How to make yourself FLOAT in #aftereffects #shorts

how I made my friend float in Adobe After Effects I filmed him standing on a box in front of a green screen then I made another shot where he's pushing himself up in the air acting like he's floating I also made an empty shot with movement to make it more appealing and after effects do a camera track on the empty shot then look for a flat Target spot on the ground when you find it right click it and select set ground plane and origin right click it again and choose solid and Camera use the solid to check if the tracking succeeded then delete it take the first clip and rotoscope everything above your torso take the other clip and rotoscope the legs out I used a green screen to make this process easier go to the beginning of the video and create a freeze frame on the leg shot now motion track the Torso and use the tracking data to link the clips together pre-comp everything and with the puppet pin tool you can bring back Motion in the legs next enable 3D and place him in the shot and now you know
