waste reduction so again kind of answered this question first and foremost a diet is the largest thing everyone's waste is waste Mahler myself included when I'm always dieded down I don't have narrow hips that's actually true but relative to where my hips are at my waist comes in pretty damn small and it's just like you when I'm so frickin I get shredded like ten weeks out from a show I am shredded in the front you know not not patting myself on the back I mean there's very very skin thin folds I got veins on my ABS veins close to my obliques but I still keep a ton in my lower back till I'm literally like three weeks out so lose more body fat and then when you think you've lost enough body fat then lose more body fat and then when you're there then lose a little bit more body fat and that's how small your waist is the rest is just awareness so what does that mean people say well how do I fix posture and I say all right stand up as tall as you can get the roof of your top of your skull towards the ceiling and they stand up nice and tall and I go there you go there you fixed it and they're like no no but like how do I fix it for good I'm like we'll do that but more often but like no no like how do I fix it and it's like that's the way you fix it if you really think if you honestly think there's another answer someone's lying to you so when you make quick changes when someone says oh I've got this doesn't do that and something does this touchy thing of these rubbing things or they do things with your eyes or they reset things and holy crap there it's fixed they've done this man you track you've essentially tricked your nervous system and I'm not saying that's a bad thing that is a tool and it can be a great tool in my opinion I've never seen it be a long-term fix so things that trick your nervous system need to be trained and so once you train I've got this new range of motion great you do this trick even if it lasts weeks eventually it's gonna go away if you don't train it now what trick may allow you to get somewhere and then you just start training there on your own and it stays there but it wasn't the trick that did it the trick allows you to get there and then you trained it and then it stayed there so that's a little bit of a side rant but when you do these tricks your nervous system tells your muscles to do something and then they do it or they allow them to do it the same with posture when I say stand up taller that's your nervous system your brain your nervous system telling you to do this and your body responds and does it now how do you have that happen for a long period of time do it over and over and over and over and over and over and that's that if you honestly think it's a lack of tissue or muscle people say train your back more there's no amount of tissue that's just gonna pull you right here if that were the case every single person that had 22 inch biceps or whatever would have to walk around like this you say all other tricep balances out that that's the dumbest I've ever heard in my life there's no one that's put on enough tissue that it locks a joint in a shortened position so just like your pecs if you get huge pecs you're not gonna be locked in this position or if you get huge delts you're gonna be locked in this position no one ever has gotten the most massive delts on the world whoever has the biggest strongest delts on the planet has never ended up walking around like this it's never happened in the history of the world so everyone's saying that you can train your upper back and that's gonna pull you here dumbest should have ever heard in my life no that's a little bit of rent so maybe training it often because you're going there often you're spending time there often you just get used to your brain telling you to do this and then when you leave the gym you're a little bit more aware of that so you tell your brain your brain tells your body to do this more and that's how people slowly correct things what does this have to do with your waist it's the same thing train those muscles train them often gain awareness of it and do it all the time and I'm as guilty of this all time when you're in contest prep your waist if so there's a 10 out of 10 there's muscles that make your waist go like this so whether it's a combination of rectus abdominus TVA internal external obliques some function with your diaphragm moving around as well to pelvic floor there's muscles that make your waist go like this so one you train the out of them the same as anything else so do your vacuums train those muscles get good at contracting them contract them as far as you can it then arranges push them hold them there you know first you can only hold it for five seconds you learn all the vacuum for three seconds then work on four seconds five seconds so same train that the same as you train anything else and then the rest is awareness so meaning if that 10 out of 10 is as hard as you can be tracked it when you're unconscious but this is great all the time but at least there's a role for contest prep you're walking around with those muscles out of three out of ten all the time and that's no joke I mean that's what I'm like honestly when I hit puberty I started go to the beach and I first had a muscle that big and whenever I had was concerned any female could ever see me with my shirt off I would walk around keeping my abs tight and guess what it made my waist look smaller my abs look tight again the fine thing is as I got older and I stopped caring about that I'm just a golf like I don't want people to walk around thinking I'm trying to flex your act big or whatever but it's a great thing to do for your waist because the more you're aware of it the more often you're going to be in that position so when you see somebody on stage aside from genetics aside from being extremely lean this is the lie of body bullying you think that people that are really really good at it is because they're trained it it's a trained muscle it's a trained thing they'd to get the second they walk out on stage they're aware of keeping it tight not just when they're posing then they never let it out relax and I swear to god there are so many bodybuilders that are so lazy this because honestly if you've if you've been given something you don't work for it when someone's been given hips this big and a waist this big and over time they've never had to work on it they never trained it they never had to wear but they just had the smallest waist when they were 12 they had the smallest waist when they were in high school they had small choice from ever and then over time they add 80 pounds to the physique and as a result of food maybe drugs maybe just more tissue in the midsection things slowly start pushing that waist out and so some of the guys with the best genetics off her waist are the guys that walk around on stage and I can tell are putting no time or effort into trying to keep their waist smaller on stage so that's the lie you look at someone likely the broad it's the best example that I can think of and there's guys today of course but there's guys that leave the broader you would watch him pose he'd do four minutes of posing anytime he was on stage you would never see his way stick out you would never see his bellybutton stick out an inch now did he have some small hips and a small waist from a genetic standpoint of course but sort of everybody else on the stage at that point time so does almost everybody do Limpy level these guys have small hips and small waists if they get blown out it's not just drugs it's there's been a shift in people not putting a focus on that as much I guarantee leave the broad we all know that he did put in a crazy amount of time to posing in flexing that was practicing and that's that he just got good awareness and gained control of that so when he the second he would go out on stage any single judge could ever see him he probably held it like this because he practiced so much the rest of his life as well too but he'd walk out on stage and his waist never came out half an inch ever because he was intentionally keeping it there so that's a little bit of a rant but you get a long-ass answer which in my opinion is a very good answer because it's the right answer you
