How to Install Apps Without Apple ID Password iOS 15 - iPhone & iPad

welcome to another gauging gadgets iphone tutorial video in this video i'm going to show you how to install apps without your apple id password so if you're trying to download apps from the app store to your iphone without your password in this video i'll show you how to do that on ios 15. all right so as you can see here if i open up the app store and i try to download an app and i select install it's going to prompt me to enter my apple id password now if i want to stop that from happening where i don't need to enter my apple id password in order to install an application the first thing i need to do is open up the settings on my iphone now that we have the settings open we'll need to make two changes in order to turn off the required password to install apps so first we need to do is select the first option that should have our name and it also says apple id go ahead and select that once you're in apple id go ahead and select media and purchases and then we want to select password settings as you can see in here at the bottom it says free downloads and then it says require password go ahead and toggle that off and then select done now we can select back in the top left to go back to the main screen of the settings now to make our second change in the settings to ensure we can install apps without our apple id password what we need to do scroll down in the settings go to screen time if you don't already have screen time turned on go ahead and turn it on select continue right here i just select this is my iphone give it a second to load once screen time loads scroll down and the last item should be content and privacy restrictions select that if it's not already turned on turn on content and privacy restrictions at the top and then select itunes and app store purchases so in here what we want to do is just make sure that at the bottom it says require password we just want to make sure that it says don't require so have don't require selected now we can back out you can go ahead and turn all of this off if you want to if you don't use screen time once i get back to screen time i usually go to the bottom and select turn off screen time because i do not use it confirm i turn it off now we can go back to our home screen on our iphone and when we open up the app store and try to download and install an app you can see that it no longer requires a password to install that app all right so that's how you install apps without your apple id password on an iphone if you have any questions about this leave a comment below i'll get back to you as soon as i can if you'd like to see more iphone or ipad tutorial videos check the links in the description if this video helped you give it a thumbs up and please consider subscribing to my channel gauging gadgets for more gadget reviews and tech tutorials thank you so much for watching
