important thing is to get something that's specific to what it is that's you're doing whether it's email SMS LinkedIn automation or anything else make sure that it's specific for you now in case you management tool your CRM this is one of the most underutilized traditional forms of sales technology that exists and it's such an important way to monitor the touch points to make updates on your contacts and to send personalized video messages and regular emails so that you can get more conversions remember the point of a CRM is to move your deals forward so make sure that you are using the
