what is up guys dave back again for another trucking vlog and we are headed to louisville kentucky while we're pretty much almost in louisville kentucky we are picking up our sign god how about let me restart this vlog what is up guys dave back again for another trucking vlog and we are in louisville kentucky delivering to a ups uh distribution center all right so we're gonna have to take a right on this road up here right here actually turn right that's right yeah that's it right there that's the place there's cfi trailer right there too so that's where i'm going um i know that and yeah this is not an entrance here this is the south side there's not an entrance so we made it we made it we made it drive on the right do i enter here no that's a car parking lot definitely not so yeah it's going to be this entrance up here truck entrance straight ahead it says is this the truck entrance here what does this say what does it say what does the sign say 8001 crittenden drive straight up this says truck entrance but it says crittenden drive is straight up i am going to the crit and then drive hey they're out of mississippi total that total trucking company there out of mississippi so yeah i mean that said truck entrance if i was going by the signs i would go there but i bet that's the lot that i'm going to right there because i was dispatched to go to this crittenden drive so i'm glad that sign back there said crit and didn't drive go forward and you know the reason they have that sign there is because guys turn in there that are going here and so they put that sign there to be like yo actually go up the road a little bit further and that pull in is coming up right up here on the right easy enough man easy enough to find it pretty sure i'm at the right place unless cfi gave me the wrong thing but all right that'll work man he got in there before me though because he passed me back there because i was going slow to try to read the sides you know what i'm saying that's it right there expedited feeder lot truck entrance oh we're right here by the planes dude dang so these must be loads that they they must load out of the trailers and onto the planes maybe i'm guessing i don't know look at that all ups planes man that is like a private ups airport i didn't know they had oh whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa yeah come on covenant come on buddy because i know see that guy's flashing lights pull up next to him well can i even do that no i can't do that so i'm gonna have to pull up in the next one yeah that's what she said she said pull through she said pull right through and unhook i was like okay so there ain't even enough room well i guess you could back a trailer right there but she told she literally said to pull through so i was like okay all good for me man i was gonna turn my flashers on because i don't know he has his on and she told me to do what he was doing so i don't know how far i'm supposed to pull up don't pull up too much because obviously two trailers go into these damn y'all old dave done forgot he wasn't in uh louisiana or mississippi anymore because uh it's cold man i got my little hoodie on and that didn't do anything these guys trying to get out of this freaking uh door you got to do some finagling to get out of the in and out of this gate that's where i got to go he said go check this lot for an empty i'm bob tailing now he said go check this lot for an empty if there ain't one here that gave me directions to an off-site location where i need to try to get it empty there so hopefully this doesn't end up being a uh goose chase for the next hours oh man damn i've been waiting trying to get this door forever all right guys here we go let's see if we can get a uh cfi trailer i got a feeling there i just got a feeling i ain't getting gonna work out but i don't know maybe i'm lucky man a lot of trailers in here uh let's go right and start with the right side i don't freaking know it's it's just oh god kidding the feeling just gets worse and worse as you pass up these rows and rows and you're like man there ain't not a single cfi up in this piece um yeah ain't no cfi's on this side does this wrap around to the right i'm thinking maybe it does does that wrap around no that's just that's just the circle of trailers there they run a tight ship here though man they had like four different windows for people to walk up to and like uh get trailers like they literally come on yard dog we gotta yield to them man nothing nothing all right come on dave come on man well we should bob tailings wherever the hell we gotta go we can get in and out of places pretty easily yeah i don't think we're gonna get lucky boys i don't think we're gonna get lucky well maybe we still can it ain't over cfr trailer man man why don't they expand this to have an in and out who designed this who is the engineer behind this one they run a pretty tight ship here as far as getting in and out of security getting in and out of the shipping and receiving window all that stuff was pretty say your dog will stop and talk to that man yeah i guess he is i'm awesome i'm a goat in son all right i'm gonna go i'm gonna go i ain't playing i ain't playing let me up out of here me out of here uh can i park again and like freaking yeah i'm gonna have to park again man because i gotta look up the address or find something some sort of way but i have to stop to do that so that's what i'm gonna do see this says directions to gate 4 kentucky expo center [Music] like this is hard head north on ups expedited end at kf kfec gate 4 drive is that going to come up in google let's see if that actually comes up in google all right let's see kfec gate 4. let's just see if that comes up ah it does kfc gate 4 drive louisville kentucky it actually comes up homie 11 minutes away let's let's zoom in on it make sure it looks like let's make sure that this route looks about the same we're coming from down here at crittenden we go all the way up around there up over into the right and there she is it it does match it it matches it gate 4 kentucky expo center so it must be this lot is that that little lot right there this is right here gate 4 drive kf ec when you go up here and you take that right let's see you take that right here there's a little bit of traffic congestion and then they say you just go up and it's right there so i guess we'll see it we'll see a row of trailers and stuff i'm gonna have google maps uh take me there and this is one of those times where i gotta step back in my sleeper and pee because i really have to freaking go oh hell let's just i can hold it i really gotta pee though bro i've really gotta go this would be a good time to do it but i just want to get this empty and get up out of here that yard dog there is having a rough day man when i was dropping my trailer which they already grabbed my trailer it looks like yeah they did when i was dropping my trailer that yard dog it was a cross he was kind of kicked to the side [Music] somebody just blew an air horn he was kind of kicked to the side and uh you know like i guess with his feet like over on the passenger side sitting there now this time he had both his hands on the wheel with his head down like in his arms and stuff so he's having him a rough day he must have drank a little bit too much on football sunday is what happened that's exactly what he did oh this this dude honking he's saying don't hook up to that trailer he's telling his other guy not to hook up to it for whatever reason all right guys now we head down to this yard um she said you got a bob i said yeah i gotta go down to this other yard and see if y'all got it empty for me she goes oh okay and then the guy was like you know where it's at i was like yeah i got it pulled up in my gps so oh well it is what it is man i just hope one's there if not then that means we call cfi and say hey what do you want me to do where do i go to get it empty you know the usual suspect yeah it's definitely a lot colder up here than it was down in uh louisiana mississippi man because i got out the truck earlier to go check in and man it was chilly so this is how ups makes it happen this is how it works behind the scenes that's a cool thing about being a truck driver too you get to see a lot of the uh you know the different industries and kind of the inside workings of them and whatnot rather than just seeing the ups guy you know come bring your mail on you know the afternoon or the evening or whatever the hell they get there you get to actually see some of this type of stuff which i would have never really saw before and you got the train right there man probably deliver stuff too i guess i don't know it's pretty cool and we're about nine minutes away four miles so it's 35 here so that's what takes so long is going slow here bob tail again boys yeah we got to make this we got to take a left in 0.2 so we basically just go around the whole world here interesting very interesting very very interesting okay another stop sign there's a car coming they don't have a stop sign trucker out left and right so we're good on that i'm gonna wait for this car we're waiting for the car gotta wait for the kind and i can take my left no no turn the wheel davey i ain't gonna make it the turn radius looks like i ended up having a backup i've had to do that before man i've went to make turns off the interstates like trying to get to a truck stop and you know you take like a left turn but like i go to take it wide and i take it too wide and then i have to back up and it was so embarrassing there's always people sitting there too you know like the the interstate exit road that you know runs parallel to the uh runs across actually the interstate it doesn't run parallel all right let's hang this left right here i think a lot of guys just stopped right there for a minute i got i got an hour and 15 minutes right now i need to take a 30 minute break hell i could have parked over there for 30 minutes real quick there we go sorry guys i got to be in the left i got 0.2 so you just have to wait behind both of us trucks in all honesty yeah we'll go ahead and get by estes he's climbing you can't see the lines here there we go it is a double turn but i'm bobtail so it doesn't like i got to take it wide or anything hopefully i make this light before it changes yep we made it hang this left this is a double turn so i need to stay oh so this is a bike lane right there that's interesting what is this this is some this is some doo doo here man a big fat stupid pile of due to all these turns and curves and areas to go get a flippin empty we're almost there four minutes these cars are hauling ass through this 35 mile an hour zone man ain't playing now we're a local we don't ever see the law out here we know where they like to hide you know like you usually know where you like to hide in like your city like in biloxi like i know most all the spots you know what i mean where i need to slow down i mean i don't speed anywhere anyways guys but if i was hypothetically if i did speed anywhere in my personal vehicle which yes i do before the comments even come i do know it affects my commercial license and my job with uh cfi but obviously i wasn't always a truck driver and didn't always have my cdl and hypothetically if i did speed somewhere i knew where the spots were where the cops would hide and then i would i would slow down at those spots hypothetically if that actually happened i got to get over to the right this is a turn only speaking of cops he could have caught him a couple of them back there shoot hi traffic's picking up around this area too we are down up in it man what was that that wasn't gate that ain't a gate yeah i mean it says i need to take a right here so i didn't think it would be here but i'm just looking there it is right there kentucky fair exposition center gate four okay maybe this just enters into a there this i gotta pee so bad but this must just go into a trailer lot has to has to oh i thought that was a gate that was i thought that was the road like the road was closed by a gate i was about to get pissed yeah there's trucks coming out of here so we did the right thing we found it that's trucking boys you want to be a truck driver look at this this is trucking right here this is trucking out a lot of trailers over there okay all right all righty man all right we gotta get checked in probably yeah i'll be right back with you guys i gotta check in okay so they allow parking here because they had like trucks and buses was like twenty dollars to park and then like cars and stuff for like ten dollars and uh they just waved me through like because they know what i'm here for they know i'm coming in looking for a freaking empty trailer but he just flagged me through it was like go ahead buddy i mean this is a pretty big lot i would imagine this is ups parking only i mean that's where we're going so i'm just going to go across the road into this lot i don't know i mean i'm ups i'm not parking either i'm going to look for a freaking trailer man hell i don't know let's start from the right man let's just start from the end and go around this whole place until we find a cfi train it got to be one here boys this is some doo-doo all of this it's like they got so many trailers and not enough place to do it they think they run out this whole like freaking entertainment center parking lot just to park trailers oh what if my cfi is like inside of there how would i side hook to that boys how would i get that trailer out here huh super truckers you could have done it couldn't you you would have moved one trailer at the top and shuffle them around with you oh can i get around this way or did i just screw up yeah because i'm screwed on this side i didn't know i thought yeah yeah yeah yeah whatever okay i get it let's go slow kentucky state fair where you going bud where are you going bud [Music] you must be looking for him and empty too oh you're gonna stop right there in the middle of the road you know like let me just stop right there just see if i can't get through the correct lane to go look for his trainer oh let me back up now what am i doing bro what are you doing you just backed up like what was he doing [Music] all right boys well we'll just go down one lane at a time so you can't get any of these trailers anyways if you wanted to they're so jam-packed up in here that's crazy if i had one in there it screwed all right well let's go start up here i guess i mean you know naturally i want to start from one side i'm seeing if i can spot any at a distance anyways but now i want to start from one side and work my way down so i don't get confused like oh did i go this way did i go that way this place looks crazy man it's like a little town over here all right come on boys can we get lucky we're up all night to get lucky we're up all night to get lucky oh my video's gonna get demonetized these aren't even like company trailers dude i mean i get on the road here but i don't know if there's another entrance into there and i know i can go through here so i'm just going to turn around because i don't know once i get on that road maybe it's blocked off by a concrete divider or something you know i'm not trying to do all that and start from scratch so i'm gonna come back up here and we're gonna come make sure nobody's coming hang this right i don't see any cfi no cfi no cfi down there either i can see all the way to the end not a single cfi now we're gonna pull through here a lot of ptl slow down slow down just in case anybody yep right there is a car no cfi what is that car doing i don't know but we're gonna hang this left double check all these trailers down here then we're gonna hang the right no cfi god dang it damn this load hey bobtail you doing the same thing i am ain't you bud sure are we all looking for trailers oh i think this right no cfi i got a bad feeling about this boys i got a bad feeling about this there's just trash everywhere here look at this i'm starting to see more company trailers though but let's see oh this that does a dude hook to that cfi trailer i need to go ask him if he's dropping that there's a dude hooked to that cfi trailer there let me ask him if he's dropping that i don't know maybe he just hooked up to it damn i gotta take a 30 minute break man i'm down to an hour it's about to go ding ding ding in a minute listen you'll hear it that is that's not even a cfi it's lpd why is he hooked up to a cfi trailer is that a two's here oh no it's three why is he hooked up to that and is he dropping it because if he's dropping it i need it bro i'm gonna go back there and ask him i'm gonna look and see if there's another one if there's not i'm going back over there and asking that dude because i need a freaking trailer but we gonna look because maybe there's a juicy five series in here doubt it i just dropped the 5 series and this sucks yeah i think the old they've only put one type of trailer there that's not like people that have to grab those trailers trailers are probably used by ups right there so they kind of uh you know they just stack them in there pull them out as needed from the front or whatever it's what i would imagine the reasoning for that yeah i want to know why that dude's hooked up to the one cfi trailer in the yard and he's lpd i mean he probably was contracted to haul it or whatever but hey man i need that trailer i'm cfr let me get it bro damn man a lot of the total a lot of the swift a lot of ptl smith transport not a lot of cfi i guess we don't do a whole lot here and now i'm screwed i'm going to take a 30 minute break before i do anything i'm gonna have to take it in this yard call cfi while i'm at it and say hey i need to know where to go to get a trailer if this guy isn't dropping that one and this is the last row up here and if that's not it then yeah we're gonna go back there and park by that guy and i'm just gonna go ask him i mean i didn't i would have saw a cfi when i came in here because i came in from right over there and there's not one so yeah okay there's one three series with a guy hooked up to it so let's go see what the deal is with that i'm hungry i gotta pee i got 58 minutes left on my clock or i just take my 30 minute break and see if he earned hooks from it he wasn't in the seat though but his dog was maybe we'll ask his dog hey fido yeah i don't know why he's hooked to that cfi all right guys i'm going to start my 30-minute break i'm actually going to make some food really quick before i even go over there and bang on this dude's door because i'm running out of time so um i'm going to go off duty make some food back there then once i get something to eat pee and everything that i need to do my bodily functions then i'm gonna go over there and knock on his door and just ask him if he's dropping that trailer or not uh yeah he might be doing the same thing taking a quick 30 minute break before he drops it or something you know i don't know we'll see but i gotta pee and eat first seriously i'll be back later let's take a spin to a falling place these open highways are calling our name and now it's time for us to escape escape to a world we don't know escape into the great unknown escape to unknown
