How to get into the World's Most Exclusive Club (Berghain)

that it's very difficult to get into this class on this week at the second Jay show we delve into the underbelly of rave culture by trying to infiltrate the mysterious the elusive the down world famous burger aisle in Berlin I'm standing outside the Burke Hine the most exclusive and coolest club in all of Europe the thing to do is to go on a Sunday and people there you know they go all weekend long but it's it's open during the day oh yeah no for days plural it goes from Friday night midnight and so like Monday about noon you know everybody's in black or nothing at all make you put a sticker over your phone no pictures they'll talk you down do you think they're gonna let me into this that there's nothing like you know where kind is well-regarded is the hardest Club to get into on planet Earth unlike most clubs being a celebrity can get you in there are countless rumors and blogs telling you how to dress how to act and even a bloody website which helps you practice getting into the club until I hear my chest off that's something you despite all the rumors there's one thing for sure once you get to the door you'll be greeted by the final boss spend who has the final say and whether you get in or not it's a cultural enigma and as much as you think you know there's evidence to suggest a complete opposite but when nothing is for certain anything can happen so we wanted to see if two normal British guys with an infatuation for the weird and wonderful to get inside and experience what the world-famous club had to offer that's okay so we set off to Berlin to learn more about how we can increase our chances we are feeling hopeful and after surviving that dodgy landing from Ryanair we were feeling lucky so we headed out on the streets to see what the people of Berlin had heard about this cultural phenomenon we've heard a lot about Berg Haines specifically I have so when I say the word Berg Hein I guess one of the things that is very striking about back pain is the architecture that was a guy in the toilet asking for people to piss into his mouth like what advice would you give to us guys trying to get into the place that's the thing like I think that you just have to go as you are they don't like tourists yeah they like Germans because it'd be first to get in just like you are currently we need to go shopping after those interviews it seemed like everyone had something different to say we weren't concerns just more confused than ever but one link led to another and we landed on on local man who had successfully got in a handful of times [Music] so afternoon found cool we were feeling slightly less confused be seems like what guys I've been load of time I know this place and all this about and I don't every time here also don't get a lot yeah I think I think yeah just radiate the pieces were slowly falling into place but we are still worried that despite our preparations this trip would be wasted so we went to familiarize ourselves with the surroundings ahead of tomorrow's attempt made it to the promised land there's a eeriness in yeah look at it I'm just looking I now think himself so he's gotten down in that building so we made the long walk down towards the old power plant build in the iconic silhouette of the party Mecca mixed with the barbed wire that glistened in the moonlight made us feel weird inside this place had a feel him it made us feel something we just weren't sure what it was eerily quiet and despite the few lights in one of the rooms the building was in lockdown ahead of tomorrow's party if we could get inside those four walls who knows if we were prepared for it but there was only one way to find out shuts the door and as we all leave him we came across two gentlemen on a similar mission to us so we've heard that it's very difficult to get into this yes but I've got a face I think that's gonna help me you guys heard any like rumors or of what goes on within those you know I've I've googled I've tried to find like pictures of inside the club but I can't find anything it's intrigued me more Oh a magical dancing pigeon turned up to remind you to LIKE this video and subscribe if you new bit of an update I've received the message from our friend band this morning I haven't opened it yet hey man we got Bergheim last night thought I'd let you know it was incredible oh right so we just met a group of guys in this cafe de Vere area and one of them would been super kind and he showed us the outfit he wore he said once he went in failed with a normal outfit and this time he went in with a mesh top like our friends Ben and Scott were on last night maybe the key is meshed up in a mesh tops I've gotten out of anyone that we spoke to about mesh tops yeah we're gonna go to a vintage shop just down the road I think now we know what we're looking for then give me all you've got [Music] I'm gonna treat the sizin I'm gonna tweet this - you're going down [Music] the last person to be given style advice right now I think need clean bottoms and just like like just cleanest loafers possible that's my yeah that's alright it feels like something the feels like something someone would wear it like Jamaica recreation of like like on a wartime journalist I'm allergic to this attire selfish your worst day at least they're not [Music] so after we pose for some photos with our new fans we headed back to the hotel we had managed to secure an interview with a regular attendee of burg hein who was willing to give us a few final words of advice and judge our outfits on the one condition she remains completely nameless and faceless oh you say that they make you stop and they kind of look you up and now what about meeting together as a unit don't do this hmm no I don't think just hopeful just calm despite the size the type you don't think is like respectful it's good ice cream jump on my eyes see my swag is enticing if they won the feature blue face is my price ah she won the taste I he want to know what it's like to get the big pace [Music] so this was it it was time so with the final touches added we were about to rock up for the midnight open in time and give the hardest to enter club a try over the past days spent in Berlin we had learn a lot and our intentions are definitely changed from when we landed we now understood that this place was a safe space a different world that people can be whoever they choose to be the rave scene especially in Germany was born out of a necessity to escape reality and this was one of the places that have been able to keep that integrity by holding privacy are the utmost importance you take us to their kind place in a taxi we look at amazing we're liking our chances I'm feeling an exquisite t-minus five minutes so we get like you are you feeling buddy good I've gone over 70 inside me now I gave him this chair by one time I really liked it was a weird feeling as we joined the queue any wrong step would mean that we'd be rejected the bouncers eyes were scanning like hawks such a weird dingo everyone's trying so hard look like they're not trying geez many hopeful people were in the queue but the reality was that most would have make it through those doors as the doors opened the walk of shame for many people began as we edged closer it got quieter as a sign of respect everyone was on their best behavior we can't be seen on our phones or a big game over even our friend who was film and had the security flash and a torch to stop her so as the lights inside turned on the world's most exclusive PI had begun and as the silhouettes began to appear in the upper floors we edged closer oh no ladies and gentlemen boys and girls Jay and I have just inside I can't believe it I cannot [ __ ] believe it God knows how long we're gonna be here but we are gonna give it our all already we're in a room it's like I don't know what is it post-apocalyptic there's all different weird seeds I don't he's got red lights it's back to cycle labyrinth almost [Music] what a night so we've realized that we don't want to tell you anything about experience we could have taken their camera sticker off we could have filmed everything could have been sly but it was it was it is an institution and who are we to rip that apart from it for a couple of use their kind change but I have beer and beer can change my life [Music]

I didn't make this, I'm just posting it. I thought it was interesting to see. I kinda want to say props to them for not filming inside or talking about what happened inside during their night, but I dunno if youtube needs more berghain videos at this point lol
