I Don’t Stop Opening Until I Get a VINTAGE PACK...

this right here is a walmart exclusive pokemon card mystery box and inside of one in every four should be a vintage pokemon card booster now everyone always calls these a scam they always say they're the worst luck ever so we've managed to track down 15 of them and just like a kid in the candy store we're gonna open all 15 and see how many vintage packs we can find let's do it alrighty guys i hope you got your sherlock holmes hat on i hope you're ready to discover some mysteries right here we're gonna find out are these walmart exclusive mystery boxes actually a scam i want to do this for like the longest time ever i can't even put into words i've always wanted to know is the ratio one in four actually correct because by my calculations if we got 15 here at minimum at the worst we should get three vintage boosters let's open up the first one and then we'll open up the rest of them and hopefully we can get three of these vintage packs so let's open up the first one i guess i'm just gonna rip this we're not gonna cut it so you know when we get our giant we got here oh okay okay a sun and moon bay set which isn't the end of the world and are unified mines i don't know what they classed as like an old school pack though what the heck is that typhoon old school holo card look at that thing that's so sick okay so a decent leg promo god right there typhlosion and we're gonna get the yar code god right here so let's open up this and then it looks like you just go straight to the back and have a look at what's inside oh no way what is this hidden fates whoa that's awesome i reckon that's what they would class as a chase pack i reckon hidden fates is pretty good and a detective pikachu i'm already loving the mystery that's inside of these now what's the promo card what in the on jemima it's a reverse heat ran who wants a reverse heat ran okay then we got a snorlax gx box code card this could be the most random video i've ever made on the channel but i'm all for it all right so uh a hidden baits and a detective pikachu pack i tell you what the opening at the end of this video once we've opened all these it's gonna be awesome it's a lot of packaging for not much stuff oh we're back to it oh so that definitely was a chase sort of opening right there i reckon the detective pikachu in hidden face because it's the same packs that were in the other one and we get a up it's not even a promo it's a hollow sceptile with a beautiful hollow pattern on it i think there's a bit of a scratch right there how is there a scratch on the pokemon god rip the back of this one off and what do you think are we gonna get another one no it's going to be the same thing again and it's the same car promo card unified mines and a base at sun and moon there's the code card we've got a world championship deco card and we get a hollow sceptile once again repeat on the promo card all right it's getting real right now it's getting real spicy oh what's our second one gonna be what's our second chase pack gonna be i'm praying it's like something old just one i want one ridiculous one out of 15 surely that's not too much to ask because i reckon these retail for like 20 or something stupid so break the back off and oh this one what in the world oh sugar okay this is brilliant this is what i'm talking about you know what these are actually pretty decently seated shining legends nothing wrong with that that is amazing we could get any of the shining cards also sun and moon base set but look what was in here what the flip is this it's a christmas ornament we got a pikachu christmas ornament guys that is random ass but good selection of booster packs all right that was good so let's open up this one what are we gonna get oh oh no way i'm curious how they got so many of the same promo cards here because this type lotion is the same as the other one and they also doubled up on the skeptile like where did they find them but we got a sun and moon booster pack and we got a unified mines we've also got a world championship deck code card let's get that one open open up the cardboard what are we gonna see oh it's gonna be the same isn't it you're gonna do me dirty with a sun and moon oh it's a unified mines and the same sceptile hollow card bruh all right and a world championship deck co-card look at that look at that it's so many unified mines and uh base this is bananas let me know any stories in the uh in the comment section too i want to know if little timmy like you opened up one what did you what's the best thing you've got out of these maybe you've got a christmas ornament like me maybe you got a base set pokemon card like something ridiculous i want to know the crazy stories i love reading them they're my favorites uh let me know in the then we're gonna battle arena deck black and white kirum code card just a random assortment of stuff i swear i dream about this stuff when i was a kid i was like imagine we actually got to do this we're back to the uh boring stuff guys the unified mines and the sun and moon one more at least chase sort of mystery box but i reckon it could just be a detective pikachu and a hidden face here we go yeah look at this look at this it's the detective pikachu in hidden fates combo it's not even random so we got detected pikachu booster which by the way i've got the whole set it's only 20 cards big this could be good if we get a charizard i'm curious to know if these are weight or not and then we got a uh code card don't know where that's from and we also got a reverse blaine's last stand come on oh it's a unified mines again and look at this it's a pikachu coin that's not the end of the world i do like that coin but we've got a unified mines and what do you know everyone say it with me it's a basic southern moon and then we also got the 2016 world championship deck oh god let's open up the back cool is it going to be hidden fates again ah look at that everyone's favorite hidden fates and a detective pikachu what's the card going to be a reverse skarmory to be honest our cooler reverses that we got but still weird that we're getting reverses third to last one umbreon's on the front on that neo discovery and that's what i really want okay break the cardboard and then it's another unified mines sun and moon combo got the world championship deck code card as stock standard and that's high floation they must have 6 000 of them surely the neo discovery it's on the front of the box we can do it guys let's aim for the skies or a uh fire red leaf green actually looking at that so it looks like we did pull one of the chase cards that are on the box like shining legends i want to go one further i've bought 15 of them come on fly red leaf green you don't understand the hype the height would be so bad ah it's in phase i reckon we're not going to be so lucky in our final one though oh we're so close look at this what's the uh reverse this time it's a fleshling i don't know don't ask me that's weird ass and then we've got the yarco guard as well this is it let's do it the final mystery box what do you think's gonna be inside guys it's already like crumpled and dented maybe this is the one the store owner wanted to buy probably got dented in the shipping actually okay you to the side do you reckon come on oh is that a steam siege or is that a oh nice look at another shining legends i don't believe i reckon i i think they put one individual neo discovery in there one individual generations and one fired late great and six thousand of them are just shining legends as the chase packs uh i i guess we can give it to them if you're gonna count hidden fates shining legends we got like two of them so yeah i don't know about those ratios i think they're trying to trick you alrighty ladies and gentlemen i managed to count up everything we got out of 15 individual mystery boxes and this is what we're dealing with we've got five of these hidden fates boosters which are probably like on the better end of things but i still don't know if these counters like chase packs but five hidden fates isn't too bad but every hidden fates we also got a detective pikachu so five detective pikachu packs i don't know what we're gonna do with those but the real w the big giant win we've got not one but two shining legends if we can get a shining mew if we can get a test tube mewtwo oh man it would make this all worthwhile but they might be weighed i don't know i don't know how dodgy these boxes are right and then we got a whole stack of unified mines and for every unified mines we got we did get a basic sun and moon as well you know guys i'd love to take uh the creativity hit and say that no i just put this in here but legit we got a christmas decoration out of a walmart pokemon card mystery box anyway ladies and gentlemen let's stop fluffing around let's dive straight into this and start pimping out the recap at the back and then we'll do a recap at the end of this video and work out what exactly are all the pokemon cards gonna look like after you've opened up 15 mystery boxes you convinced your mum to buy the molded walmart and now she's broke but can we get that money back with maybe a shining charizard a shining mew let's find out we're gonna start with hidden fates this does have the most likely area for return there's a lot like shining pokemon there's a lot of charizard to try and get we've got a pikachu reverse mr mime and a lightning energy okay that's not a good start to these mystery boxes again there are a lot of rumors that the company that puts these all together they weigh them i never i i'm pretty sure they wouldn't reseal them i'm not too concerned about that i don't think the company would do that dirty because then you got like you know literally legal problems on your hands but there's no telling if they've weighed them or not so we'll have a look we'll go through these i think it's good to have our investigation glasses still on we're going to paris we got giovanni and we got a mew okay third one right here so far all that we got are those like reverse card promos the typhlosion hollows and a bunch of code cards hopefully you guys are getting good stuff in the codes that's all i'm worried about because uncle lando he's going to take a big hit i reckon hopefully unified mine's got a couple of things because there's some really nice like either tag teams or full of cards no way a rainbow rare on the what is that the third yeah that's the third booster in and we're already dealing in rainbow rares so they're not weighed or maybe some of them are i don't know but i will take a moltres zapdos articuno gx rainbow rare it's probably not the rarest card in the set but i'll definitely take this one to start things off okay i've got a really good feeling about today's video i reckon it just takes one insane hit and i'm gonna be a happy boy and you imagine you got opened up the mystery box two boosters hidden fates and detected pikachu you're already winning but then you go and get a rainbow rate out of that i would say that's pretty good so let's get the yoko god right there fourth in the back this is the second to last hidden fates i know much sad but then we get a bunch of detective pikachus which is pretty funny we're gonna cypher pikachu that weird orange looking magikarp clefairy star you reverse fire type and another full lot back to back this is great okay giovanni's exile which is another full-on card can we do the hat trick is it too much to ask for a third bangaroo ski it's a shiny charizard in the front it's the final hidden fades booster let's do it one of my favorite sets i think if i was to do another booster box of this i reckon that would be a lot of fun even though i know we've opened up the set so many times you know all the shining pokemon the full arts and the chase charizard was probably one of the most satisfying moments when i finally pulled that thing i bought a case of tins of hidden fates and i just like you know what let's open it up for charizard and that's when i managed to find it fairy type and a hollow brock's training i guess that's how it's going to have to end with a hollow card after two fuller pulls now let's put this one in the back we do have five of these detected pikachu packs i'll show you what's inside but i've actually already completed the set and the worst part is i think about these detected pikachu packs right there's no chase card and there's no fuller in in the japanese release there was this flight card right here and that's why you opened it up you wanted to get that one but with the english one it's just like screenshots out the movie they made a holographic and i mean that's probably one of the better pulls charizard but yeah i i don't know there's something about this yeah they could have done like one chase god in the set i reckon but it's pretty strange so we got more loo right here then we're going to snubble as well magic off and a greninja we're getting pretty good hits like a charizard and a greninja i reckon they just bought like i don't know a couple of these detected pikachu boxes when they came out and like what do we do with them i'll just chuck them in a couple of walmart mystery boxes that'll be fine charmander i love this movie movie though by the way like going to the rake up or the yellow carpet premiere over in japan was so much fun and then meeting the cast as well that were the nicest people another charizard pool by the way and then seeing it come out netflix i think i've watched it at least five different times and now i saw on twitter there's rumors that like sequel's going to come out don't know if they'd get ryan reynolds's pikachu again or if they're going to like start something else completely detective pikachu i guess can't have a sig without pikachu or can it i don't know i'd be pretty like fascinated to see what they do if they do do a sequel um mr mime right there one of the funnier characters in the movie but what do you guys think did you enjoy the movie do you think it needs a sequel or not let's open up the final detective pikachu and many people i've recently seen a lot of comments saying this is the creepiest pokemon they've seen in the hot minute it's that real-life ludicolo poor dude he's not that creepy guys i reckon before we get into the absolute bulk of it the unified minds and sun and moon let's open up both of the shining legends do you think we're possibly going to get something in here this would be pretty cool if we could nab a shining legend here out of these walmart exclusive mystery boxes here we go that's a white and green i don't know if that means anything i'm gonna go three from the back we got oh the old school card design as well scrafty got a great ball salopolis got the pikachu sunfisk atkins got the breloom voltorb scraggy shaymin which isn't too bad i think that's how rare it is which is a shame in hollow by the way they're all gonna be hollows and an unlistedly okay we've got the shiny new on the front test tube mewtwo would be unreal or shining mew or a shining rayquaza they're like the big ones everyone wants i think rainbow rare mewtwo mute i think rainbow and mewtwo is pretty big in this set as well water type vocarona lipod i think there's a bit of sparkle at the back by the way got the jinx pikachu atkins torah cat got the very loom soraka reverse and then a4 uh ntgx yo that is awesome i will take all of these full lights hands down you know what definitely not getting the return on investment i guess but the fun is still there like getting a full light is still just as exciting okay let me tidy the setup really fast and we'll get back to our opening up the unified mines and baser era sun and moon alrighty guys we are on the home run right now we're on the final lot of boosters a bit of unified mines a bit of sun and moon now i'm thinking we do the unified mines first and then we'll end it with the base set sun moon packs the thing is right unified mines is a really really nice set it's beautiful sun and moon is a very interesting set it only has like a slight couple of rainbow rares and fuller cards that everyone might want it's got an umbreon full art and i think it's got an sp on full art maybe um but yeah it's only gonna select couple of full arts i've got a booster box of base sets sun and moon and i've thought about opening it but it's up to you guys in the comment section if it's worth opening so i think we'll get a good idea there unified minds again cool artwork great full lots inside but for some reason i think they just printed a boatload of the set and no one's ever like extremely after or no one ever requests me doing a booster box opening of this set so i'd be curious what you guys think of these pack selections do you feel like i got ripped off in getting these two packs as the most common ones and that's what they throw in the most or do you reckon you know what that was actually pretty decent deal you did it right me personally i don't really care too much i think the fun of opening these was enough for me uh i didn't really care what packs i got as long as it wasn't a steam siege or crimson invasion or anything weird like that i feel like we did okay but again i reckon the comment section below will let me know a lowland marowak the artwork's actually pretty nice in this set look at that i would love that espeon dioxis man that card would be awesome okay put you to the side i think i think there's an alolan executor or in this one as well where the head's like really tall the neck goes really long across the card that would be a nice card to get munchlux shout out to my boy munchlax right there love my baby pokemon got a pit off whoop got the mooner tucking in a pikachu an eevee doll to bed okay we're just gonna can we just choose do we i can't even tell that's hollow by the way zappacoco one of the most commonly uh reproduced like rare pokemon ever tapper coco cards somehow got a hollow card didn't set i don't know why he probably got a collection box in this era as well looks like the code cards are back to normal as well they're all like solar green or white and green cherish ball that's a big card is there a golden cherish ball in the set maybe if there is that's definitely one of the most expensive cards crustal and a whimsicott pikachu trifloon is ben that's bet what the flip look at that this literally you can see a crease line in my code card that's all bent look how badly bent they are oh you could do it like a skate ramp half pipe on that thing um okay oh i think there's shine too no there's not noibat and uh lucario oh i thought for a minute i thought we got an ex let's just quickly have a look at these cards where are they plucking a bent thing from i could tell that was a much worse print like this is a very newer print booster because the way the card felt was just off or the wrapping story and the cards are all crispy like this is a nice it crinkles when you pull it the other one was like rigid and it felt like it might give you a plastic cut it was like really strong all right anyway sorry weird ando ran to the side let's keep going we got a fire type blues tactic if i could get blue fuller cod that would be also insane onyx pewdiepie and we got rick from rick and morty as a slacking i reckon we must have opened this a boatload hey look it's the pikachu they've reused um for the serial promo and i think they might have raised it again for the mcdonald's one wow i didn't know that was from unified mines this is a it's a pretty big set isn't it what okay 236 in the normal set let's not even mention the secres that's probably getting chucked in this thing as well jeez okay this is a big set guys yeah we must open a boatload i reckon we've got a uh case under our belt uncle andrew just however has the worst memory ever i'm worse than dory i think here we go we got a fire a fairy type the mushana misty's favor can we get a fuller on the end of this one if not we're gonna have to really uh we're really gonna have to rely on these sun and moons to come through so so far we've got like three fuller carts out of 15 mystery boxes that's not good okay i'm hoping it's coming down to this the final lot the sun and moon base it and if you guys absolutely love this set i don't know yeah i'm guessing you're probably not going to code's around the right way though i will um open up a booster box with this because i think that would be pretty cool i don't think i've opened up a base at sun and moon booster box in ages definitely been a couple of years evie but recently i had one in my collection skarmory metapod and a ryman b as the holocaust hoping for that evie full i mean the umbreon full-out umbreon's like one of my favorite pokemon what the heck there's a dent in there can you see that let's get look at moon base that booster box might be best kept sealed hits seem to be few and far in between why is it upside down now what look at that half the cards are upside down okay so let's swing around the three that were upside down grab one more so it's four from the back they're slightly bent as well i'm guessing what that was paired up with the bent unified mines pack so weird okay this is what happens when you buy mystery boxes you don't know where these packs are coming from you don't know what condition they're all going to be that's a nice psyduck because imagine that was a hollow and they're like it was crispy like that that recap's only looking that thick because of the uh promo cods we got out of it it's not because of the hits you managed to get jeez i'm very curious though i want to read the comment section what are you guys like stories with these mystery boxes i feel like everyone's opened at least one or from australia maybe you haven't like me but in america everyone's definitely dabbled with them has anyone got any cool stories there's like it's so rare to come across someone that's opened up one and got like a basic pack or a crazy crazy something as you saw the best we got was the shining legends and to get i don't know i test you mewtwo out of that yeah it just it'd be classy has anyone made their money back together makahida then we got energy retrieval and a regular reg golduck this is the fourth to last pack luna is chilling on the front let's get you back there's those vintage code cards starting to fade away right there they look like they're rush printed and rush stamped grumble metapod lily hollywag got the pewdiepie evie again stuffle little pencil and a pickleball as the holy god maybe we could get like a solgaleo fuller he is a really cool fuller dude yeah you can tell all of these boosters are from different collections because the code cards when you buy booster box right the code cards will be similar stamp they'll either all be rushed they'll either all be like thick printed these codes are all over the shop same with the quality of cards same with the way they're bent dragonite holo wow is this the set with hollows or what second to last pack come on we're on the home stretch everybody there's the uh nicely thick printed code card just to change it up a little bit both in the back darkness type puke we've got croco rock rainbow rare come on growlithe crab ruler and then what do you think second last one surely wishy-washy he's gonna give us a regular lantern decidueye time guys let's open up him and put oh i reckon there is something on the final pack of this 15 walmart exclusive mystery box opening ando had to do it for sherlock holmes right now metal then we got cindy got the furo grubbin drowsy crab ruler got the dragonite reverse and the final pull of the opening is gonna be in the umbreon card that is more glossy than anything i've ever seen these are real i'm like i can tell these are real but like it's the closest to fake you want to be pushing it getting it out of a mystery box having a weird print to it anyway with that awesome pool to finish it off wasn't a full up but i'll take the gx any day especially like as close to the uh wild cider life we're living right now let's have a recap i mean i hate to do i hate to give it a do not buy on our mystery box unboxing right here but i reckon when you see the recap you might agree with me in general i always say buy an official pokemon card product over a mystery box but you always start to think too much about it like maybe they'll do us nice but seriously when you're looking at the recap that comes out looking like this i don't know guys especially when they give you like your reward from getting good boosters is just a reverse card instead of like one of these cool type lotion cards but i'm curious how they got so many of the same right here so many types lotions so many skeptiles all the same they're all bending i'm just gonna feeling the bendings from being in the store so long being in the heat or whatever then we've got a couple of hits so these are all the hits starting now that we got out of the mystery boxes so if you bought 15 this is what you're dealing with a lot of holo gods which by the way mainly just came from the sun and moon base set like i don't know what the deal was with that set in hollows but it seems to be in abundance then we got ar umbreon gx i love umbreon i'll definitely take this card without questions giovanni's xl full art ironically we've done the best out of hidden fades and then got that moltres zapdos articuno rainbow rare and look what's cooking guys we got a pool out of shining legends i didn't see that coming either it's entei definitely not the worst one but i guess definitely not the best one i'll take it and say fuller though let me know what you thought of this investigation series do you want more episodes is there certain products you want me to buy a lot of work out are they worth it or do we just forget about it i think for now the older mini walmart who booster pack boxes are a do not buy
