[Music] i'm so done with today hey guys welcome to today's video i'm actually really excited to do this one because a few you guys have challenged me to try and live like the rock for an entire day so what we did was we took to the internet to try and find some of the more reliable sources as to what his day looks like when it starts what he does during it what he eats what does he do at the gym all that sort of information you're gonna see me attempt to live like the rock for an entire day and uh let's just say he starts at 4 am so i've literally just woken up and it's four in the morning this seems very very unreasonable and very outrageous and i don't even know if you can see my face right now but i'm not happy i have gone to start with some emails and admin stuff in the morning and my laptop's out of battery what a start to the day i know i actually have to get out of bed get a charger i don't go and do emails early morning showers you love to see it i'm still half asleep uh done personal time as he calls it god knows what else he gets up to during this personal time but um yeah i guess now i'm gonna get changed i don't really know what he does in his personal time so i don't really know what to do ain't nobody awake i can't whatsapp anyone i can't facetime anyone i can't call anyone so i'm just gonna hang about and do well nothing i might just browse twitter for a bit yeah my life really ain't that exciting to be honest all right so it's gym time now as you guys know the rock is an absolute unit and uh considering the amount of food that he eats he's gotta go burn it off somehow so what he usually does is two gym sessions a day he does a cardio session and a strength session in the evening so for me um i've got my pt in the morning so i'm actually gonna do my strength session in the morning and then go do cardio later today so i'm just flipping them around but still i'm getting my two gym sessions in a day um yeah i guess time to go ahead to the first one let's get it [Music] right george enough waffling mate what are we doing now what's next up what does the rock get up to for our back back workout [Music] and just like that transform into the [Music] rock [Music] make it a bigger stretch yeah and squeeze down that's it workout next movement dumbbell shrugs uh we'll start off weight wise uh yeah you can do them the the 60s uh they'll do let's go yep they're both both dumbbells as well yeah it's two it's stuck yeah it's uh it's just start i think they glued it they must have must have glued that lucky them fours one glue to the rack [Music] it's literally impossible to do a shrug without doing that face finisher hammer curls 12 and a half each time let's go okay we'll go 10 each side last one big drive [Music] i want you to explain to me why you've got one arm so much stronger than the other by the way i don't know i don't know it comes up frequently on exercises yeah it's just like you know sometimes late night i get bored and it is what it is thank you for that mate um and then this evening i've got cardio so in a bit first session how was it i'm knackered already i don't know how someone could operate on that level of sleep and then go and well he's got two sessions that was the first one just done now i'm sure we were doing very similar weights as well that was great now i think we've got uh the meal um and i sent you out to go and do the shopping so what is the first meal that he has of the day then uh it's steak it's steak for the first meal of the day is a whole steak steak oh baby meat thermometer now that came free with the steak so we spent enough on it this is banging you know oh you caught me naked oh did someone want a steak for breakfast uh no i'll be perfectly honest with you uh i don't think rock rock yeah we're just rock message me he said look bruh to be honest bro i haven't cooked a meal in years i've got people that do that for me unfortunately i'm just cal freezey and uh i've got cameraman sam and he's a vegetarian he hasn't cooked a steak in years so that means i'm left with me myself and i but fortunately since this is pretty much a cooking channel at this point i'm experienced when it comes to me in the kitchen [ __ ] my shrimps don't move bro they're stuck to the bottom ah best before the 15th of the eighth what's the date today i think it's the 15th oh it doesn't smell great though so this will be going in i'm gonna make a quick trip to the shop beautiful check the date we've got another month i thought the rock didn't do his own shopping yeah but with these glasses i'm not the rock all right all right all right i'm sorry vegan the vegetarians you're gonna have to firm a fat l on this one a bit of bark salt there you go you can see that it's a salty bowl massage it's hot it's time for the one egg that he has i'm gonna fry it [Music] maybe they gave it to us for free because it doesn't work for getting the mixer in our brows get that out of there now [Music] this on the other hand it might be the best fried egg you've ever seen actually you know what first of all obviously that pepperoni remember these these chipotle chili flakes on the egg give it a bit that is pretty banging that to me is like a medium i probably would like a little bit more rare right all right so this is breakfast oh wait one more thing and your egg whites i can't actually believe this it's disgusting you know i'm gonna have this at the end though because i don't want it to ruin what could be a nice breakfast this tastes good i'll be honest with you guys i don't usually eat the white of eggs but today i'm drinking them so i might as well eat them what do you usually have for breakfast i don't usually have breakfast i was expecting like almost to struggle through it but first you know first meal of the day pretty um i was saying the fried egg is actually pretty bang i've never had a fried egg with a it was a steak before it's pretty banging onto the three egg whites don't really smell of anything cheers kind of disgusting all right there we go that's all to be done there's a little handy measuring now to go get ready for um some weight warning usually the rock would go on like film content uh whether that be shooting a film or other bits and bobs for press um and for me youtube is content so that's what we're going to go ahead and do we've got a few of the boys down time to jump on a week [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] so how's it going good did he get any good shots because trust me the rock yeah the rock he would have had good shots of course of course [Music] [Laughter] takes the turn oh he did it he did it well i didn't do it but he did it oh this is outrageous but this guy's taking a battering [Laughter] hold on i give you gotta hold on to it [Laughter] here we go this is it gibber yes bro i didn't try the rail what do you mean i'm stuck in the sea all right so there it is wrapped up film the content now it's time for some food i'm hungry all right so just finished wait morning i'll be perfectly honest you guys i'm absolutely knackered i'm so tired the early start the gym and then the weight boarding the exercise just absolutely knackered me i can't even bear to think about the fact i have to go to the gym again but we are doing our best you might be able to tell my voice i'm tired i'm knackered next up he has another meal which is like uh chicken breasts and things like that what i've decided is i'm gonna order in some nando's like a chicken wrap and then after that we're gonna do filming the nando's is here right meal number two is on the cards uh one for a double chicken wrap medium halloumi inside perry chips i got a chocolate cake but i might have that tomorrow right so this is the um the double chicken breast that we're going through and uh i thought i was hungry but this is proving a little bit tougher than i thought all right we're almost at the end of the wrap now and then we're gonna go ahead and film an assumptions video happy days meal number two go you can leave now oh okay okay all righty everyone rolling real good all right guys welcome to an assumptions video now everybody's done an assumptions video but i figured why not do one myself some were horrendously terrible um and some were pretty accurate so what i'm going to go ahead and do is read your assumptions about me about my friends about you know youtube in general and answer them to the best i can and as always with this sort of thing i'm always 100 honest so yeah let's go ahead and do this we're going to start off someone called bazinga graham anyways um he's gone uh bazinga has revitalized the uk scene in the last few months and he's revitalized bazinga in the last few months i think that's a better way to put it he's uploaded plenty of good videos he's got himself into shape he's kept himself in shape throughout lockdown and you gotta respect it well in bazinga marshall the milky bar kid says that you think because you are tall you're cocky no we're not gonna we're not harper jackson has said best style out of all the youtubers i mean personally actually you know what let me not even talk too much on that it's just a fact you like jj more than simon you know what jj's done a lot of horrible things to me in my time roll this clip simon has simon done horrible things to me no he doesn't reply to tex and he's very very painful to try and film with but otherwise i'd say they're they're about even jenny smith has said you make a lot of money um i think i probably do make a lot of money in comparison to other people my age but in the grand scheme of things i definitely think that i make nowhere near as much as maybe some people think that i make or whatever but yeah definitely for my age i probably am making a lot of money daryl said you and simon are cousins you just don't want to make the friend group weird how does me being cousins with someone make the friend group weird you harry and lux have had a three-way and that's why you moved out the idea is disgusting i like this one krista says you're not actually that tall you just have small friends you know what i only have one other friend actually no i believe callux is six foot simon is six three same height as me jj is not six foot do not let him fool you i know he claims to admit her recently but this guy is the biggest fiber of all time all right so there it is those are you guys assumptions um hopefully i answered a few questions from you guys um it's always funny to do these sort of videos maybe i have to do an updated one sometime soon but yeah that's gonna be that i hope you guys enjoyed the video and peace video done so we just managed to get the assumptions video all wrapped up happy days now we've gotta get a bit of fuel in us before we go for our second session i'll be perfectly honest with you guys i am still stuffed the nando's the steak they've still got me because usually i probably only have two meals a day i have my lunch and my dinner and that's pretty much the same thing and i'm stuffed and i've still got meals to have but quite a few have got three meals left we've got this we've got the steak uh a mash and all that late uh after gym and then we've still got the protein shake and the uh rest of the egg whites so we're gonna go for salmon rice and they also have some asparagus to salmon fillet but what we do need with all this is a bit of oil oh salt in here wrap this bad boy up into a big old spanish like so and voila your nan's christmas present just like that now the best part is guys we saw the disaster that happened with the rice in my cook offer stephen finally uncle ben is here to save the day with the long grain white rice meal number three is served i'm gonna go to the gym and be something like uh i now see why he does wait in the evening because he's eating he's got lots of stuff in him he don't want to be running around but i've messed it up hmm it's good to go come back to me in a few minutes or 15 20 minutes and it'll be done that's again i'm not actually enjoying it anymore it's nice but it's just too much man like when you're putting the [ __ ] yeah but it just took a while yeah a while i'm just knackered i'm so tired i like the food clothes that's a bummer i don't understand how he doesn't get a food coma after this i literally just want to lay in bed for like two hours i don't even want to play warzone that's how tired i am i'm done the rice don't count don't count right jim anyone [Music] now for some fun on these bad boys [Music] right here burning burning you look beaten thank you sam that's very kind of you for the final meal kind of we still have the egg whites it's swimming in a bit of blood but that's because i didn't leave her to rest for long enough but the inside is really quite fantastic so it's okay okay by this point i'm kind of past the point of caring and i just want to get through it i'll get like meat sweats my face feels really flush in progress i feel like i just got chewier and chewier either that i've got more more time i didn't have anything to say i'm just tired i'm just like bored like i couldn't imagine living like this but i suppose like you have to remember like the guy is actually probably at least double my weight how much does the wrong way should we find out i mean i'm sure it changes quite a bit but he's kg so not quite double me he's like 40 kilos more than me well when he's bulking he has what is it like seven to nine meals a day yeah seven miles yeah which is insane that's the biggest thing a lot i get from this is just tiredness anyways right guys so we're at the we're really coming up to the end of the day here and usually what he does he be in the rock he has sort of meetings and chats with people about upcoming stuff whatever he has to do it's almost like a bit of an admin so for me i thought i'd take that time give you guys a bit of an update on some things coming up and then also me and cameraman sam are gonna brainstorm some ideas usually we brainstorm ideas probably about once a week maybe once every two weeks um and try and line up some videos coming up that we think would be good and organizing them and figuring out who's gonna be in what video xyz so just to give you guys a bit of a heads up obviously the main thing i want to say is the merch that we got coming up i have the hoodies we've just sent off the design for the next set of hoodies that's gonna be coming later in the year and i wanted to get uh something for people that missed out on the crocs hoodies those sold out by the way in i genuinely think about two minutes two and a half minutes something like that and i tried to do a restock because it was clear that i misjudged the amount of people that wanted them but unfortunately the factory came back and for whatever reason they claimed it was coronavirus but i don't know they completely jacked up the prices on them and it would have just made it really expensive for you guys and i didn't want the second wave of people to pay more than what the first wave of people paid with that being said though there's a few sneaky one of you guys that chucked it up on ebay for like 200 quid and they got purchased people bought them for 200 quid the t-shirts that i mentioned in between you might have seen me wearing them i was wearing it in the weight morning that was the blue and pink it's embroidered on the front it's really nice it's currently in the wash right now and then we also have the black and pink one as well that you saw me wearing in the stephen tries cook-off video which is absolutely amazing i'm trying to get you guys those as quick as possible we're looking in about three weeks time hopefully they'll be out and you guys can get them besides that it's quite clear you guys love the cook-off videos so i'm already working on the next cook-off video for you guys um i'd love to know who you would like to see in it i've got a couple of like a short list of names right now but if there's anyone that's not on that list and you guys comment them i can put them on the list also we have we got a video with jj coming up very soon anyways that's what we've got going on now i did just want to say guys recently my channel's been absolutely bouncing in alright sam so i can only say thank you guys to for for all the support on that literally everyone that likes on the videos that comments what they thought about the video all sorts of feedback is appreciated anyone's sharing it all that stuff if you haven't already noticed i've been way more active on tick tock i spend one day a week now making tick tock videos so uh if you haven't already go ahead and follow me over there you know i don't want to get waffle for too long but yeah now i guess um for the next sort of half hour 45 minutes me and sam are gonna brainstorm the next maybe two to three weeks worth of videos [Music] right the brain session the brain no brain session after that session uh we have literally the last thing like i said guys usually you would have a protein shake and these egg whites but please understand that um i had my protein shake on the way back from the gym because they make one there and it's just super tasty and it saves me having to make it here so i did that so now literally it's just the the things that shall not be named so what is it it's 10 egg whites here ten egg whites obviously we had the three from earlier i think i had more than three earlier though because judging by this it says that i've got nine egg whites left so i'm gonna have the rest of the box i've been dreading this whole thing of course it's the last thing he has i'm making my way there you know if you think about it i'm literally just like slurping on chicken placenta oh i don't even want to do it how much you got left not even that much probably like two egg whites it's just weirdly salty i'm so done with today my thoughts on the rocks average day terrible i don't know why anyone would want to live like that that's crazy to me the main thing is just the tiredness i think if i got up at a decent time and ate maybe one meal less i think that would probably be a sweet spot four a.m five meals two steaks salmon hernando's four not only that but it's spenny i must have spent about 100 quid on food today anyways hope you guys enjoyed watching if you did drop the subscribe button sixty percent of you lot ain't subscribed so if you're one of
