Welcome to Rizwan's Ideas And In this video we will make a step by step complete home automation system with 17 channels The range of this system is unlimited, operate from everywhere. It means that you can control it from every corner of the world. And to operate this system, we will use Amazon Alexa App. You can turn on and off your appliances through this app. And unfortunately, if you don't have enough internet connection, Then you can do it manually. And Yes, You can give voice commands also. Alexa !! Turn on Tube light. Alexa : OK Alexa !! Turn on Yellow Bulb. Alexa : OK Alexa !! Turn off White Bulb. Alexa : OK And not only this, But you can use PIR Motion Sensor also. So Friends stay with me in this video, We will make a complete Home Automation System in easy way. And with 17 Channels. And friends you will not get this 17 channels Home Automation System in any market. And we will make it today at home. So Let's Make It... First we will take BC547 NPN Transistor and 1K ohms Resistor. And solder it to the base of transistor (BC547 NPN) And for switching we will take 5v relay. And connect the emitter pin of transistor to relay's third number coil pin. And for connection we will take wires. And connect Black color wire to collector pin of transistor. And connect Red color wire to relay's No.1 Pin. And for signal we will take wire and connect it to the resistor. And our relay module is ready. For AC Power connection I took Plug and Holder and cut neutral or phase wire from middle. And to give manual function will use 2 Way Switch And you will get every connection diagram in video description. And connect cut wires to the 2 Way switch's common terminal. And connect another wire to relay's common terminal And we will took another 2 wires and connect it to the Terminal 1 and 2 of the switch. Switch connection is completed, Another 3 remaining wires will connect with relay. And connect 2 way switch terminal 1 wire to the relay's normally open pin. And connect 2 way switch terminal 2 wire to the relay's normally close pin. And connect neutral wire to the relay's common pin. And Here, We will use ESP 32 dev. module. You get built-in-WiFi in this module. And also you get 34 GPS Pin in this module. This is the perfect micro-controller board for our 17 Channels Home Automation System. To provide a signal, will connect relay's signal wire to the ESP 32's D33. And with that, wil connect relay's (+) and (-) wire to the ESP 32. So that the ESP 32 got 5v power supply. Here, All our connection Completed. So come on and let's test it. And also I want to tell you that we already programmed ESP 32. You will got programming part further in this video. So that please watch this video till end. And also you will got app installation process further. To connect ESP 32 with Internet, I will use my mobile hotspot. And SSID and Password of mobile hotspot is same as we added in programming of ESP 32. ESP 32 quickly connect it. And you can see our system is working perfectly. Also it is working fine manually. Let's give it voice command and see. Alexa !! Turn on Relay. Alexa: OK. As you can see our system is working perfectly. And with same connection I designed 17 channels output PCB. You will get it in description. So download it and upload it here. To assembly on PCB, We will select one-by-one SMT components. And after select all the components we can see the part placement preview. And going further, we will order it. After some days, The PCB will be delivered to you. Let's unbox it quickly.
