I've always really liked Tucker's content, he feels super down to earth and I like that a lot.
He had me at 'butt fan'
So I'm pretty sure this is Pinal Airpark in Southern Arizona.
It's about halfway to Tucson when driving from Phoenix. It used to be completely controlled by the Government since they do Paratrooper training in that area in addition to helicopter training for the Military.
Recently, someone has started giving tours of the boneyard to anyone who calls in beforehand. Really cool place.
Pinal is an active airport; every now and then you get to see a 747 run its engines up on the runway for some reason, presumably to keep them from gathering too much dust.
Arizona has a few of these boneyards, but Pinal and one in Kingman, AZ (KIGM) are the most notable ones.
Why are those planes dumped in the desert like that? You'd think the scrap metal value would be sufficient to have them recycled..
