How To Send Large Videos On iPhone! (iMessage / Mail)

welcome back everyone i'll go ahead and show you exactly how to send very large or bigger videos and even photos if needed through imessage through mail through wherever you need to go basically whenever you need to send something from your iphone usually it's through texting and it might say oh the thing is too big the file or video is too big well this is exactly how to fix that so in this case i'll show you how to do videos and maybe other things in a separate video but let's just go ahead and say we can go make our way over to our specific photo app and let's just say i had in this video for example now this is not a big video by any means but this is a video that i would like to send and you kind of want to get a grasp on how big this video is if it's 50 gigabytes then probably you'll need a little bit something else probably the air drop it or something if it's you know like a couple hundred megabytes or even a gig then luckily you may have some icloud storage available now what icloud is it's basically a thing apple gives you five gigabytes for free whether you realize it or not so you want to go up until you're actually you don't have to go here so what you want to do is you want to make your way over to the settings app click your name up here you want to click on icloud which is right here now up top it'll show you exactly how much icloud storage you have now if this thing is full and you have no icloud storage left then you're going to have to delete some of the stuff in your icloud store just like i did i deleted some photos i deleted a backup that i had and a bunch of other things here so you can kind of go through delete whatever you want to but as long as you have whatever size that file is in storage right here then you are perfectly set so what you want to do is you want to make your way back over to that files of the photos app you want to click on the share button down here and then what you want to do is scroll down until you see copy icloud link now what this will do is basically post this video onto your icloud drive which is the five gigabyte thing i showed you before and i'll go ahead and give you a link that you can just send that link to people and they can go ahead and access that video through the messages app or through the mail app through wherever you're trying to send this link at and they can access it on the icloud drive so you want to go ahead and click on click the video link it'll go ahead and prepare it it may take a couple seconds for however long that video is and you can see that that file is now copied so now what you can do is make your way over to your messages app and make your way over to wherever i'll just go and click a new message and i'll go and click here and you'll see that when i paste it it has that icloud link there so instead of you know sending that whole video it'll basically send that specific link to these people and they'll be able to access it there and let's say it's been a week and they don't need to see it anymore or they already downloaded it we can make your way back over to your icloud just by going into your files app which looks like that you can go and click browse right here go to icloud drive and okay turn on icloud drive for the time being and you can go ahead and delete them from that specific file but typically you probably want to keep it on there anyways so that's really pretty much the process if you guys have any other questions or anything let me know in the comment section below hit the like button that means so much but definitely hit that subscribe button every single subscriber that we got really discount so me so much if you guys can hit that also check out the other links down in the description as well my twitter my instagram my other channels more importantly everything else i love every single one of you guys hopefully i'll catch you guys in the next video peace out till then [Music]
