wait wait yep 24 nod I am European facades in exotic colorful splendor a little bit of Holland in the middle of the Caribbean Curacao a unique mix of languages nations cultures [Music] it's as if a small Dutch town that got lost in the Caribbean that's how villains that the capital of Curacao comes across Queen Emma Bridge is its landmark it goes straight across the harbor entrance linking the neighborhoods of plunder and otra banda when ships want to enter the harbour the bridges move to the side on pontoons Eric Miguel is the captain of the bridge he has the early shift today from 6:00 to 2:00 hey you if you want to come over hurry up you can see I'm just pulling the blue flag up the bridge will stay open a long time we have quite a lot of ships coming I'll warm it up in here that's swinging old lady as the bridges known locally Eric Miguel releases the latch and then the old lady floats like a ship and Miguel is in his element generally the work is great because you have
