[Music] hey guys it's nothing here welcome to my channel the Darrow TV so many of you wanted me to show you how to make wine at home so today I'll be showing you how to make red wine at home so let's get started so guys what I have done is I have taken two kilos of black crepes I have wasted and warm water with salt and make sure to dry the grapes so right now I am picking out all the bad grapes which is like mashed or which is like bad we do want it to mix it with the good grapes to make this wine so I am picking out all the bad grapes [Music] [Applause] [Music] so once we separate the grapes we'll be crushing it nicely [Music] so once we have crushed the grapes we'll be transferring to a container Here I am using a plastic container you guys can use any ceramic container or a glass container make sure that you don't use a stainless steel because once it gets fermented it will actually react with the stainless steel so make sure that you use plastic ceramic or else a glass container [Music] so here I'm adding 50 grams of white rice and also 50 grams of bead and here like I am using one stick of cinnamon 2 to 3 cardamom and two to three cloves and for the color I'm using beetroot juice it is just take a beetroot blend it and pulse it and take out the juice and add it to the mix so here I'm adding around 1.5 kilos of sugar so I actually like my wine sweet so I am adding 1.5 kilos of sugar so if you want your wine to be a bit a little sweet you can go for 1 kilo of sugar so mix it well and make sure that you use only wooden spoon you don't use any steel spoon or stainless steel spoon Here I am adding just one tablespoon of rice so this is the East which we use it for bakery items and I make sure the water is boiled and cooled down to a room temperature and I'm adding 1.5 liters of water to this mix it well [Music] now let's cover this with the clock any cloth would do this diet and they keep this in a cool dry place for 15 days and every alternate days make sure to just uncover it and stir it for every alternate days so make sure that you use only a wooden spoon don't use any steel a stainless steel spoon just a wooden spoon just cover it again and keep it in a cool dry place and for every alternate days you do the same thing so after the 15-day I am just uncovering it and I'll be straining it to a container [Music] who while straining you actually get this nice sweetness of the wine you actually will like it [Music] [Music] so once that staining is done I'll be bottling this wine and I'll be keeping it for another six days to form it so this is called as a secondary fermentation so that is it's been 21 days fermenting this red wine 15 days in a container and the next six days I have fermented this in a bottle so I'll try it and let you know how it tastes [Music] so let's get into the color so you this actually doesn't have this dark red wine color it is like dark pinkish color like something like a red rose kind of color so let's have a smell yeah nice so I actually get this fruity notes from this and also the spices that we added like I am getting a bit of cinnamon not the cardamom I am not getting the cloves but I'm getting a bit of cinnamon yeah nice so let's do the taste nice it has this slight tankiness to this yeah this wine is on a sweeter side you can taste those spices that we have added right now on the taste us you can taste the cardamom and also the cinnamon but I'm not getting any hint of close and yeah the berries the fruitiness the grape yeah this lovely actually I'm liking it nice nice nice and also the thing is the alcohol content of this is somewhere around 12 to 15 percent and this actually gives you a good buzz that is lovely so I think the best foot which can go good with this is chili pork if you guys love pork I surely will tell you chili poke will surely go well with this nice and also dry fish which really goes well with this wine like anchovy a dried anchovies which you can make it a chutney like in a Mangler and child it will really cool well with this coming to the die fish I came across this brand called as Phoenix type fish which is from Brahma WA and I visited that Factory and the thing I liked about these guys is they are very hygiene and they don't use this old techniques to dry their fish like Sun drying basically they actually pass it through a machine which actually dries the fish to the hot that thing so I have few products to them they have sent to me so one is soul and one is the anchovies so the answer is as I told you it actually really goes well with this vine the easiest way which we can eat these anchovies is they drop in hot oil fry it and this munch it like chips [Applause] so guys coming to the wine this is really good you guys should try it and make sure that you fermented for minimum of two months because you will actually love it the flavor go to enhance and the color also would enhance and it would be very good so that's it for
