I bought some ILLEGAL golf balls!

this golf ball is illegal it exceeds the allowable distance set by the USDA for a golf ball I'm going to test it to see exactly how far it goes hi guys i'm rick shields PGA golf professional if you enjoy this video make sure you smash the like button and also share this video around to your girlfriends so I saw these golf balls online and I'm fascinated to see how far an illegal golf ball actually goes so I've here probably want to start off with I hit a 7-iron with the pro v1 and driver shots as well I was carrying the golf ball with a 7-iron with the pro be 166 yards and with the driver carrying it 287 yards and giving me a total distance of 309 yards I'm now gonna test this illegal golf ball the Nitro golf ball but before I do I'm intrigued to see what's actually inside this golf ball so let's chop it up and have a little look I actually cannot cut it that is unbelievable that's never happened so far oh maybe just that is much harder than any golf ball I've ever cut in half before it is just kind of a big one piece in the middle it reckons it's got a harder core a solid core is what they say actually feeling the cover feels okay but that core was definitely harder than any core I've tried to cut through on a golf ball in the past hope it doesn't break my golf clubs I mean it's seven island driver with the illegal Nitro golf ball [Music] so looking at the back of the box has loads of blurb about the golf ball but the last line really surprised me I do not endorse it at all it says go ahead and cheat so I'm expecting this golf ball to go a ridiculous a long way okay let's test this bad boy say I've already got the numbers from the pro v1 to compare it to after cutting it up and how hard that core felt as I chop through it I've got a little bit of some concerns about the clubs I'm using these are my clubs I hope it doesn't do any damage I was carrying the 7-iron 166 yards I'm going to swing the same I'm see if I get any extra distance before getting onto the big pot to get onto the the driver right start with seven I first okay first shot didn't impress me much that's it a couple more I was expecting another 15 yards there with a 7-iron okay so that first two shots I hit him pretty well and I'm disappointing to say they've both gone shorter now give it a couple more goals at the seven so far the spin seems to be much higher with this ball I'm not getting anywhere near enough distance or or ball speed see if anything change over the driver up go couple more with a 7-iron yeah still even though a draw I've drawn that off the green still not longer than average of the seven I'm going to give it one more for the benefit of the doubt come on I try supposed to be illegal this was to go a long way the best shot of the bunch it's still not gone long an average if I picked up my seven hour and a half that's disappointing for a legal golf ball let's hope the results are a little bit stronger with the driver okay it's the drivers turn now what was surprising with the 7-iron the ball actually felt okay felt soft off the coverage just that inner core and after chopped it was hard as nails can it go longer with driver this must've been a legal golf ball it's supposed to go a million miles let's see what happens didn't impress me with the seven 3:09 was my average we driver before does the illegal ball go 15 20 yards further which I saw some of the claims saying it does well it's a straight one I think I might have been due to this girl maybe exceeds the limit the other way maybe doesn't go long enough oh that's disappointing now I didn't hit that one well granted but that went really sure that was 246 yards of carry [Laughter] it's gone the same district so what's crazy about that swing speed was still the same as I've tested it with pro-v wall but I lost 12 miles Prower ball speed it's a loss the 12 miles probable speed I was expecting a gain of 12 miles per hour ball speed and that was ripped Wow our list is a terrible terrible gospel again a good solid hit and it went absolutely nowhere 264 yards carry the challenges now can't even get it close to 280 yards I'm gonna absolutely smash this one rules go out the window I think we've determined it's no good is it the case I just need to absolutely smash it to make it go a long way absolutely rip that I've hit it as hard as I possibly can I swung it a hundred and 60 miles per hour which is about 3 or 4 miles per hour faster than average and I'm very disappointed to say hit holy still carried 283 yards well what a waste of money that was the shipping alone cost me about $30 well that ladies and gentlemen is why you don't read mimic you stuff online this claims to be an illegal golf ball it claims to be a non-conforming golf ball it's supposed to go too
