How to make homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread from scratch

[Applause] check it out it's a homemade cinnamon raisin bread loaf it's easy to make turns out great and also looks awesome here's how it's done I'm going to start with one cup of warm water about 115 120° half cup of warm milk also at 115 120° dump in 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 tbspoon of dry active yeast stir that to combine and set aside so it can become active and frothy in a large bowl add 3 cups of allpurpose flour 1 teaspoon of salt whisk that to combine real quick then add in your frothy yeast mixture which you can see is kind of bumbling now 2 tablespoons of melted butter and then whisk to combine until a Shaggy dough ball forms just so it take a few minutes then add in in one cup of raisins and this is when you want to start using your hands and get a little bit dirty and start actually kneading the dough a little bit I do a pull and fold method where I pull the dough from the side and fold it into the center of the dough ball this helps create a rough dough ball form trick here is to use a cup of water on your fingers so your fingers are a little wet instead of using flour you don't want to add more flour at this stage so just use some water so your hands don't stick to the dough and just pull and stretch until a rough dough ball forms and then you're going to cover that with a damp towel and let that rise double in size for two hours now you're going to make your cinnamon sugar mixture which is 1 teaspoon of salt half tablespoon cane sugar 2 tablespoon brown sugar one tbspoon ground cinnamon stir that to combin until it looks like this and set it aside now your dough should have doubled in size hit it to De gas and then using a wet hand here just pull in the dough from the side then make a rough dough ball again so you're going to stretch and fold to really work that gluten and make the gluten in the dough so stretch and fold stretch and fold just a few minutes probably couple folds on each side and then you're good to go flour up a work surface now the dough should be really wet here so add some flour to the dough itself and dump it out onto that flowered work surface and you're going to start kneading the dough a little bit working it pull the dough out and fold it into itself do this for a few minutes until your dough looks like this now it's time to actually roll the dough out so a flowered rolling pin I like the roll it out into a rectangle shape here and I flip the dough 90° roll it a little bit flip the dough 90° roll it again until I have a nice large rectangle which our cinnamon sugar mixture will be spread into as we roll up this loaf check it out nice rectangle this is 1 tblsp of melted butter you want to spread this all over the dough and this is going to help that cinnamon sugar mixture stick to the dough as we roll it up once you spread that melted butter out now it's time to liberally spread out that cinnamon sugar mixture so get it all over get it over the sides make sure it covers the center you can go really heavy here I used it all because this is what's going to actually flavored the dough once you add that in now it's time to actually roll up the bread loaf so you're going to roll the dough kind of taper in the sides to make sure everything stays together and then roll it into a loaf form because this will go into a loaf pan speaking of a loaf pan you want to get one ready so grease it up with some butter spread it all over or you can use some cooking spray but you want to make sure it's well greased so it doesn't stick during the cooking process so you want to place your dough loaf into the bread pan and make sure it's touching all the sides cover it with a damp towel and let it rise again it will double in size about to the level of the bread pan you're going to bake at 350 for about 30 35 maybe 40 minutes max look at that thing turned out great everyone enjoyed it I will post the full recipe in the description enjoy f
