great time I then came back for about four days and then I had Vic stag do which it was tiring hence why I'm fatigued right now and just when you thought oh you know Simon's done he's finally staying at home and making videos no I'm going to Dubai I will be at the Dubai Esports and games Festival on the 24th and 25th of June for play Beyond I will be on the international team playing for the play all right he normally loves me but yeah I have a gym yes there's a giant poo there okay he did that about five minutes ago and I'm gonna pick it up so I did think about making this like its own video unevicted and I know Ethan probably will but let's be honest I don't know what I'm doing in the gym so I'm gonna just show you and maybe one day I'll have a muscle so welcome to the gym we have a bunch of stuff we have ridiculous weights that I'm never gonna be able to do Donny's actually lift that like I can lift it up about um 40. like I can can lift it like that okay now I'll just add aneurysm um oh that's my workout for the day we've got this machine don't know what it is ignore the weight that's on it it was this isn't what I bench I know people are going to be like do you see the weight on that that's not what I was I was doing the this one that's it what this one yeah struggle it's not it's actually not but you've just asked me to lift it with nothing I'm very weak okay but yeah we got more dumbbells more dumbbells and then we have this double cable machine which I've been told is everything I need I basically just use these I I literally just use the treadmill and the bike and then every now and then pretend I'm doing something on these but you know I'm doing I'm doing I don't know what's a good weight bro that I I just like that one because it looks like I'm doing a lot of weight where is that one you know that's heavy that that's 10 10 kg you know but yeah this all got done very recently I love it like it actually makes me want to go to the gym as much as I don't as I said I've been very busy so I got into a good routine I started going every single day and then I went to Italy Ibiza now Dubai once I'm back from Dubai I will get a muscle okay I will get one don't zoom in on my arms bro that's why I wear baggy t-shirts we also have a TV so I watch live streams while I uh while I work out that's why that's there I I was doing ab stuff and I watched a stream and also shout outs can of water can of water is amazing and also look how much in all of this and all of that Legends Legends in the game and it's recyclable oh that was really good because it's boiling in here as I said I don't know what I'm doing in the gym but my thought process is this put that clock above that door which has mysteriously just opened it was literally closed when I pointed at it that's weird anyway if there's someone in there they can have it clock there whiteboard here that I can write down the amount I'm doing each time like oh this is the way I was doing so I can remember and stuff and then yeah honestly don't really know what I'm doing but I'll I'll just do random stuff and we have a secret room that's storage stuff you go through here so through the mirror we then have a steam room and we also have we have another changing room which I don't know why anyone would use it because if you had come into my gym you're probably going to change it in the house it is what it is let's check out if there is actually someone in here imagine if there was by the way okay good yeah this is just an extra like storage room that I need to figure out what I'm going to do with it no that's like a that's like pipes and stuff how about that if they're up there bro they deserve to be here I don't know what to do with this so anyone who does gym let me know what can I put in there what's going to help me gain a muscle so yeah charity match I'm telling you I'm coming back from Dubai I'm going on this all that six times a week I'm doing some form of exercise five times a week and buy the charity match you're gonna see me could be engine I'm gonna have engine tray the last thing is there is some storage here there's some on the other side again don't know what to put on here do I just put like protein bars and stuff but at this point they'll melt so I need to have the AC on the whole time so I don't know we'll see you can hold me accountable buy the charity match I will be running I will be running a lot because last time I probably covered about half a kilometer so that is where I'm at with life uh I've gone to Vic's stag do I've got married I've sorted a lot of stuff at the Hat well I haven't sorted it but the house is getting sorted I've neglected this channel heavily and I am finally back once I come back from Dubai I'm coming back with 10 ideas already done I Gotta Give Toby 30 presents for his 30th birthday because he did it for me we got a few football videos we need to get my 10 mil plaque we got a game show we want to visit every Premier League Stadium again but yeah I spend most of my days getting second Channel videos done and miniminter clips I've been posting every single day on those so if you are watching
