How To Transfer WhatsApp Chats From Old Android To New Android!

welcome back everyone i'll go ahead and show you exactly how to transfer your whatsapp total information everything from one android device to another and this is a pretty easy process but it will take a little bit of setup so so what you want to do is you want to go straight into whatsapp and you'll probably come to a page like this so but you'll have a bunch of chats i don't have any chats right now because i never use whatsapp but what you want to do is you want to locate the three dots that are up here and you want to click on here so just like that and you want to go into your settings now once you're in settings you'll see a bunch of different options you want to find the specific setting that says chats so once you see that you'll come into this specific page now from here at the very bottom you'll see a specific one that says chat backup so what you want to do is you want to click on chat backup you'll come into this page now as you can see it gives me some information that says i never did a backup or anything what you want to do is you want to go down here first and you want to make sure all this information is right do you want to include videos do you want to do this do you want to do that you want to go ahead and figure out all this different information whether you want to include videos or not and at this point all you want to do is click backup now it'll take a second you'll get a couple of pop-ups you can click allow and at this point it'll go ahead and allow you to go through and it pretty much just did a backup as you can see the time the time is basically what the time is right now and you're pretty much set as long as you have your backup in your google drive you can go ahead and transfer to another android device so what you want to do at this point i'll go ahead and put my phone right here and grab my new android phone and i'll go ahead and download whatsapp on this specific phone so you want to go get whatsapp on your new device so that's my old one this one is now the new one and you went to download whatsapp and once you download whatsapp you'll come to this page probably not this one but you want to go ahead and type in your phone number and you want to verify it and make sure everything is good so let me go ahead and verify this real quick so as you can see now i just got into my account and i'm going to go ahead and type in this random stuff so after this point you want to go ahead and once you type in your number put in all your stuff you want to go and click next now this specific page will come up hopefully you'll have another page that comes up you know that says do you want to back up your information or restore whatever now a majority of times what happens is once you go ahead and tap in your phone number you actually get into this specific page and this is where you want to be at for some reason on my galaxy s20 it did not go there because i had already logged in before so again you want to make sure you re-download whatsapp you don't want to go ahead and go through but at this point what you want to do you'll see this little pop-up you want to go ahead and click continue and what this will allow you to do is actually select the latest backup that you had on your specific device and like we said earlier you did a backup and no basically you can choose that specific backup the latest one click continue select that one and it'll go ahead and restore all your information from that and eventually once that's done you'll come back into this page and you should be able to see all your chats and everything that you had before now bursting like i said before i never use whatsapp so that's why i have nothing here except for this one but that's pretty much the process do a backup go to your new phone and restore from that backup by clicking continue so that's really pretty much it if you guys have any other questions or anything let me know in the comment section below hit the like button on me so much but definitely hit that subscribe button every single subscriber that we get really discount so me so much if you guys could hit that also check out the other links down the description as well my twitter my instagram my main channel more importantly everything else i love every single one of you guys hopefully i'll catch you guys in the next video peace until then [Music] you
