thank you [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right foreign [Music] [Music] thank you thank you [Music] [Applause] foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] foreign [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] for this CA glue application I'm going to use the slower carrying Ultra Gap filling glue and boiled linseed oil in combination the slower here is better because the linseed oil acts as an accelerant for the glue so the slower curing glue gives us more time to let it spread out and use the boiled linseed oil to smooth and accelerate it I've got the lathe spinning at 900 RPM and I'm going to add a couple of drops of the glue to a paper towel and wipe that across the wood to get a nice smooth coating after that I'm going to switch to another paper towel and make a big puddle of the oil linseed oil really wet the surface with that and keep rubbing it until you can smell the CIA group curing when the ca is starting to cure speed delay though find a clean dry place on the paper towel and wipe off all the excess boiled linseed oil next you're going to sand it lightly with 600 grit sandpaper slow down the lathe and do it all again these are the same steps we're going to do three times we're going to add a little bit of CA glue on the towel wipe it on add a puddle of boiled linseed oil to another towel wipe it over the top rub it on at 900 RPM until you get that curing smell then you're going to speed up the lathe to around 1400 RPM and with a clean spot on the paper towel wipe off all the excess boiled linseed oil sand it lightly with 600 grit wipe it off start over again three times after the third time don't sand you should end up with a nice and Strong satiny Finish feels like wood or shellac
