How to make Bubble Tea

so we're gonna make a roasted tea latte today so we're gonna use milk fresh milk [Music] okay and i'm gonna start to get a sugar cup and measure enough ice in here let me get the sugars once i have that i pour the milk into it cover it and shake [Applause] once i finish i pour and finish the rest i pour the whole thing into into the the serving cup and then come over here i will use uh i use this espresso machine so it gets um some teas the roasted tea okay i'm using this pizza machine to extract the tea out i think that they have to manual glue like manual brew tea so i'll get another chicken cups i'll pour the tea in [Music] and then with hot tea i'm gonna cool it off with some ice and then i'm gonna cover again i'm gonna shake again cool out the tea once i have that i'm pouring slowly on top and then pour it slowly to make the layer form okay once i have that i take all the foam on top [Music] and serve this seals the cups [Music] in presto we have our roasted tea latte [Music] you
