hello friends welcome once again to obama's recipes in today's video we're going to learn how to make the most delicious but simple ghanaian fresh pepper soup okay and this is going to be a really simple one that you can actually make this weekend so let's get started all right first of all so i'm going to use fresh tilapia and this fish is already washed and friends we can use any fish of your preference since this fish is already washed and already cleaned so all you have to do is just slice them into your preferred sizes after you're done cutting them let's go ahead and get our vegetables ready so i have here garlic ginger pepe tomatoes and i have spicy habanero preheat i'm gonna use as well so this is gonna be a really really simple recipe so what i'm doing right here is i'm going to cut everything and we're going to blend all of them together like i said it's going to be a really really simple one and this fish slices we're going to make sure that we use about 25 minutes to prepare this amazing soup right here it's very quick right yes that's what we want so in a clean cooking pot i'm using a high medium heat to prepare this soup and we're gonna add our fish and also i have here some fresh blue crabs that i'm gonna add that all right fringe and as you can see the crab is already clean so don't worry at all so this i added here my mushroom and also i'm using my favorite spices that i have in my pantry but you can add your preferred spices of your choice okay so after you're done with all your spices go ahead and blend your vegetables and just pour that into the soup right there it's looking so so so simple and so delicious trust me because we are using our fish we don't want to overcook this soup okay that is very important so just go ahead and get a clean bowl and add about four teaspoon of tomato paste after you're done mixing with water go ahead and add that into your soup and this is steaming so far so when you add it into your soup you can add just a little bit of water in there as well all right so next i'm just giving a little light stir it okay you don't want to stir that because of the fish that is very important so cover it and have it boil for 25 minutes this has been boiling for 20 minutes so far and i'm gonna give it just extra five minutes and then the soup will be ready and as you can see we're going to serve this soup with for full but if you don't really like fufu you can eat with rice as well in ghana we call this mercury because it is so simple and the taste will just take you into the next level yes so i hope you guys try this recipe at home this is a very simple like soup recipe that i really want to share with you so you can actually make this at home for your friends and also for your loved ones and benefits so this soup is about to go down just go ahead and dish this out and enjoy okay already beauties if you really enjoy this recipe make sure that you share this recipe for us okay and also don't forget to leave us some comment if you have any additional question this is how i prepare my authentic tilapia pepe soup and i hope you really really enjoy this thank you so much for watching and also for spending the time with me in the kitchen until i see you again stay safe and have a pleasant day
