How to Move data from One SharePoint List to Another Using Power Automate

hello all welcome back this isami so in this video we will see how to move uh data between one SharePoint list to another SharePoint list using power automate so to begin with first navigate to your office.com and go to your SharePoint site where you have created so today I am just going to do proceed with step by step classes so what I do is just uh create a new site over here so let me create a new site I'll name it as P site under provide uh okay it's under the space right [Music] iPhone one I will select the private setting as public then click on next and if you have any members you can add the numbers over here or else you can definitely click on finish so once you've done this one you can able to see your initiate the sharepoints and Creator successfully so now what I'll do I'll create a new list here I'll name it as a code now I'll just go to home again and I'll create another one SharePoint list I'll name it as account list I find new and I'll say create so what I'll do now so whenever I create an account uh here it should automatically create the same recording this list so I'll add some other fields here like I'll just go to add I'll say a choice field I'll say um Choice field values I'll have at least one C1 C2 and C3 I'll save this field the same way I'm just going to the new one I'll create the same Choice field and change so always and say C1 c21c3 and save this one and what I will do I will create another one now what can I see uh uh they look up field for that I'll just create another one list here let me say uh look up values or account listed country I'll create this one I will go to Contour I will create a new lookup field here uh I'll create a new lookup and say country and I'm just making this reference to Country to the title I will save this one same way I will go to new and create a lookup there the limit as country objects foreign so now I am going to make dot forward automate.com so that though I'll just create a flow here to move the data from uh what can I say one plus two another list so let's just say get started I will go to my flows click on new flow we'll say automated cloudflow so I will say SharePoint more data from old to new list and that's it when I record this when an item is create on the SharePoint so I'll just click on create here so once after done this one it has automatically created in a connection between of the Microsoft power automate flow and the SharePoint so I'll search it is as this side we have recently created it's not populating so I'll just copy this site name I'll just say create a custom value under here after opening that one here you can see automatically populated the values so I'll select the evolved value so what I will do whenever we create a recorder in the world I need to create that record in the new so now what I'll do I'll just go here I'll add a new step and create so I'll go to SharePoint first in the checkpoint I will say create item so in the create item I'll enter the custom value again and I'll select the new values here so one chapter is selected it is asking for the matter that you needed so here let's map the title over here the choice field and say custom value so I'll just map the choice field values here and go with the country so country is nothing but uh lookup so I'll select the country ID over here and I'll select the multi-line validating store here so once I've done this one and just directly click on Save now the flow is ready so I'll just go to the SharePoint I'll just create in your account on the board and say account one and select Choice value select the country provide the multi-line text values and click on Save so once after I've done this one it should not only create a record here so let me just come to my flow and I'll wait more for my flow to get triggered now here you can see the flow trigger successfully I'll just open this flow in here you can able to see when a record is created uh in the old one it normally created a recording new list so what I'll do now and just go to my flow and I'll just click on new so here you can able to see account one C2 Indian multi-line Optics so automatically it get populated here so this is how you can directly move the values from one list to another list using power or domain so for example I want to avoid a duplicate records uh uh which is getting created in old to be avoided in new list so how can I do that for example let's consider a code uh title is a unique value so what I'll do first I'll just go to edit I'll add a new condition over here sorry before the condition I'll say get items get items of SharePoint of this skating so I'll go to the site address so I'll select the list name as new list name here I'm going to use a filter query how can I use a filter query so I need to use the filter query against this title so what I'll do I'll just go to the list settings in this list setting I'll select the title here you can always search that you can able to see the name of this field so this is title so I'll select this title will copy I'll say title equals I will put a double quotes and here when an item is created so what is the item created here that item create as title I need to pass it so that we search for title so I'll just pass this one so once after return this one what I need to do I just go to sorry I have already added a condition and so I'll just explain that condition let's just select the length of the 20 so I'll just say length of go to expression I'll say length of the value from get items is equal to 0 which means there is no such record available which means it's a unique record this so let me just go here and just use this one here if such kind of values which is already available then I don't want to create a record else create an account which is nothing but if this value Returns value as 0 then you can able to create the return if it is zero created so what I'll do I'll just go to hold again and create a new record I'll again put account one and select C1 and select entry I'll input values and just say see I will go to my flow again I'll wait for the flow to get triggered let's wait for the flow to get trigger here so within the maintain what I'll do I'll create another one output as well let me put a name as account to and select the choice field and select the country and then say account to values I'll just save this record I will go to the flow Delta finish it so it doesn't like its trigger here I'll just open this so now I'll just expand this one so here it is true let me just go to this side and go to the new one and just make a refresh and I'll go to the new one okay it's created let's see what is the error which we are getting and get it as long let's see I've got one and I knew what is this one recorder zero why we are getting a zero okay there is some space mismatches available so what I do I'll just go here so now I will wait for my floor to trigger now the flow gets triggered successfully I'm just opening the flow so I'll just expand this one so here you can see this path which means that here if I expand this under click on downloads so here you can able to see we got a value which is now if I go to my old account so folder of list so here you can see I can see four records available but if I go to new list there are three records available so which is like uh it is just checking the unique value so if the unique value is not available then it is creating the record this is how you can move the what can I say the values or create a record
