while it's not happen lately but sometimes these Harley Davidson dealership they trade in some other than motorcycles and we're here for him so I got a text maybe about two months ago I was pretty cold and went outside when I got the text and they sent me a couple pictures of this Corvette 2010 Grand Sport Corvette now I looked into buying a Corvette for a little while and I figure what the difference was between the base and the grands forward in the CL 6 and then you got the zr1 depending on what year it is the Grand Sport is pretty much it looks like it got the wide body like the zo6 but has the same motor as the as the base so if you want to if you're ever gonna boost a car you know I mean like boost is in supercharged or turbocharged hey everyone recommend you get the Quran Sportacus got the white body the bigger wheels but it's got the base what ls3 I don't know Ellis I don't know what more that's in its one of the LS motors - two-six - I guess that's the motor to do with it instead of the all-aluminum I think 427 they put in the UH that's the own sake and no idea I don't know that much about Corvettes but all you Corvette guys are just destroying what I'm saying so but this one's supercharged I was looking at the pictures I'm like holy cow this one supercharged I threw a number on him and then two months later than an update they said hey we got it come get it so bring a look at it see what happens I'm excited let's go check it out one should be sure I was building on the lecture versus coming deadly under pressure breaking on the plight in the scheme I just bought : yeah what bike will fight with rotten those tires we're having the puddle or not the phone we're here let's go see that Corvette hopefully I've kind of sauces it's all wet and raining it's not the best way to buy a car which I paint depth gauge well I can check the UH the paint depth just to make sure it's not been painted but the best we can let's do this get the key you know cuz that not looking a little tape deck set should say they call you one on them how much was this car brand new you know sixty I would guess around the sixty yeah I think sweet dude we look at the carbon fiber kill it yeah look that's the z51 package how's the judge feel great decent producing make it shred you got Continentals on there one big thing when buying a car one of my car mentors told me he's like it's got Michelin's on it by really so if you spend that extra money then they kind of shows that that you always stepped up and bought some nice stuff you know I mean so you are cheap you know it's easy to cheap out on tires yeah most people didn't have the money like I'll get some get some you know crew bowls whatever yeah we Continentals notice there too no kind of nails are nice Corvette they've got some three years it 1969 Corvette allegedly and he's been telling us about this car for since I've known him and he's did they're doing work too and he goes back on these back stories and honestly I think it's a big sham he doesn't actually have it I think what's happening is in like three years from now he's gonna call me up be like yo I need some quick cash I gotta sell my Corvette five thousand bucks I'd be like of course he has a Corvette and tell me better four years and then the whole thing's gonna be a big like a big heist but backstory Harrison's big fan of Corvettes really sucks we're not in every direction I'm sure this thing has great traction for eight tracks killer traction really dirty inside yeah I want you to like like clean this stuff now I mean he's trading in he just traded it in it's not like he probably wasn't like you know it's not like he's selling it to them yeah but it's just like me taking this on air fuel ratio [Music] I'm barely getting on it are just serious yam bears oh that's crazy I mean obviously this probably feels a lot a lot more power right like where's it closed careful it's wet true it's why I can't really get on it it might not I don't know it I don't know if these things when you start boosting them when they have this much torque really as the vapor I don't know I'm sure it does it is what yeah there's no there's no attraction I need to get this thing on the dyno where I already called made an appointment with a race crafter of our dyno place and we're gonna sing on the dyno and let me know what you guys think it's gonna be pushing out I'm guessing 550 horsepower and over 500 maybe something similar may be similar for pounds of torque that'd be pretty nice it could be more be less who knows I'm the c7 they have a thing and like a button or something that you did you press that it'll it matches the rats when you downshift oh yeah it's really cool I think out there seems to be running good a lot of check engine lights the service tire pressure monitor check the service engine soon check engine change into a change engine well that tells it that that's you have to reset yourself don't you right well you don't have to if you go to a dealership or they'll change it yeah where the inspection sticker scraped off oh it's a stupid it would like it's I'll search thank average fuel economy for 9.4 Yeah right here she's the thing that was flapping ls3 yeah you're right I recall this is the motor people one at the LS 2 I think before this had a shoe they didn't make it for very long I may be wrong with that definitely here that that that intake sucking in air something it's also a big fat intercooler down there - yeah the charger yeah what are you thinking good luck a car yeah so pros and cons of getting this car my mentor once told me no I also came from the car business but what one of my mentors once told me Shawn you don't know what you're doing with cars stupid bikes that might be a little bit harsh that's what he said so that's one thing we mainly we do bikes so that's a con ties up a lot of money that's a con it could break stuff could break down that's a con no exactly sure what I'm gonna sell it for it's a con Pro - pretty fast pro supercharged Corvette Pro I want this car just gonna work out all the British guys hate that oh I know oh yeah so while we were there we also we brought the trailer for this we um we're picking up a bike and it is a awesome awesome motorcycle leanness 1988 Softail 16,000 miles it just fired right up [Music] this thing's amazing in the title I was like yo what state is a froman's from Pennsylvania it was almost unrecognizable because it's never been transferred it's a one owner bike it's freakin got their original popcorn and Juarez and stuff [Music] Yoga did I just fulfilled the American dream today by buying a Corvette and a harley-davidson pretty much I just became like or you just had a midlife crisis yeah I just had a midlife crisis I've been having this midlife crisis since I was 14 years old just so you know look it stills the warning snicker warning disconnect battery did this has been on there since 1980 this thing is like a time machine this is a really really awesome bike just seems super clean when you pull off I was like oh it's probably good you know for like somebody just like modded it out a little bit oh this is a joke that's why could it's why I couldn't find the choke I'm looking down here like the other like the newer bike it's up here I didn't even pull the choke in that's what's in back there for like two weeks I just freaking fired it up BAM popped right off this is somehow you very much love there buddy yeah and for someone who's attributed numbers and did write it very much think about 88 that's 31 years they've been Dave drove enough Dave been driving that like 500 miles yeah for real Doug [Music] all right so we got the bike all loaded up I got tags on the Corvette's where to take this home now normally when you're buying a car like this and you don't really know the history very much of the car and it's modified you would you know maybe tow it back or get it checked out before you really drive it or put you know put it put some miles on it but I really want to drive it so we're gonna drive it home right now hopefully everything will be okay I'm just wearing I'll be applying it the Corvette runs great shifts great very smooth you said they just they said they just change the oil before they turn it it in but they never actually did did the thing to reset the oil it's some type of combination of turning the key on pressing some buttons I don't know and also the the TPMS light is on one of the TPMS we gotta check that out so we'll take it to a dyno see what it's running honestly it doesn't feel like more than 500 horsepower but it it's been wet it's spin so I don't know what next what it actually feels like no this is so funny I love I love buying cars where people leave the CDs in them because it tells you so much it's like an Dyke it almost opens up more questions than I do the first one was this is the funniest it's a CD right there's the funniest track it's got all these random like 90s 90s like hope you up songs yeah let me show you a lot of it's like sports pump up like song to pumped up for a sports game so three oh yeah I'm dirty interior legs dome look and part of its cuz the uh in many ways the the Corvette is the guy on top of the hill you know performance amazing price incredible it's all these great things rented they they look awesome who cares what the interior looks like I'm not worried about that care about that it looks pretty decent of course I'm an American I don't got that type of taste what is this carbine to do this cars made to go fast look cool go fast be somewhat inexpensive and handle extremely well there's never been a situation where you've got your you got your doors blown off by another car and then when he comes back you're like but hold on there bro you may have one you may have won the race but your door open and closed like this you know the in digital you know your car's lexical you know it's just dump all right these are stupid little things that people complain about when you buy a car like this it's all about who's in front when you're putting the pedal to the floor that's what it comes down to [Music] dude it's so loud is it driving key well yours it pointed that just new speakers work yeah oh the first is this one of the first cars you bought the speakers are blocked maybe the Viper doesn't belong speakers does it yeah backwards right did aftermarket push-to-start know the seller go oh right yo alright so before the internet blows up the fact that caleb is wearing shorts and sandals and sitting on a motorcycle he's just taking the motorcycle off the trailer and driving it two feet into the shop he's not riding the motorcycle with sandals and shorts it's okay he doesn't have a helmet or jacket or gloves he's gonna be fine with that in mind we are doing a sandal shorts no helmet no gloves ride tomorrow so if you guys want to come in on that we're meeting at the shop I got this sissy bar oh no no you're gonna go up very good [Music] so we got the Corvette back safe and sound does run good there is a little bit of a vibration at the highway plus speeds just you know a little constant you know I mean it might be tires maybe they might need a new front tires they're gonna be really good we'll take to the shop get everything checked out take to the a bar maybe had a video about that and then I got a dirt bike a 2000 something CRF 250r X a little more hard to find oh yeah I also have a 1999 Valkyrie Valkyrie roadster with like 77,000 miles my dad drives that awesome also like a lot of like I have to ask are you gonna sell this thing if so you're gonna share the prices on here on YouTube oh they're talking with the Ariel Atom am I gonna sell the Ariel Atom I guess eventually I'll sell the Ariel Atom I prefer for right now I like it I'm doing a bunch of work to it it's got new tire it's got a new I got new billet aluminum shifter linkage we're gonna get that thing over 300 horsepower eventually I guess I'll sell everything but as of right now I do like the idea that's sitting in my garage [Music] yo what's up bro yo how's the auction
