How To Install Plugs in dassoXTR Decking

[Music] hi and welcome back to the dasso xdr channel we've got some great product knowledge for you today so let's get started the first tool you'll need is the deck vest pro plug system this allows you to drill a straight hole into the decking it also countersinks the hole so that you can put the d plug fits the appropriate color into the hole the kit consists of smart bit tool two replacement bits one stud bit and an allen wrench when drilling with a pro plug drill bit drill slowly and firmly do not brush or wobble while drilling or the bit may break once the smart bit tool reaches the surface of the decking make sure to continue drilling for about three seconds this will ensure that you get the proper camera seal once the hole is drilled blow out the dust to ensure that the deep plug will fit in the hole properly next insert the screw with a star bit and drill it down tight [Music] insert the plug and tap with a hammer until it's smooth on the surface of the decking in the event that the plug does not flush with the surface of the decking do not try to remove take a chisel cut the top off and do not sand this will alter the color of the surface of the decking if you need additional plugs you can buy them in packs of 100 both in the epic and the classic colors so remember when using the icing d-plug system you want to use the yellow pro plug system for installation
