felt a lot of pressure on your first search right because your second sir was not giving you any space so I think this is definitely a very good thing to do to improve the second serve so you can feel you know confident that you don't have to worry about if you miss the first serve so sure let's let's work on the second serve particular kick serve on yeah okay so let's see what you got you can show me one second serve there kick serve white on the outside nice that's pretty good it goes nicely wide but do you think it has enough pop of the court does it have enough bounce that puts the opponent wide okay so we're going to talk about this and some small tricks that we can also help Christian and I hope we can help many of you guys to improve your second sir the number one thing about the kick serve is of course the toss and you're gonna see what kristin is doing with his toss it's going towards his left side so he's doing a good job but it can be even better because when we have the toss far left we can have more action upwards and this is going to give that specific rotation to the ball that we need so I'm gonna show these small details about the serve especially toss and the the hand motion the racket motion which is very important so if we have the toss extreme behind we're gonna go with the racket from here and we're gonna have this action here mostly it's going to be from seven to one if we imagine this is a clock we're gonna have the motion from seven to one so that we can get this action and the ball is going to spin and bounce off the court now we're going to do a couple of exercises that's going to help us improve this particular part of the serve the first exercise is going to help us with the kick serve we're going to start in this position so we're going to have the right knee on the ground left foot is going to be like in this in the same position as on our server we're gonna hold the racket on top of our grip with the same grip as usual so it's hammer grip or even more toward the backing grip and we're gonna simply have the nice toss here and we're only gonna work with our wrists with finishing the racket with the handle pointing upwards so we're gonna have the toss in front and finish here the ball doesn't have to go over the net it's most likely going to go only few meters in front that's not a point we just work in our motion of the racket and finishing here important is to have the handle finishing on this side rather than inside because this one turns out to be a slicer it's a big difference so we want to finish on outside of the hand so it's gonna look like this I'm sure one more time so very important to finish the handle up how Christians gonna do it so he's gonna hold the handle there and he's gonna only work on that motion with the racket as I explained let's see Christian oh that's pretty good that's very high okay okay again again again let's see that's normal we just practicing that's a good kick action okay so you're not you're not worried about the power and the speed you just want to get the motion right it can be only a few meters in front right nice after we've practiced enough from this ground position extreme we go nice finally the the last part of this set of the exercise is going to be our regular kick serve with the normal grip at the bottom again as I said it's a hammer grip and I like to turn it a little bit more towards the back end and then of course now we're going to have the full serve using the legs having swim toss and now we're gonna finishing like this so on the kick serve we actually want to keep the elbow high after the serve we don't want to finish like a regular syrup but rather finish him up here so I'm going to show a very easy kick serve first using the legs so it's going to look like that ball after bounce should be moving to the right side so we're moving the opponent outside of the court okay let's see Christian maybe you stand a little bit more behind him so
