How to Live Stream from Zoom to Facebook Groups (and WHY you should do this as a Coach!)

hello my lovely humans welcome to the creators corner it's your girl vp right popping in here with another video for you all i'm super excited to dive into this one because it's going to be a quick easy tutorial on how to use zoom and actually live stream to facebook groups so this is a super important tool and trick that you can use if you are a coach or service based entrepreneur a knowledge-based entrepreneur that's running a community-based business i've been getting a lot of different questions surrounding um where do i put my zoom calls for my group program or how can i get calls to my members or clients or mentees pretty easily um this is a pretty easy way especially if you have a place where all of your mentees live in one space and you're not trying to spend a lot of money on a platform like teachable or kajabi even though i love kajabi um and things like that so it's going to be a super quick tutorial we're going to hop right into it and i'm going to put on my right into this uh zoom is pretty easy to use for the most part as a whole whenever you're opening up your actual meeting itself when you click meeting it's going to activate and connect to the internet you all attract and then you're going to see a lovely face that's me for now we're just gonna stop the video so what's cool about zoom is the fact that it has a lot of different uh features and i'm just gonna go into full screen for a little bit for this um and you have some options security participants all that jazz today we're going to focus primarily on how to use the more features and that's actually going to show you being live on facebook live on wordpress workplace by facebook and live on youtube we're going to focus on the facebook one because live streaming using zoom allows you to do more presentations it allows you to be more hands-on with how you're screen sharing and then you don't have to worry about having any funky things happening with the screen while you're actually live streaming doing facebook or live streaming in a facebook group it's a whole lot easier it's a whole lot cleaner makes you look a lot more professional right so how do we actually get this live streaming feature let me show you so in zoom's actual settings you have to go to their website to access this you may have to make sure you have a paid account so this is going to be if you're paying for anything that's over the free plan you're going to pop into account management and account settings and you're actually going to go all the way down to end meeting advance this is super important now it's going to take you through a whole bunch of different settings and so this isn't going to be hard to find this told you where to find it but in in meeting advance you're going to have some options here um like group hd video that should actually be high for me because i need that so i'm just going to turn that on over here um and you see all these options right report participants to zoom breakout rooms which is cool if you're trying to break out sessions remote support all that jazz and then you're going to go to the bottom of the advanced settings and it's going to give you this option allow livestream meetings facebook workplace like facebook youtube and then custom live student services sorry laundry um but what's great about this is that you're able to use this um and again presentations sharing a screen sharing a video doing white border exercises using zoom all this is going to make you look super super clean when it comes to your business and make you look even more professional as a whole so once you turn that feature on you can then pop back into zoom back to meeting that feature will be available here and then you'll click live on facebook it's gonna pull up your facebook account to make sure you're signed in already it'll load that super super quick it's not being quick now but super quickly it'll pull up an option for you to go live on your profile live on your facebook group live on your facebook pages anything that you have tied to your actual account is going to go live too and so you can share your timeline sharing a friend's timeline sharing a group sharing an event share on a page you manage you have all these awesome options you're going to hit share in a group you're going to type in which group you want so we're going for this stick we're going to go to my facebook group the creator corner click next and then it's going to pull up the actual screen that you need um for it to go live so it's going to prepare the live stream super quickly and then it's going to pull up the loading screen that allows you and facebook to integrate the two programs integrate and it's gonna pull up what's essentially the service stream so to pull it up it will take a couple seconds but then there's your screen and so then you can come in here and give yourself a title give yourself an actual breakdown on the caption that you're going to be using you can tag people add what you're doing on how you're feeling check in and then once you actually go live here it will notify all the people who are in that group and they will get a notification that you're going live that used to not be a feature but now it is so that's super important because now not only do you have a really clean really nice looking presentation that's more interactive but then you now have notifications going to all the people in your group saying that hey i'm live come watch my presentation and that is all so if you love this video if you
