hey how's it going guys this is Alexis Chief strategist at level life media if you are watching this video that means you are interested in booking a call with us maybe you just have a few more questions so hopefully these set of videos answer your questions this particular video we're going to be talking about how to make Roi off your content right that's the question that everyone wants to know how to make a return on investment on content right because they're like why would I spend money on someone to help me make content if it's not gonna make me any money right why would I spend money and I'm making any money I can make content by myself yes you can and you should right you should definitely make content on your own because you need to get into the habit of creating content cool uh one of our previous videos we already covered what is content exactly so feel free to watch that video if you need a refresher so this one specifically you already know what content is you already understand the importance of personal branding this is how do you make money off content right so two things the reason why people don't make money from their content is because they make the wrong type of content they make content for themselves they put stuff they want to see they put they make stuff they want to make it's very much from a me aspect which is the wrong way to think about content right I always tell people original content is advertising without advertising right you're selling without selling you're presenting without presenting right so you need to think about what type of content your audience wants to see right and this is essentially if you have a product or a service to sell okay so you got to put yourself in the mind of your audience first you got to Target who is your audience right and I know everyone likes to say every time when I talk to a client they always tell me the same thing they're like my service goes to everyone everyone can buy my product yes I know everyone can buy your product everyone can buy a tiger everyone could buy Lambo everyone can buy a scooter everyone can buy a skateboard like yes yes everyone technically can but everyone doesn't want to right so you really have to narrow down who is your target audience right so let's give you an example right I'm gonna bring it down in a way that hopefully you guys understand let's do um fitness trainer right um let's do for just uh hopefully this doesn't offend anyone just for Giggles right let's do only fans model uh only fans model fitness trainer and I think that's it let's keep it simple right let's keep it I don't want to complicate things so much all right so you need to figure out who is your target audience who is your demographic who is the person you're going to sell your product or service to right so let's start with only fans right let's say if you're a guy right you're myself let's say I do only fans I'm a 30 year old guy cool who who's gonna buy my stuff so hopefully would I you know uh okay let's say woman so I'm thinking okay woman cool woman is very broad though what kind of woman uh okay what kind of woman what kind of woman okay I don't want a broke woman right because if she's gonna spend listen I'm expecting I'm gonna be if I do only fans I'm gonna be inexpensive only if he's a model right I'm not selling the goods this is prime meat baby this is prime meat there's gonna be fifty dollars and up right so 50 and up so now that helps me all right who is my target someone who can afford to spend fifty dollars and up on only fans content and who is that well hopefully that's someone that's in the professional realm um someone that has a career um a woman that yeah that has a little bit of money so right away with that I am probably going to x out or filter out to anyone in college essentially right because people in college usually don't have money much less do they have 50 years 50 to spend women let's say uh 35 to 45 right those are usually those women are established they have money cool let's say they don't really have that much of a social life right so they're alone um and when I say alone I don't mean like they're lonely I just mean they just don't have a social life right so uh social life maybe because they're working too much or whatever um who else I'm trying I'm just I'm just thinking off the top of my head um maybe someone who doesn't really know how to date right let's just say that a lonely doesn't really know how to date so someone who's who's just getting into the string of things so let's say divorced boom and I don't want to go deeper into that rabbit hole but anyways that's my Target demographic right and this is I'm just saying this as an example to people who always say I don't have a demographic right because or I don't have an audience right because people you know usually I'm sure if I approach someone with with the that's the only Phantom they're gonna be like oh everyone or if I approach a girl that's the only fans about she'll say oh every guy or if I approach you know it's like no you have to narrow this down right now let's do fitness trainer if I'm a fitness trainer I'm going to be top fitness trainer right I don't wanna I don't want to go out and train people for five dollars so I am I mean I don't know what fitness trainers go for but let's say I'll sell a package for you know uh three to five k 3K 5K now who can afford 3K 5K say similar thing right um professional um has a career um if someone's willing to spend three to five K on Fitness that means they really have a problem that they need solved right that means they've tried they tried the gym already they've tried keto they've tried you know whatever so they want this issue solved so someone who for the sake of simplifying things right not trying to offend anyone let's just say desperate right desperate um overweight and fed up so again this is just an example of telling you you how you can narrow down who your demographic is who your audience is who you want your clientele to be right who you who are you trying to Target and the reason why I'm sure you're like what does this have to do with content this has everything to do with content it has everything to do with content listen some of the best content is made pre get it some of the best content that you can make you start making it pre-production with that being said what kind of content I'm going to make so now that means I'm going to create content that's going to speak to these people now this is my issue with a lot of fitness trainers they always create content that they want to see they always want to create content about uh this is how you make this workout this is how you do this this is how you eat like this and it's like that's very blanketed right like that applies to everyone and don't get me wrong you do need to make that kind of content but essentially there is going to come a time and point when you a master audience and you have to really dial in you have to dial in right so you're gonna have to make content that speaks to the professional right that speaks to someone that is uh again no offense that is desperate that speaks to someone that is fed up speaks to someone that is out of shape let's say out of shape and a shape is better than overweight right so off the top of my head again I don't I'm not a fitness trainer like I have a good I have a dad bot but I'm just off time I'm just crazy I'm just thinking like okay what can we do with this okay desperate fed up out of shape professional boom first content we're gonna make is how to and again I don't know if this is healthy this is all you Fitness guys who are watching this don't cover me how to lose five pounds in a week right because that's doable you don't want to say and then you create your content based on that boom right now you're saying next one right uh just for the sake for the sake of staying on track uh um how I if it's not you it's or my client was able to fit in high school clothes again right right because again you're speaking to an older demographic they're out of shape they're fed up so they're going to see the things like damn how to lose five pounds in a week oh yo let me let me watch that or oh how this person or how they got their clients to fit into their High School yo that's crazy I've been out of high school for 20 years let me watch that you have to create some type of urgency right you have to create some type of enticement to this content now you're saying well what do I do with this info how do I create content based on this right simple you just have to educate people on this process you can do this any kind of way you can do a little Tick Tock dance and you can put in the little headlines what this is or you can talk in front of the camera if if you're good on camera or if you have a videographer or if you hire us you know if you hire us we can guide you through that process or if you're not good at dancing or talking on camera and you don't want to be on camera at all you can just write it down write it write it on Twitter or on Facebook screenshot it throw it up on your page with that being said now we get into what you really want to see how do you make money off this stuff simple this is why you have to pre-produce this content right the purpose of all this content is to is to do what what's the purpose of all this I'm waiting what's the purpose of all this to get views no you're wrong the purpose of all this is to bring eyeballs right yes everyone knows that bring eyeballs views whatever but the real key is why are we bringing eyeballs because we want to bring in right eyeballs damn this is ugly the right eyeballs right so does it really matter if you get 10 000 views on a reel by anyone or is it more valuable to you and your business if you get 20 views on a reel by your Target that's why I tell people views don't really matter right so the reason why I tell you to pre-produce to find out who your target audience is and who you want to speak to who you want to cater to is because you need to create content for them and what's going to happen is when you create content that speaks to their pain points their problems their issues they're you pull out their emotions they are going to react they are going to react right but for you to get to that point you have to remember you are not making content for you you're making content for them you have to go from a u to a them mind state right you have to service you have to provide you have to genuinely care for your audience and when I say care some people are probably rolling around I don't really care bro I just want to make a sale how do you make a sale you have to care the reason why you want to speak to their pain points you want them to react so the type of reactions that we are going for are not just views and likes we want shares we want saves we want comments as soon as someone shares saves comments that means they are invested might be a small investment but they are invested in what you have to say they related to your content on another level besides the double tap button right because double tap is easy but to comment to share it to save and on Instagram now I think it shows you who shared or save your content your content right so after that right and and now we're gonna get into me like what I did so I had a I had a real um I'll throw it up here I had a real uh where I was talking about how videographers need to stretch out content essentially right and I made that for a very specific reason I made that because I know a lot of seven eight figure earners who have videographers that don't know how to stretch out their content right that's a huge issue with videography They Don't Really under videographers for some reason they're stuck on like um like it's like the r and like and and they just kind of like they're just listen let's just it's like a one-of-one and like no bro like you need to stretch out that content you need to milk it for everything that's working and a lot of videos don't know that so I spoke to that issue because I knew I know that somewhere an entrepreneur that was going to see that that's the same that's the exact issue I have and sure enough right the people who follow me it's it's it's I think it's um I gotta check it's changed recently but I think it's like 30 entrepreneurs it's not a high percentage right it's a lot of them is videographers I think it's like 50 no 40 50 videographers 30 entrepreneurs and then the other percentage is just like just you know uh people that I just know right so I knew it wasn't going to get a lot of views right if you look on my page most of the content that gets a lot of views is stuff when I speak to videographers that's not who I provide a service to right I provide a service to entrepreneurs when I made that reward I knew it wasn't going to get a lot of views but I didn't care that wasn't the point the point was I wanted to trigger someone to comment share save and then I was gonna see who it was and I was gonna go in for the kill and that's exactly what I did and that's exactly what happened I made that real the guy comics he was like hey man I need I need a videographer like that I'm having the same exact issue sure enough I DM them right then and there I followed up DM hey man so what kind of issue you having hey man it's hard fighting every hour before I got all this content I want to record what I told him was hey really that's a service we provide like are you free to hop on a call he was like what I didn't know you guys did that I didn't know you did that really used to do yeah let's hop on the car I think it was like a Sunday Sunday night right away I was like hey you free to hop in the car tomorrow I didn't wait for let's schedule a call two weeks from now I didn't sit on there I didn't read it and not respond I didn't double no no no right away hey you having an issue yes we can solve that problem for you let's hop on a call right away yeah man hey let's hop in the car sure Monday we hopped on the car clothes I'm right there in there guys that's how you make money from your contact everyone thinks like your content is just gonna have money flowing in no you do have to do the work you do have to start a conversation a lot of people don't want to start that conversation a lot of people wait for their clients to hit them up the client's not going to hit you up you have to go after whether you run under ads with paid traffic um whether you put out organic content whether you go viral whether you I don't know no matter what you do all this stuff none of this stuff is gonna give you sales all this stuff is going to do is bring eyeballs generate leads and from there you have to filter out and you have to execute and go in for the sale guys it's the same thing when you run an ad we run an ad you're going to run an ad to a landing page it's going to fund a limit to your system and you gotta either message email or pick up the phone and call same thing with content guys you're going to create great content that speaks to your audience's pain points bring in a lot of eyeballs generate leads and then you have to start that conversation I know it's it's draining maybe or you're intimidated but you do have to start that conversation but before all that you need to make content that speaks to your audience stop making content for you make content for them right so
