I Visit The World's LARGEST Water Park!

hey everyone welcome back so behind me is the Atlantis Hotel here on the palm gym area in Dubai and it's home to one of the world's biggest water parks I mean this place is big but in 2021 it had a huge expansion making it a third bigger than it already was they've also got a new entertainment venue in there where I'm gonna have lunch go on a few rides so let's go I've just got to find my way in because this place is huge [Music] now this is what you call an aquarium it's huge look at that shark anyway it's this way to the Aqua Adventure so loads of wristbands on um this orange wristband is for Fast Track because I thought it's probably going to be really busy today and I have only probably a couple hours here so I need to go on as many rides as I can the yellow one is to get me into the park and this one is for the lockers which also I get a towel which I need to pick up but let's have a walk around the park before we actually go on some of the rides it's quite a nice idea that some of the walkways are covered up because as you know the sun can be pretty extreme here in Dubai that's what's really good is they've got the ride times telling you how long the wait is 10 minutes leap of faith Zoo marango aquaconda five minutes Shockwave eight minutes was I a little bit Hasty buying a fast pass ticket I'm not sure so here is the map of the park as you can see it's pretty huge I'm trying to figure out where I am does it say where I am on the map I think I'm here so we've got torrent Beach which is like a little rapid area you go all around with your rubber ring Poseidon Tower Trident Tower snappers splashes Lagoon splash's Cove and also I think you can get access onto the beach as well those are little places to get some food splashes mountain now this is for kids but it still looks pretty good I'll have to bring Casper back here it's like a little mini beach here so you can see there's like waves in this one ever so often these waves come rolling in so you may have seen this one on many TV shows so this one actually shoots you into an aquarium as the shots go past you can see people there just going through it's undoubtedly the most famous slide in the park which again I won't be able to film on but you actually slide through the aquarium underneath there's two ways you can do it one is on a rubber ring and the other one is shooting through it at around about a few miles an hour so there will be slides that I can film on and other slides that obviously I can't if I'm doing that there's so many of these water coasters around as well here you haven't been on a water coaster before you've got to try it is going to be fast [Music] it's funny how close you can walk to one and then pass the other one plenty of Sun beds so here are the River Rapids you go in pretty slowly and then it gets a little bit more extreme and like with most Rapids you get to a point where it really slows down and you've got a pull yourself across it's official world record holders most water slides in one water park oh [Music] now these are pretty insane because they almost go vertical again I won't be able to put my camera on in there but looking forward to trying that let's take a look at the atlas Village there's a Starbucks Starbucks are everywhere so on this little beach here it's where you can see a little bit of a dolphin display amazing isn't it let's give them a round of applause everyone [Applause] it also offer you the chance to swim with the dolphins and to feed them too obviously extra really big Lagoon for them to swim around on a natural beach too a different place [Music] so this is one of the new additions Trident Tower again I won't be able to kind of film on this but you lay on a map that you pick up over there you slide through the darkness and there's loads of steam as you come out look at those dragons there I love how they let you actually walk through all the slides they really have jam-packed the slides in here wow and what's crazy about these slides look is they actually have a drop at the end which will probably um freak you out a little bit and again they don't look that high but when you're up there a guy's face this thing is huge and not many water parks go out onto the beach they rake the beach every night so this is the top of the Palm and the water here obviously is just so still there's one of the newest hotels in Dubai is classed as one of the most luxurious hotels in the world it is just opened here in Dubai right at the top of the Palm Island with one of the most amazing swimming pools that has amazing views over Palm jamera how warm is this water that's actually quite cold that's probably because of the white sand reflecting the sun's heat a lot of Dubai's Beaches they are quite soft but most of them are quite coarse because it is finely broken down seashells so I'm gonna go and get lunch at one of their newest restaurants but Snappers right down by the beach it's quite affordable but has amazing views you can see the balloon there going up wow not quite sure what those are called those big cone toilet bowl ones but there's a there's a little mini one here in the Children's Park which is quite good so they can try out what it feels like to be a big kid look at the showers it's a bucket all hidden there's a shower how cool is that you've got smaller little big rides if that makes sense it's quite a good idea it's time for lunch and I thought I'd go to the wave house I've always wanted to try one of these think I've found miserably they've got a swing at the bar only for one though look at that kids would love sitting in there [Music] to do live music in here too it looks like so I thought I'd start off with a cocktail and here it is in a real pineapple this is called Anna's punch and it's got white rum dark rum Earl Gray tea pineapple coconut cream and served of course in a fresh pineapple oh wow wow that is nice so took the top of the pineapple off and turn it upside down pushed it back in scooped all the pineapple out blended it with the uh the rum and that and then put it in there nice even though there's alcohol in here it still casts as one of your five a day right obviously want anything too heavy when you're a water park so for lunch I've gone for a tuna Mayo open sandwich with um crushed avocado however the avocado does not look crushed it's on sourdough bread as well see there how it's constantly Making Waves it's like a wave machine it comes away [Music] Neptune Tower or Poseidon Tower I have an idea which one's the best I'll go this one I think it goes to that underwater part I showed you earlier looks like I'm gonna tip up how everyone's just right so I've got a choice of one two three four five six on this [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] I can see it was a record breaker I mean there are so many slides in there I've been in there for about five hours and I probably only did about 40 percent of those slides also it's bigger than you realize I misplaced my flip-flops so I had to get some new ones because I couldn't remember where I put them Just want to say a massive thank you to Aqua Adventure Atlantis the Palm
