How to LOCK PS4 to STOP LOGINS & Set Password on PS4 Account! (Best Method!)

hey everyone this is tim from your six studios today in the studio i'm going to go ahead and show you how to completely lock down your playstation 4 to prevent logins and to put a password on your account so let's go ahead and jump in the video right now [Music] so that is right i'm going to show you how to completely lock down your playstation 4 to prevent any unnecessary logins so right here i set a login passcode for my playstation 4 account so you have to enter in correctly to play on my playstation also under new user i went ahead and put on parental controls so you can't create a new account or log in with the guest account how would you go ahead and put both of these on your account so i'm going to log in with my main account my master account and then i'm going to go up to the settings section once my playstation 4 loads now let's go up to settings and select this now let's first go to parental controls slash family management and select this now go to ps4 system restrictions and enter in the passcode the default passcode if you haven't done this before is zero zero zero zero or press square four times now right at the top it says new user creation and guess login now i have a set to not allow and what this means is if you select not allowed you can prevent people from creating new users or login in as guests on this ps4 also existing users who have never signed into playstation network will be unable to sign in to playstation network so select not allowed right here now let's back out and go to log in settings now you have to do this on each individual account on your playstation if you want to go ahead and do this so login settings now go to login passcode management now this is only for my account that i'm using right now so if you have two other accounts go ahead and do this on each of those accounts as well so if i select this i can go ahead and add a passcode for my account so i have the option to change it right here or the option to go ahead and delete it now let's go ahead and back out of here and then go to user management now under here we can actually delete users so if we have an account we want to go ahead and get rid of go ahead and delete it right here so let's select this one and then go to delete easy enough right so that is how you completely lock down your playstation 4 to prevent any not necessary logins so if this video did indeed help you out go ahead and leave it a big thumbs up and subscribe to my channel down below for more check out videos coming up next on your six studios you
