My favourite part was when he drilled through the piece of paper.
Seems like there a number of better ways to affix it to the door rather than hot glue on the door and molding.
The way he stripped the wire made me cringe.
A power drill, a hot glue gun, and even a soldering iron. But noooooooo, using some wire strippers would be too much.
The eurodance music was a nice touch.
it's mounted to the outside of the door, WTF?!?!
Or just buy one of those $1 magnetic alarms
MOAR HOT GLUE!
With a little modification (say, using command adhesive strips instead of hot glue for attaching to the door) it'd be great for when you're staying in a less-than-stellar hotel.
For something permanently attached to your home, though, FUCK NO.
