Hello, everyone. This is Iron Workshop. Following last time, when ordinary people do daily welding, I'll tell you how to set the standard for the current. In the videos that I uploaded before, What's the current value? That's what I said and worked on it. But these days, I didn't mention the current value. There's a reason for that. Among the welding machines in circulation, Even if there's a current meter, There are many cases where the displayed current value is not match. For example, the displayed current is 90. In reality, there are cases where the current is very low. There are cases where it's the opposite. So, if I have to set the current value as something, If the current value doesn't match, I think there will be worse results. I haven't been telling you the price of the current. I've been making videos. But no matter how much I give you tips, If the current value doesn't match, it's useless. So, the current value that I'm working on right now, Even if it's not the same, I'm going to try to approximate it. I was thinking about it. But I found a way. First of all, I'm going to prepare a 2.6-pi welding rod. It'll be a 1.4t pipe. I need to prepare the same thing as what I do. You can set the same standard. I'll set the current value to around 90. I'm going to weld it. I did dot welding on this side. On the other side, lower the current. I'll try full welding. This is the point welding. This side is fully welded. It didn't go well here, but to explain briefly... This part didn't go well. And it's been welded from here. If I can add something... If the current value goes down, the base material that's cooled down... When I first started, I couldn't fit in well. there are times when the welding doesn't work well. So, if you cut it off with spot welding at a high current price, I told you that it's more advantageous. That's what happened. Right now, I'm going to do spot welding that fits 90 degrees 90 degrees... I'll look for the current value. Let me explain how to do this. You need some tips for this, too. First, scratch the scratch board. It makes it easier to start. First, put the head of the holder on each pipe. I'm going to start welding it like this. For arc welding, the angle of progress and the angle of work. Also, the hand movement of the worker between the base material and the welding rod. These things cause variables. But if you lie down on the base metal and start to respond, There's no movement of my hands. There's no angle to work or move forward. I'm going to approximate the current I'm working on. You can get it right. And the welding machine eliminates the high frequency start function. I'll put it in normal welding mode and start welding. There's a hole in each 1.4T pipe. I'll show you again. I'll repeat it over and over again and again. When the current value reaches 90, it becomes like this. The size of the hole doesn't matter. While watching the video, after some time, You just need to get the hang of it. Even so, It's not like there's a hole every time. If you repeat it several times, you will feel the average value. In a video clip about arc welding, The current value of 90 is... You can think of it as this strong. Viewers, if you try it yourself, too. There must be a welding machine that's different from an ammeter. This time, I'm going to use the full welding machine. I'll try it again with the current price. Yes, it goes like this. There's no hole. Based on the current value of about 50mm, on this 1.4t pipe, When welding, there's no hole in the hole. I'll try once more. Yes, it becomes like this. Should I show you? Beads are piled up like this. Holes are made like this. Then let's put 50 here. I don't know if you think it'll be easier to weld it, That's not true Beginners need to practice. If I let go of 50, it won't start. It's hard to practice. So, when I first started, it was 80 to 90. I'm telling you to practice with the current. I'm going to start off with a weak and slow arc welding. The current is getting stronger. I can't do that's. At first, I thought it was a good start. Find the minimum current value and practice. If the current value goes down to a lower current value,
