Today I will install R-600a inverter  compressor in this refrigerator but why   as the customer complained that the  refrigerator is not cooling and not working fine   when we came to check the refrigerator the ice in  the freezer had melted to water first I will test   the compressor I have attached the clamp meter  with the relay to check the compressor amperes   now I will pass electricity through it you  saw that the compressor took 14 amperes then   13 amperes and then the compressor tripped now I  will find out whether the problem is in the relay   or the compressor so I have made the relay out of  the compressor I have got this new relay through   which I will confirm whether the old relay  installed in the compressor is faulty or not   other than this I will pass direct electricity  to the relay this way I will confirm that the   refrigerator has no problem with anything else  the relay or the compressor can make problems   the compressor again took 13 amperes  when I installed the new relay   with the direct connections it still made the  same problem now this made me confirm that the   compressor is trying to start but the winding of  the compressor is weak or has been short-circuited   now I will wash this refrigerator  before working on it further   [Music] I am removing the older 134a compressor now I will clean the internal  pipes of the refrigerator   and check whether the pipes have excess oil or  not now this is advice and a warning that if   you are not an expert on working with nitrogen  gas never work with such high pressure gases   you have to work on it at your own risk I  have braised this pipe with the capillary tube   and I will clean both the evaporators of the  refrigerator I am opening the nitrogen gas   valve very slowly to prevent extra pressure from  going inside the evaporators the gas has started   to flow but the pressure is very normal I will  open the valve again but slowly and gradually   now I am cleaning the pipe coils and you can see  no oil is coming out of the coils it would still   have been the same if I had installed a gauge  with it it is confirmed that both evaporator   coils inside the refrigerator are clean as it has  no oil inside them I will cut the capillary tube   as it has been cleaned now I have braised the  pipe with the condenser I will open the valve   of the nitrogen the condenser coils are also  clean now I am closing the valve of the nitrogen   I've cut this tray because when I was installing  the compressor inside this refrigerator   the control board was touching the tray that  is why I have cut it according to the need now I will vacuum the system let's start  the vacuum machine to vacuum the system   the system has started to vacuum smoke  is coming out of the vacuum machine   but it is not captured on the camera but I can  see it originally the moisture inside the coils   is burning and coming out in the form of smoke  the vacuum is now completed that is why I am   closing at Val first as I close the valve no  change is made in the sound of the vacuum pump   means the system has been vacuumed removing the  valve from the vacuum pump now I will charge our   600a refrigerant in the refrigerator I will use  this small cylinder to add our 600a refrigerant   I will check the weight of the cylinder  the weight of the cylinder is 222 grams   to use this type of cylinder this tool is used you  can see these threads on the top of the cylinder   I will fit the tool on the top of the  cylinder you can see this pin inside the tool   this is the pinching pin for the cylinder so  before installing it on the cylinder I will rotate   the pinching pin upward now it has moved upward I  am also moving this nut upward now I will tighten   it on the top of the cylinder it is getting hard  to rotate the valve so I will use a 12 millimeter   spanner to tighten the valve I will tighten the  valve accurately to prevent any leakage from the   cylinder now I can feel while tightening it the  rubber inside the valve is fitted on the cylinder   now I will lock this opening of the valve  I am using a plier to lock it precisely   now I will measure the weight of the cylinder  again now the weight of the cylinder is 290   grams with a valve I have attached the pipe with  the cylinder let's check its weight with the pipe   now the weight is 366 grams a hole will be made  when the valve tool pin is rotated downward   the hole has been made in the cylinder I heard  it sound and the gas has traveled inside the   pipes the weight of the cylinder is so important  to charge gas accurately inside the refrigerator   I will Purge air out from the pipes by opening  the pipe nut now I have opened the manifold gauge   valve 13 grams of refrigerant has been added to  the refrigerator now half an hour has passed since   I added 13 grams of refrigerant now I am turning  on the refrigerator I have installed a meter with   the refrigerator the compressor consumes 36 Watts  0.53 is the power factor it consumes 0.29 amps   the gas charging has been completed now I will  check the compressor's performance as it took   three to four hours to charge gas inside it while  charging the gas I could not check its performance   I turned off the refrigerator I opened both  the refrigerator doors and now I have returned   after five to six hours the temperature  inside the refrigerator is 12.5 degrees   the time is 5 51. I will start the compressor  again it consumes 0.76 amperes and it is working   at 86 watts in the start as the speed of the  compressor is low I will check the temperature   of the compressor as it has been five minutes  since it started the temperature is 32.3 degrees   after eight minutes the compressor has started to  speed up it consumes 122 watts and 0.96 amperes   the refrigerator's temperature is minus 20.8  degrees inside the freezer which is a decent   temperature the time is 7 56. and did you notice  the time when I started the refrigerator I will   open the door of the refrigerator the freezer's  cooling is good and now I've checked the fridge   it is also cooling fine after two hours of working  the refrigerator is now consuming 120 watts now   the temperature of the compressor is 68.9 degrees  the return gas and Refrigeration is important   this is how we know how a system is performing no  ice is forming on the return or suction pipe of   this refrigerator the refrigerant should flow  in vapor form in the suction pipe but if it   flows in liquid form then it means the system  is problematic this is due to when the gas is   overfilled in the refrigerator then the gas  flows in liquid form the ice is the biggest   sign for gas flowing and liquid form in the  suction pipe this will make the compressor go   bad quickly now I am checking the temperature  of the return pipe which is 31.5 degrees   this is also a decent temperature now let me tell  you how much gas I charged in this refrigerator   the weight of the cylinder is 208 grams when we  check the cylinder before charging the refrigerant   the weight of the cylinder with the tool was 290  grams so if 208 grams are minus from 290 grams   means I have charged 82 grams of refrigerant in  this refrigerator nowadays the refrigerator with   our 600a gas has 55 to 60 grams of refrigerant  but I have charged the refrigerant almost 80 grams   so what is the reason behind it before telling  you that I will lock the refrigerant I will pinch   the pipe with a locking pinch off pliers I will  press the pinch off pliers tightly because the   refrigerant r600a is flammable I have installed  another pinch off plier for more strength the old compressor installed in this  refrigerator was something like this   and the refrigerant inside it was our 134a I have  installed this compressor in the refrigerator   I have written our 600a on the specification  sticker because if any other person works on   this refrigerator so he would know that the  compressor installed and it is in our 600a   inverter compressor as the r600a sticker  is installed on the compressor as well   now if I talk about its electric wiring the  compressor is working directly I didn't change it   now at last let's talk about that why have I  charged more refrigerant in this refrigerator   you can see the condenser of this refrigerator  is bigger than an r600a condenser because if   the length of the pipes increases the quantity  of the refrigerant will be needed to increase   that is why I charged 82 grams of refrigerant in  it I think the size of the pipe is also bigger for   our 134a refrigerant but the diameter of the r600a  pipes is smaller due to which the refrigerant is   charged lessen it the boiling point of the R134a  gas is higher and the r600a boiling point is lower   that is why to cool the refrigerator  with our 600a gas less space is required   and our 134a needs more space that is why  this refrigerator took more refrigerant   and the refrigerator is performing fine  click on the left or right thumbnail on   the screen to watch our next videos  and subscribe it's free thank you
