I Bought a Boathouse & Dock ON AN ISLAND!! Indoor Fishing Paradise!! California Ice Fishing

there we go guys we're gonna try to get something so we gotta bite instant bite there it goes got one look at that [Music] what's up pickers how are you doing we got a new storage unit and we're gonna go through it let's do it before we do that let me grab a durag two hats a new bag and fiddle with this doo dad we buy storages loving them fresh forages some of the best sexiest hairs since zach morris's so saddle up and take a ride with me find a treasure today tv pickers holy crap this is gonna be a tough one to explain hey why is dustin driving because i'm drunk off of water and cereal my tummy hurts got the bubble goods i'll probably edit that part out maybe not we are on our way to do something different we're on our way to look at a property to be exact it's a boathouse with a boat dock on a slough in bethel island which is a part of the delta here let me blow this up we're gonna go look at a property that we might lease to have a private fishing spot isn't that amazing that's way cool if it's great we're going to lease it which means the whole summer we're going to have our own private enclosed fishing extravaganza spot with a fridge a sink a bathroom with plumbing everything you can think of on bethel island so this is uh i guess this is the kind of stuff you can do when you're an adult yeah man buy boathouses and fish all day this is like a dream as a kid yeah so we're gonna go tour it right now if it looks good we're gonna snail mail the guy check and it'll be ours for the summer and then indefinitely if we want this is what he said he said if you like it after the first lease that you guys can keep on releasing it so we're gonna check it out right now yes yeah it looks good looking nice and tall nice deep water this area you got the bathroom first let's see the fridge has a little freezer area that's where you're gonna want to keep your sure does it's got an ice box in it that's perfect keep your brews and your uh baits and whatnot nice deep water check out the bathroom let me open up the pooper i use it basically the spots would be like here and here there that's like i mean he's got extra chairs you guys just said to cheer out here and fish out the end too like i'm good just think and then listen here it's going to block us from a lot of the wind it won't be as cold comfortable i got a family member that part of this but i don't have one on my own yet how pretty this is guys yeah my son he started out with a fat boy you know yeah she started out with a bad boy they're cool but they're not they're not the funnest derived that's nice pickers holy crap i said it holy crap uh in case you haven't guessed yet we got the boathouse yes last time you saw this which was probably 10 seconds ago we were looking to see if we wanted to get the boathouse but we did we got the boathouse what are we doing right now with this car stocked well we got some groceries we got some bait we got fishing poles we're going to go fishing right now we're going to go it is a windy day the weather is nice this is on our little road to the boathouse and the 40-foot attached dock that we have leased um but we're gonna go we're gonna go fish it we're assessing we're gonna do a fishing assessment trip a couple things we've got to do i meant to bring a broom but i didn't but uh maybe you know kick some otter poo in the water poop i don't even think it'll be in a way we might even see in our water we will i think we're gonna see another if we see another you guys will see it out here but we got to do a couple things get the spot ready you don't get comfortable with it check it out and then we'll be fishing stay tuned pickers we're in the boat dock first cast look at that look at that big old boat dock in the first cast uh we got a night crawler drop down there and then we've got shad and anchovy on this pole i don't know if you can see it on this pole right here we got cavia over here look at it look at him all ready with his chokes how are you feeling so good so we're feeling good look well this is a dope one here we go guys we're gonna try to get something so we gotta bite instant bite there it goes got one look at that what do we got look at the baby bass right under the dog guys zoom in thank you little bass yeah just like two feet different all right little bass that's a large mouth bass that's a baby largemouth that means there's bigger ones ladies and gentlemen this is how you make a thumbnail and make the fish look huge that's that's bass number two today he got into the eye again too damn you're out there and i hide again too we're going to get it out nice and safe like well we got to protect the retina there we go guys another bass another little largemouth we're going to go get another one pickers we're still here we are fishing up a storm look at that let's take it let's do a true pan here we go here we go we're out here fishing the tide's changing which is good for striper so i think we're gonna stick it out a little right yeah we're gonna stick it out a little and see if we can't get it if kevin if you get restless you gotta let me know i'm sleeping here kevin is sleeping here you know what you know what to say life finds a way but we're out here in a a windy but very paradisic is that a world it is now paradisic which i believe means paradise like life finds a way was that um my friend from jurassic park jurassic park yeah finds a way life finds a way and if the tide changes that's when the striper bite comes on and we're hoping to get a striper out of here i think that the striper bite will be on within the hour that's what the internet told us and you got to trust the internet hey you guys want to see the outside well we've been inside this whole time come on out yes it's so windy guys we got this little children's fishing area and then look at the beautiful dock it's wonderful it wasn't so windy we'd probably be sitting out here huh right now no it's not that bad i'm gonna take you on a little trip out here and look it opens up over there i mean definite beauty going on here we're here in the kink i mean this is a this is good fishing water for the delta so nice uh redone dock very very cool you can even dock your way around there there's the little lots there's the loft the house would go on but there's no house so we just have a lot and you come in here and boom all these things would you like to go potty you can do that here's a little cozy our cozy nook right outside of the wind there is it yeah what's it called create them create them damn near kill them it doesn't say that i mean it made him alive all the time guys we're wrapping it up another it was a good day of fishing a good experience to come out here and get the place kind of warmed up for the season we'll be doing a lot of fishing out here that's for damn sure in new hampshire caught three largemouth no stripers today it's not quite the season so that's understandable and then catfish is tonight but we're leaving before it's night time we got to get home and do some stuff make some videos for you guys yes and uh any other words about today happy he's happy i think we had a good time look at the sunsets going down on the horizon poles in the water i got a bite probably striper bite a little bit ago kevin got a little bite on his thing over there it's kind of a slow day of fishing but a nice relaxing day fishing uh it's fun that's fun this is how we do it this is how we do it this is how we do it some of the best sexiest harrison zack morses
