How to setup IMOU camera - Ranger 2

Hello dear my friend! Welcome back! In this video I will guide you how to setup a IMOU camera. For A22, we need to push the lens upwards. we will see the memory card slot and reset button. Insert a memory card. Connect the power for the camera. Wait around 3 minutes. Press and hold the reset button for around 15 seconds to reset the camera. For the new camera, no need to reset it. Keep waiting for around 3 minutes. We see the green light flashing continuously. The next step is the configuration on the smartphone. Into wifi connection settings of the smartphone. This is wifi hotspot of the camera. Now connect the smartphone to your home wifi. Enter password of the your home wifi. Wifi connected. The next step open the Imou Life app. Click “+” and select “Scan QR code”. Scan QR code of the camera. And click “Next”. Continue to click “Next”. Click join the wifi hotspot of the camera. And wait a minute. Select the your home wifi name. Enter your home wifi password. Note, Imou's normal cameras are only used with 2.4GHz wifi. And wait a moment for the camera to connect to the wifi and cloud. The camera added successfully. Change the name of the camera or can change it later. Select your region. Change date format. Select the area would you like to use this device. Activate free trial of cloud storage or later. Click live view and click the setting icon. Here is the information of the camera. You can check and update the latest firmware for the device here. You can save the QR code image of the camera. Here you can change the password of the camera. The default password is the safety code on the label. Here you can On/Off notifications. Here the camera will push notifications with thumnail. Device offline it will send a notification. For detection, you can On/Off motion detection, human detection. If human detection is enabled, it will filter out false alarms. The smart tracking function, camera will automatically rotate according to the object. Here you can set alarm notification schedule for camera. If the time on 2 days you need to add 2 times period. For another day is the same. Change the motion sensitivity here. And setup the detection zone here. When an object is detected, the camera will siren. The camera will warn of abnormal sounds when this function is on We can change the decibel to detect. For the Cloud storage, we need to subscribe the Imou Protect first. And must enable detection because cloud storage only record by motion. Local storage is the memory card on the camera. We need to format the memory card first to recording. You can set the video recording quality here. To save memory, you can choose the lower image mode "Standard Definition". Scheduled recording is turned on the camera will record continuously, by default recording only by motion. You can also change the recording schedule here. Private mode is enabled the camera will go to sleep mode. Turn on or off audio recording here. For the shared device, you can watch my old video, thank you. HDR is the camera's anti-backlight function. When you turn on the camera image will be brighter. In WLAN, if the camera is online you can change another wifi for the camera connection. "Add to Home Screen", a shortcut will be created on the home screen of smartphone. Click “More” and the app will show you more functions. You can On/Off IR light here. Turn On/Off the status led. When you mount the camera on the ceiling you can rotate the image here. Change the time zone here. The camera's time will sync with the time zone. Change the date format here. You can click here to restart the camera remotely. And here you can delete the device from your account. On the live view interface, you can snapshot a image. Click Speak to two-way talk. Click Record to record the video on the local storage of the smartphone. You can control the camera in the menu Pan / Tilt. Click “Event History Timeline” to playback the video.
