I put the larger bowl but, before fixing the bowl, I'm going to apply detergent all over the bowl, both the biggest and the smallest, this is for the dough not to stick to the bowls and make it easier when unmolding. I'm going to use this support from the height of the smaller bowl and put it down here, it serves to not dent the smaller bowl with the weight of the dough. Now I'm going to use screws to fix the bigger basin, I'm going to use 16 screws. I've already finished screwing the bowl, it's very firm, so the dough doesn't escape through the sides. I'm going to use this bowl to prepare mortar. I will need 5 kg of non-structural white cement. If you prefer , you can use white structural cement. I didn't find the structural one, I'm going to use this one, and the structural one is much more resistant. I'm going to use the same amount of sand and cement, in a proportion of 1 to 1. This sand I'm using is a medium sand. It needs to be sieved. Now I'm going to mix sand with cement, I'm using a wooden spoon, it's much easier and more practical to mix, but if you prefer you can use a trowel or other object; this spoon I found much more practical. Here I've already mixed it, now I'm going to get another basin and I'm going to divide the dough into two parts before adding water, it helps to mix, otherwise it will get very dirty. I've already separated the half in the other basin, now I'm going to add water, put a portion of water and I keep mixing carefully so I don't get dirty and don't splash on the outside. This mortar gives a lot of alloy. I added a little more water and I'm adding water little by little so it doesn't go over the point. The mass is already well bodied, it is at the ideal point to put waterproofing additive. There are several brands of these waterproofing products, it's up to each one of you, I'm not advertising for any brand. I added the waterproofing, now I keep mixing and adding water until I reach the ideal point, until it looks like this, very loose. It's easier to work. Now I'm going to take a container and I'm going to separate a certain amount of dough, a portion of dough aside and I'm going to prepare the paint to make the marble effect. I have already separated the portion of mortar, now I take this brown dye and spread it on top of the mortar that I separated and, with the wooden spoon, I mix. See how she already gets a light brown effect. I'm going to add a little more coloring to make it darker, I add a certain amount and keep mixing. I've done it, it darkened a lot, I put a little more dye and now I'm going to pour it into the mortar, spread it out in a circle and then with a wooden spoon I'm doing a random movement, but it's up to each one to make these moves. Here I've finished mixing, see how the effects were, now I'm going to put mortar in the mold, see how the brown spots are, and how it is pouring already making the marble effect. Now I'm going to take another portion that I divided into two parts, I've also mixed the brown food coloring in the other dough and I finish putting the mortar in the mold. See how beautiful the marble effect is in the dough. With 5 kg of cement and five portions of sand, I was able to make the portion of mortar for the sink. Now with a spoon, I tap several times around the basin, you can also tap the wood, I also tap this top part, the valve and now I'm finishing with a spoon here at the top. Too easy. Here I remove some of the leftover dough. The next day, after 24 hours, I will unmold it, I start by removing the screws and now with a spatula, I'm slowly peeling off the basin from the sink so it doesn't break and I also remove this screw from the valve. Now with the spatula I remove the bottom part, also carefully, slowly so as not to break it. Has left. Very easy. You can use hot water around the sink to make it come out easier. See how the sides of the sink turned out, the stains, look how wonderful the stains with marble effect were, the outside was very smooth. I really liked the effect of the sides of the sink. Now I'm going to turn the sink to take out the smaller basin, being careful because it comes out at once and can splash in your eyes. Saw how she leaves at once. Now I'm going to remove these burrs that were on the edges, I'm going to use this 180 water sandpaper and I'm going to sand the edges of the sink.
