Today I've prepared Traditional Greek Gemista I realy enjoy this summer dish, and I recomad to serve it with some Feta cheese. 10-12 tomatoes or mix of vegetables like, tomatoes, peppers, eggplants... Cut and clean the tomatoes like this! Chop or grate the tomatoes pulp! 120 g of rice Water Soak the rice in water for about 10 minutes 1 onion 50 ml olive oil Add the chopped onion 2 garlic cloves 1-2 zucchini Saute for 3 minutes. Rinse well the rice Saute for another 3 minutes! Add 2/3 of the chopped tomatoes. Some salt Pepper Parsley About 20 leaves of spearmint Fill the vegetables. 3-4 potatoes Add salt to the rest of the chopped tomatoes. Pepper 1-2 garlic cloves 1 tsp tomato paste 30 ml olive oil 100 ml water Add the sauce in the baking pan. Spearmint leaves Baking paper Bake at 180°C/360°F, for 40 minutes without ventilation. Make sure the potatoes are cooked! Bake again at 180°C/360°F, for 10 minutes. Thank you for watching!
