I make Spoked Steel Wheels in an Industrial Style, using Rebar for the Spokes - Rebar Project

The wheel we are going to make is going to have five spokes So how do we work out the five points to do that? 72 Degrees 72......144 so that's, 72....72 72 144 So what have we got? that's 26mm To center this, I will drill a hole and it will drop into that What I need is a flat bar ring to go around the outside of this And what I have got is 50mm X 6mm and that will bend around there 50mm x 6mm (2 inch x ¼ inch) Flat bar There’s the joint, it closes up. We will put this in there, it closes up. Always use the correct safety gear And use your tools safely I am not a good role model for this This bit of pipe will be our axle it is 34mm this way And it's got a really nice thick wall on it I will pull it all apart, and it will be all coated with a finish. I will then grease it and put it back together. And it will be all ready to go.
