The iPhone 12 no longer includes a charger or headphones, I've seen something about that. Let's see if this is true. Time of truth. Now, let's really open the much-awaited iPhone 12. Oh, look how beautiful it is! [Music] Iphone 12 review Friends! What's up? The long-awaited, much-anticipated return of Luisito Technology, Luisito Comunitec, is here. No, my dear tech lovers, I didn't abandon you. There was speculation that Luisitec would disappear now that travel has partially resumed. But no! My commitment to technology is serious. And what better product to come back with a bang, my friends, than, oh yes, the much-talked-about, much-discussed. Well, not so much, I feel, not as much as in past years. But, well, Apple products always make headlines. The recently launched iPhone 12. [Music] I already have it here. Of course. It's worth mentioning, friends, that this will be a review of the iPhone 12, okay? Not the iPhone 12 Pro, much less the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I don't know what's happening in my country; they're quite scarce, bros. Honestly, you can only find the 12. The 12 Pro and Pro Max, well, actually, as of the date I'm recording this, they haven't even been available for pre-order. But the waiting lists are like three weeks, a month, and your iPhone arrives. And it's like, what? The iPhone 12 is everywhere, available for sale. So here I have it. In a few days, I hope to get the 12 Pro. Let's hope to get that soon to also review it. And to make a fair, worthy comparison, to see if the iPhone 12 is really worth it, if it's worth upgrading, I took it upon myself to get an iPhone 11, okay? iPhone 11 here, iPhone 12 here. None of them are Pro, okay? It's the basic version, so to speak. Both 128 GB, which is the middle storage offered in this product. iPhone 11 at a price of $18,500 Mexican pesos, about $930 dollars. iPhone 12 at a price of $24,000 Mexican pesos, around $1,200 dollars. Those are the prices I got them for in the physical store; that's what I paid. Let's see the differences, let's see if it's really worth buying the iPhone 12. We'll start, of course, as you know, with the always, always reliable unboxing. [Music] Well, here in my left hand, the iPhone 12, in my right hand, the iPhone 11. We can notice a significant difference in the boxes, right? I mean, the 11's box is much thicker than the 12's. Why is that? Is this phone much slimmer? Well, no, friends. It's rumored, I saw this in rumors out there, that the iPhone 12 no longer includes a charger or headphones. I've seen something about that. let's see if this is true. Alright, let's proceed to open it. Apple products open very easily, of course, as always. It's a delight, always opening these products, of course. Now, truth be told, let'sopen the much-awaited iPhone 12 Oh! Look how beautiful it is! It's nice, right? It's actually very, very lovely. And wow! Indeed! Oh! Just look, nowadays the box only includes the cable! The fast-charging cable, okay? Here's the iPhone input, and on this side, the USB-C for fast charging. And nothing else. I mean, the instructions, the stickers, well, people love those stickers. And that's it! That's all it includes! What's up with that? Tremendous! Because, well, let's see it graphically, let's see it as it is. On the iPhone 11... Also very nice, very beautiful. It includes, let's see, our guide with stickers and all. It brings us headphones. Look at this, eh. It brings us headphones. Cable, but hey. These are pretty cool. It brings us the charger and brings us the little block. I mean, at what point did they just say, 'No, we're not giving the little block anymore. We're not giving headphones anymore.' How much could you have saved, Apple folks? I feel like Steve Jobs would be very disappointed right now. I would even dare to say, not just upset, angry. Steve Jobs would be livid, okay? Livid. Barking and everything in his grave. I mean, I understand the why, in a way. I mean, maybe they're saying the excuse of, hey, not to pollute as much and such. And yeah, true. If you're a user who already had an iPhone, right? Okay, so you don't need another little block, you don't need other headphones. But if you're a user who's just switched to an iPhone for the first time. Well, you don't have these accessories. So, I don't know, what do you think, my bros? I mean, it's not the end of the world if they don't include your headphones and your little block. But if we think about it another way. I mean, they sell just the little block, not this one, but the fast-charging one. Ok, which is the cool one. They sell it at an approximate price of 550 Mexican pesos. That's about 27 dollars. And these cable headphones are sold, let's see, depending on the distributor and such. From 400 to 650 pesos. We're talking about 20 to 30-something dollars. So, let's see. "Which means, out of nowhere, you're suddenly stuck with at least, at the very least, an extra $50 that you have to spend if you didn't already have this equipment. Well, it's also a way to kind of force you into buying the AirPods, right? The headphones. These wireless ones, which they sell for about $3,000, $3,500 pesos, around $150, $170 dollars. So, let's see, Apple folks, don't try to fool me, don't try to deceive us, pals. We know it's all about the money. And well, let's compare the devices themselves now. My right hand, the iPhone 11. My left hand, the iPhone 12. We can see that... Well, I bought them in green, the green tone changed. And I must say, the iPhone 12 looks much nicer. In my opinion, in my opinion, look. We can see that the 11 was more rounded, right, in this way. And the 12 is more square-shaped, it looks more refined. Now, if we want to get really specific, what the Apple guys did with the iPhone was kind of going back to the roots of the iPhone 5. The 5 Pro, I think it was called something like that. Or just the iPhone 5, I don't remember its exact name. It was square-shaped. So, in a way, they returned to those roots. But I think it looks very nice. It still has glass on the back, okay? Something that, to be honest, I don't love, I have to say. I don't love that it has glass because if it falls, not only does the screen break, but the back breaks too. But it does look elegant, refined, that's a fact, okay? The proportions do change, yes, yes, they do change. In fact, quite a bit. The 11 is a little taller. Well, let's get rid of the crumbs. Uff! It's always nice, isn't it?, to smell a device. Of course, of course, it's flavorful. Scent: the same as the 11. In weight, a bit lighter, the iPhone 12, truth be told, a little bit. Yes, slightly. And in terms of the cameras, well, remembering that this is not the Pro, okay? These are the regular versions. They're the same, they have two cameras, flash, and a microphone. That's what they include. The button positions are the same, okay? Volume up, volume down, vibrate switch here. The power button and screenshot button are also the same. And they don't have the button here anymore, of course, that's the same. So, that's all in terms of the unboxing, the physical appearances as such. Let's see, now, the performance. Is the iPhone 12 indeed much better? They're selling it for a little over $200 more than the iPhone 11. Or is it simply not worth upgrading your device? Because they seem to be the same. Luisito Technology, charging ahead, let's delve deeper, let's get to the bottom of this. [Music] But now, let's talk about the camera situation. Is there really a significant difference? And I think that's what matters most, right? I believe that's what we tend to use the most, what we usually pay the most attention to. So, I conducted several tests and here they are. Ok, test number one, very simple. I took a selfie with both devices. Truthfully, I'd be lying if I said I notice a difference, okay? I mean, I notice it's the same. Entirely the same. The same quality, identical, identical. In fact, that's interesting. In terms of technical specifications, the cameras are identical, okay? The only slight difference is that the one on the 12 opens up to 1.6, and the one on the 11 opens up to 1.8. Let's see, all of this is always quite relative. It depends a lot on light conditions, position, etc., etc. But they're really the same cameras. I took various photos. Truthfully, I'd be lying if I said I notice a specific difference. I mean, the colors are, truthfully, the same. And in terms of the portrait photo, perhaps I notice the tones of the iPhone 12 a bit more realistic, okay? In this portrait photo. And similarly, in terms of the selfie portrait photo. Here, truth be told, I do notice the bokeh effect in the iPhone 12's camera as much clearer and more realistic. Look at how the blurring in my hair seems a bit more realistic. And in the 11, in the blurring of the 11, it does seem a bit more artificial, like more cutout, because, well, these portrait effects are not optical but rather a digital modification made by the phone's software. So, to me, it does seem more realistic in the iPhone 12, truthfully. Still, you be the judge; I do notice a better photo taken with the selfie portrait mode of the iPhone 12. Now, in terms of video, the specifications, at least technically, do not change. Both phones record very good video, up to 4K at 60 frames per second. Well, really good video. But let's see if there's an actual noticeable difference in performance. [Music] I really can't tell you that I notice a distinct difference. I could swear they were both recorded with the same phone in terms of video quality. Now, what did pique my curiosity was putting the stabilizer to the test. Supposedly, the iPhone 12 stabilizes much better. So, what I did was literally take both phones, I was recording the same thing, I walked at a normal pace. And I don't know, I do feel that the abrupt steps are less noticeable in the iPhone 12. Even in the 11, there's an occasional abrupt movement that looks like the image jumps, as if it were from a very old phone where every impact affects the image. The stabilizer in the 12 does feel more stable, honestly. It's not a huge difference, but it's somewhat visible. Now, in terms of the selfie camera, I do notice that in the 12... It captures the tones behind me, the sides of the sky, much better. Meanwhile, the 11, well, it did maintain the sky somewhat whiter. But likewise, it's a very, very slight difference. So, I would say there are small improvements in the iPhone 12 compared to the 11. They're not incredibly noticeable, but they are there. Okay? I'll say, I'll admit, they're there, they're tangible. Scent: the same as the 11.
[Music] But, ultimately, I believe that those who want to make the investment to buy it, right? Those who want to spend their money on the new iPhone, will do it purely to have the latest model, right? For the hype, like, oh, look, I have the latest one, it's pretty cool because, I'll repeat, in terms of design, wow, oh yes, this beautiful baby won my heart. It's very pretty, it's very cool, also how it's held, it feels much more comfortable, truthfully, it feels much, much more comfortable. I think, well, I don't know what you think, but I think it's evident that the 12 is much more aesthetically pleasing than the 11. So, I would say that the big difference is there, it's in the aesthetics, it's in how the phone feels, and what do you think, my bros? Now, what I do find annoying is that they took away the charging block and the headphones, what's up with that? They're charging us more money, giving us less, that's a bummer there, but well, they must have their reasons. And honestly, I can't wait to get my hands on the 12 Pro and the 12 Pro Max to truly review the best products from the brand. Let's see how it turns out. Hopefully, in a few days, in a short while, I'll have it in my hands to bring you the complete review. Tell me, friends, what do you think? What are your impressions of the iPhone 12? As always, thank you for watching, for joining me in this edition of Luisitech. I hope it was helpful, that it was useful for you. As always, I'll see you tomorrow with a new video. Goodbye. Pimpollo that renew itself, consume, spend compulsively for small improvements.
