I FIRED my last Minneapolis Customer

I don't care I have cars where you ask them to get out of the wavy so that you can clear an account and they intentionally will park behind you so that they can get hit purposefully they'll see you working back and forth and they'll zoom in and park right there so you got to constantly have your head on a swivel I had an account in miniapolis where that was status quo the people in Minneapolis had it figured out where if I was backing up and I hit one of them well they got a big fat lawsuit out of that so they would try to do that the later at night got the more you had people trying to get hit by you at least that's the way I viewed it and maybe some of you guys do as well but let's get back into this plowing video I asked that guy there to move you think he'll figure it out or maybe we should just uh look it now he ain't getting out yeah he could have worked on it 10 minutes ago when I asked him all right we put one there got a truck there got a little motor here we got a full operation full night ahead of [Music] us is is this what we call Controlled Chaos little bit is it fun oh a lot of [Music] bit where the H these are the fun nights this is what makes snowf plow and a blast you guys cuz we aren't under under the gun we can just coming start doing what we do and uh enjoy it and we get to play in all the best kinds of toys loaders and trucks and pol snow what's that you going take more than a minute before the action get started we probably got 3 400 loads that we got to get out of these different uh areas this evening so we are not wasting in any time we're going to be getting to it hard hard and [Music] fast well we got 10 pieces running tonight y 10 pieces going so little chaotic here trying to get everyone going at first but once it goes It goes like a then it's going yeah then we're going to rolling [Music] so he's never ran the hand controls before so he's got it he's got his swi GE a little bit oh he's only ran hand foot and put yeah oh he's an old school operator then yeah huh New Generation by old school operator right you don't see that very often no most guys would get into a hand foot machine and not know what the hell to do anymore right right yeah the fact that he's a b he's bass Awards like that he'd fit in with this company pretty good then so that that bucket right there is our old Raptor that I uh we rewelded it didn't come quite right we had another one of these coming that thing is a beauty on the loader on the front end loader Ah that's the that's the ticket right there skid loader that high back not so much but on a loader like this that bucket oh that's the ticket nice fat back in that thing loads so fast jeez [Music] look at that he's already getting the hang of them hand Qui controls he's already getting the hang of it [Music] [Music] not bad for 5 minutes in the machine and he's already that's an operator right there 5 minutes he can be doing that imagine what he' be doing in 5 hours imagine what that guy could do in 50 hours that machine would sing and dance y you could tell immediately if a guy has some skill in a machine you can tell mediately takes you about 30 years of watching guys operate but then after that you can tell immediately hey Siri uhhuh what's the tempo hey it's 6° [Music] [Music] this account right here is my last and only account that I have in Minneapolis I fired every single account I had in Minneapolis besides this one and the only reason I still have this account is because it's a government center and it's not open to the general public at night all of the other accounts that I got rid of were gas stations and the gas stations in Minneapolis seem to attract the absolute worst kind of people they have zero regard for people that are working around them and it's in their benefit and they know it's in their benefit to park in places that make your work more difficult because if you as a contractor screw up and smack one of their cars it's nothing but Payday for these guys so this is my last account in Minneapolis that I'll ever do and after this one I won't go back into that town the Minneapolis has just gone downhill [Music] [Music] [Music] turned out to be pretty slim picking but at least we were able to do some plowing some snow hauling but only a fraction of what we normally would what was it like for you guys in your neck of the
