as far as I know we've reached the end of the NA Civic build line now with a manual from any performance I'm good to have you sir you may remember Manuel he rode with me in that white supercharged Civic that you built he also built the red and a civic George's car that I loved this is your personal car yes tell me about it so it's a 2007 8th generation Civic the all the other civics you drove were nine chance this is the older model this has a que 25 which is a TSX bottom-end sleeved over board and it's got a CNC head of cams drug cartel cams the valvetrain it's got a custom manifold custom throttle body and most importantly it's got a motek ECU okay and you said 330 wheel horsepower yeah 330 and there is a dyno sheet I'm sure there is so you know this is your if you're the guy year so and I'm driven you're up to your other cars now I have no doubt this is gonna kick ass so let's uh let's never go and it's running eighty-five yes yep okay so far other than being loud pave then of course on the carbon 14 to 1 compression is 49 so how far are these how far down the rabbit hole is this isn't getting aligned for this I think it's at the end of the line / 3 car this tree is if you're building that far and I'll go for Street okay my go any further I won't run on the tree nose a little bit and you chorus I think I would and I would probably put you forth like a a 300 horsepower Eartha then we'll do if I wanted to go there all on the backs of power down by 30 or 40 can I have a border to be unbeatable that will be a lot less and if I know a lot better and you just drive a lot better everything would be better because these are a pretty good start oh let's see what happens like what if I cross Pacific like 11 and pretty much covered small this point but yeah definitely can any performance is a really neat build great power great fun to drive 11 seconds all motor civics are shooting for 10 this makes people was horrible on it really well you got to be busy to that inside here in 9 haha but that's like that looks like one of them like solar cars like a little bicycle by this this has an actual intake and an exhaust and the shoot cars in streak that's crazy well I'd shake out Emmanuel's wheel well I'd like to see the real detailed parts list of this had some cool nerdy stuff 130hp/l in from an NA motor? fucking amazing. And VTEC starts at 6800?

Matt looks like he had a ton of fun driving this (That no lift shift ~7:05 looked super entertaining). I think it was fair to call this the end of the road for NA civic builds.

Edit: Yes I get it, motorcycle engines and f1 cars have higher hp/l but this is a motor for a streetable car, which is designed completely differently and thus this is much more impressive. You're not getting 130hp/l at 13k rpm... probably something more like 8500.

NA Hondas with over 300whp are fucking insane. The power to weight ratio for this car is roughly .132. Just to put that in perspective, a miata with 160hp would be around .088 and a lotus exige would be about .116

Of course Emmanuel knows his stuff and can build a killer motor. But I did like the fact that he said an optimal motor for a canyon car would have less power than the car they were in. More is not always better (says the Hellcat owner, lol).

The guy's shop name has a bit of a Burlington Coat Factory problem. (Their motto: "More than just coats!"). The guy's shop is NA Performance but he builds a lot of turbo cars. It's always a bit of an oops when your branding runs directly counter to your business as it evolves.

In early 2000's I had a integra GSR that I was able to extract about NA 195 hp and it cost me an arm and leg to do it. 330 hp is insane.
