DIY Cardboard Blaster With Flying Candies

[Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] goalkeeper Hi Sam are you crazy imagine the mess you'd make puddles of coke all around I'm sorry Sue I just wanted to have some fun with Mentos trust me cleaning the whole house is not much fun I won't do it again I promise actually there's something interesting we can do with Mentos huh what we're gonna have a Mentos shooting range in a few hours you mark the time we are gonna have white so hi everyone today we're gonna set up a shooting range but first we need to make a Mentos Blaster I made several cardboard pieces for the base of our Blaster here while its shape reminds me of a space Blaster you're right but we'll have Mentos instead of lasers let's use hot glue to put several cardboard Parts together remember ask an adult to help there we go perfect well there's really cute Mentos I can't believe it well I also prepared other pieces to make our Blaster look less empty now let's insert little sticks into these holes we made we need them to attach the mechanism let's fix them with glue this way [Music] and here wait where's Sam and where's the Wheel Parts they were just here here we are I help you a little glue the cardboard pieces and made the holes oh Sammy you're the best let's put it in place now [Music] bear make sure it spins otherwise the mechanism won't work shutters I can see the Mentos Islands Captain actually it's the cardboard barrel of our Blaster Mentos will come out of it I kept forgetting something oh right Sammy thank you here comes the hardest part keeping yourself from eating all the Mentos no we're going to start making the trigger take a metal plate and a wire size working with a soldering iron is rather dangerous so ask an adult to help you at this stage [Music] cry closely then take a longer plate bent like this and solder a wire to it too be very careful guys do it with an adult now we can put the two plates together [Music] let's glue them to the fiberboard base making sure that the wires are facing the same direction this way the long plate must be above the short one now let's attach our mechanism to the place of our future trigger the lever should be down here thanks Sammy in fact I got something for you too while I'm finishing with the wires you're going to make the trigger I'm ready but how I've already prepared the cardboard Parts all you have to do is glue them in color I do anything for flying Mentos all right guys our trigger will be ready soon we're close to the Finish Line to make it work Let's Straighten an ordinary bobby pin with pliers and make another mechanism with a wire using these materials done now we can glue this mechanism to the base oh here comes Sammy check out what I made it's the best trigger ever oh good job Sammy let's see yay it boots look the trigger moves perfectly and our mechanisms are working well Sammy now we're gonna use some magic watch Magic wow now the power of magic will move this piece onto the Blaster wow but don't forget that hard work is the best kind of magic how why still a great idea for a status update it's not a status update it's the truth I'm gluing another cardboard part let me help you a moment where did Sam go well anyway it's done here I am take this every detail of our Blaster has to be awesome even the handle you see me great idea you did your best now let's add some more Magic pops oh you're making me dizzy okay okay let's get back to work otherwise it would be too easy our Blaster will be powered by a motor you should place it here now let's make a wheel for the Blaster it's a round part made out of several little circles cover it with a rubber band fix it with glue and attach it to the motor this way oh Sammy I see you're doing the same with the second motor yeah here you are well done Sam your effort will be rewarded very soon now we need to get the hardest part done the one with the wires [Music] so I'm gonna rest a little and watch you work connect the wires very carefully here and here don't forget to ask an adult to help you at this stage yeah yeah that's right wow it seems you've got a magic sneeze we only need to solder the wires here [Music] and here now let's place the battery inside the Blaster this way we'll hide it from view I guess you also need these you're always right Sammy let's glue these two parts [Music] one and two now take one of the first parts we made and cover the Blaster with it let me help I can't wait to load our Blaster with Mentos Sam quit fooling around and imitating slow motion let's finish it up sorry she like it keeps seeing that jump up what happens inside the blaster our wheels are spinning pushing the Mentos out of the blaster all right now let's attach the lower panel leave the rest to me I'm the great decorator I'm a bit tired one moment [Music] oh is it my turn perfect all the parts are going to look amazing how do you like the barrel not bad here's the sight we need to do it like this okay the front part is ready and the back one two perfect there's only one thing left it's the magazine for the Mentos I've already prepared the pieces for the magazine I only need to glue them apply some glue to the wall [Music] attach the sides here's another wall let's use some magic for the last time now we can secure the magazine on the blaster here are our bullets now we're going to be merchandisers Sammy who are they some aliens with mental blushers no it's a real profession merchandisers pack Goods open them and display them in the shops I mean Sammy you're such a sweet tooth we've got lots of Mentos I'm in heaven and let's fill our huge Magazine with Mentos well I guess that's enough for a start our Blaster is ready to hit the targets [Music] [Music] two with Mentos bullet probably the best sharp shooter in the Galaxy we'll check that right now the Mentos shooting range is opening let's set up the paper cups thank you yes yes when did you become a sharpshooter still well we tried so hard crafting this
