How to Reverse Image Search on Google Images

[Music] hi guys and welcome to another video today i'm going to be showing you how to reverse image search a picture on the google image search engine now the first thing you'll need to do is go to the image that you want to do the reverse image search on so for me the picture that i want to do the reverse image search on is located on the other tab here so i'm just going to simply left click on it once you've selected your image that you want to do the reverse image search on you just want to right click on it and then you want to go save image as and then simply save it to a folder of your choice so i'm just going to save it in my downloads here and click save before we move on to the next step i just want to add that you can also right click on the image and copy the image address and that will also work the exact same way why i suggest downloading the image is because you may have gotten the image sent to you by whatsapp for example or facebook messenger so having the image on your device is necessary for doing a reverse image search now if the image is on instagram or twitter or facebook then it might be easier just to right click copy image address okay so you've downloaded your image or you've copied your image's address now what you'll need to do is create another tab here and go to the following link www.images.google.com so once you're on the google image search engine you'll simply need to click this icon here which is the search by image icon left click on it and this will open up the menu to search by image here you'll have the option to paste your image url as so or you'll have the second option which is to upload an image from your device now i'm going to go with upload an image from your device and i'm going to click choose file find your image that you've just downloaded so as you can see i only have one image in my downloads and it's this man here i'm going to left click on it and i'm going to hit open so google will upload your file once your file has been uploaded you'll be presented with the google image search results for that particular image you uploaded now if you just scroll down a bit past these images here that look similar to the image that you uploaded you'll be brought with the pages that include matching images as you can see the first url is from unsplash.com which is where we actually downloaded the image from as for the second third the fourth link and here we have a link from reddit which matches the image we uploaded as well if i click the second page you can see the image is located also on twitter fiverr as well where else is it located reddit again facebook and youtube alright guys thank you very much for watching that actually concludes the video if you would like me to produce a video on how to do a reverse image search on ios devices or android devices please let me know in the comment section below please remember to smash that like button comment down below and most importantly of all please hit that subscribe button as it really does support me and support the channel alright guys until next time thank you and bye now [Music] [Music]
