There is a lot of important details 👌 We will first start by making a Styrofoam frame to create a 30x30x7cm sand mold I used screws to assemble the frame to make disassembly easier afterward We set the frame with adhesive tape to keep it still Then we fill the frame with wet sand Don't forget to sift the sand well before using it The sand must be pressed evenly and gradually in order to obtain a cohesive sand mold We remove excess sand using a ruler to obtain a flat surface We disassemble the Styrofoam frame gently and carefully Frame internal measurement 33x33x9cm I recommend lubricating the frame with oil to prevent it from sticking with the cement We set the frame using clay dough to avoid cement leakage Pour the cement mixture into the gaps on the edges The cement mixture: 2 cups Cement + 1 cup Sand + Water Stir the mixture to remove the trapped air Fill the gaps well Now, start pouring cement in the middle gradually Put steel wire to add strength and durability to the basin Remove the excess mixture using a ruler to obtain an even and flat base.
