I Made "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga Without Hearing It

hi guys happy little day today now welcome to another episode of this bull crap haven't done one of these in a while you guys are probably thinking thank God you stop doing these nope doing it again today we're going to make Poker Face by Lady Gaga but I'm not going to be able to hear it the whole time and there's been a lot of confusion in these past episodes I've done of this so I just want to clarify something I listen to the song once I can hear the song once before I mute my computer I give it one listen I take notes on it and then the computer goes on mute and I can't hear anything but I have the sound routed so that my computer's recording like the audio as I'm doing it so you guys will be able to hear it the whole time I just can't hear it how this song sounds is going to be a surprise to me and at the end of this video we're going to listen to how close I got to actual Poker Face by literal Lady Gaga I think I have a good feeling about this one guys so here we go guys I got to figure something out Lady Gaga was 22 when she put that thing out and it was a hit it's a generational hit it's a classic that stands the test of time that if that song came out today people would still think it's from the future how you how the hell you do something like that God this going to be so hard I have to make it without hearing it see this is where I draw the line with some of this stuff you know oh Lady Gaga Poker Face is an e key in a major mode just just say e major it's not even called a major mode it's [Music] ionian m so here's my theory guys I think that the m m ma bunch of people ask this too I keep forgetting to answer it in the video I use logic pro that's my doll I like it a lot and it's fun that's probably right yeah I'm going to go with that's right so this basically happens for like the whole song song I said it was a muted syn so maybe we should do something like this yeah really muted a little bit guys I'm going a little crazy with this one going a little crazy with this one and then make my poker face okay so this looks aggressive but I I guess that's what kind of what we're going for that's what I call for on the floor I get him hot show him what I got yeah man lady Go got such a genius and to think that everyone made fun of her everybody laughed at her everyone doubted her NYU did you ever hear about that time where she was in college and there was this like Facebook hate group against her apparently like when she was in college Lady Gaga had like these serious haters and they made this Facebook group called Stephanie germinada you will never be famous come on like you can't make the Facebook group saying you'll never be famous like what if she is though as if the Facebook group saying no you'll never be famous as if that's not going to make her want to get more famous now she's real famous I don't know if that one's the real one or not I don't even know if it's real it could just be like a whole Ploy that's a good PR stunt that's a good thing to make up all right got to build out this chorus I got to find a good Airy syn see this is where I keep going wrong I feel like where I went wrong is when I'm looking for something I'm getting the most popular sounds is that what I'm going for really to make the most popular song or am I trying to make something a little bit more relevant that's probably good uh M what if we look it up is this cheating G Miner God damn it come on H here you can't tell me it's in G Shar minor I thought it was eate relative major God damn it oh I've making it in the wrong key this guys have I told you guys this story I don't think I have so the other day I was at this thing and I was just talking to my friends and we this topic came of like a room like putting something in the corner of a room and I was talking about like Corners in a room and this guy comes up to us and he's like Corners in a room ah which how many corners are in a room and I was like uh four he was like four in a room I'm like well well I guess no there has to be like at least eight but I'm not going to put something in the top right corner of a room if it's gravity whatever the corners in the room comes up and then this guy goes yeah you know that's what I like about you you're really simple-minded random strangers came up to me and call me simple-minded oh wo oh oh whoa oh I [Music] get but the worst part about it is that I took it as a compliment all my friends were offended on my behalf I was like what do you mean like is that a bad thing to be simple-minded that sounds kind of nice to me like I I don't over complicate things like I'm I'm simple-minded you know I just like I'm low maintenance you know like I'm cool I don't know my friends were like no I don't think that's what he meant no that's not what he meant and you know it's one thing yeah kind of stinks for his arm some random stranger to come come up to you and say that he thinks you're simple-minded but at the end of the day it's like how how much closer am I to getting to beating the simple-minded allegations I mean this this whole time I thought it was a compliment car my car my know you can't read my poker face she's got me like nobody can my yeah I don't know you guys got any stories lately what do you guys think this one's going to suck I honestly think this one might it's going to be the worst one I don't even want to listen to it at this point I'm just talking to stall I'm just stalling because I know that this one's just it's it's not even going to be funny it's just it's just going to suck wait stop will say you know I'm kind of on it with the vocals I feel like we should take the pitch correction off though and just hear how off it is from the actual key of the song CU I I tried to sing it in I don't think I was too off with [Music] this no I think I'm I think I was I think I'm reaching I think I'm just trying to make myself feel better I think I'm living in denial so much to the point where I'm starting to believe the lies I'm telling myself I won't tell you that I love you kiss or hug you cuz I'm fing with my muing I'm not lying I'm just my love she's got me like no enough enough the song's over oh my god wow guys there's not that many words I have not that [Music] many see that sounds nothing like poker face but it is a beautiful touch in fact I go as far to say if Lady Gaga
